This was an eye catchy title, and it matched the story in some parts, highly the horror part and also in the unexpected part where Samar's love side were described and overall title was something thrilling

-cover
Excellent!!
Your cover itself picturized something in the minds. And the cover something interesting and thrilling like your options.

-Character exploration
Exploration was bit weak. Like Sanskar's status his friends and brother's exploration were lacking.

-description of the scene
Some scenes were excellent but some scenes lacked.
The excellent part of your story was the horror and the scene where Ragini was killed, you just slayed. Had a goosebumps while reading it, like that particular scene were like running live in front of our eyes, that was quite impressing. And mystery were conveyed brilliantly like first it felt like sanskar was only the villain and later nikhil and at last an unexpected character was the villain, Samar. To the fact i thought it would be Shaurya as he is villain in trend.
Description where lacked was in some flashback scenes.
And some scenes were cute and lovely, if it's Sanskar and Ragini or Ragini and Ruhi.

-descriptive thoughts
There wasn't much thoughts, but whatever was present, like in the Ruhi's diary part or when Ragini cried 'Maa' in the physical pain, like the first which comes mind is always a mother. Or Ragini's trust on Sanskar.
But thought's were needed in Ruhi's and samar's part too.

-dialogue delivery
Excellent in some parts of dialogues, but lacked in some parts for a better one.

-Presentation
Presentation was absolutely brilliant, like the story starts with the villain.
And seriously the songs you chose for both villain and hero that was quite superb. The Ruhi's entry and then horror, action, comics, cuteness and emotional. Totally a package of emotions,loved it.

-Intoduction and ending

First of all about precise you used were quite impressive and interesting.
No words for the introduction of the story or the 3 main character's Sanskar Ragini and Ruhi. Ruhi's introduction was quite impressive.
Ragini gavethe same painful death to samar, that was good!
The way sanskar cried for Ragini, feeling her pain when she was killed was really heart wrenching and those lyrics in between were like cherry on the cake. And Ragini's letter for her sister and also Sanskar's final dialogue were amazing!

-Innovation

Aapne kya kiya is plot ke saath?? seriously felt am i reading the story of the plot which is given by us. And the option you chose mystery and thrilling, you used it beautifully and brilliantly! Either would it be horror or action you slayed on it. And also you have used emotional elements(not on plot but you made me emotional, gosh can't explain it.) so totally you have brought the best in innovation.

Overall

It was brilliant, but in some parts it did lacked on scenes or exploration.
But excellent elements on your stories too can't be ignored!
