First of all you haven't used plot properly, here mainly your marks got deducted for this reason!
In many places there was lack of description i.e Raglak love story, and also the villain's description was also not so good
And also there wasn't the character exploration of Ragini
Swasan part was nice
And you haven't used the humour factor much!
