Enough. I had to stop thinking about that, its enough. I slept in the room just upstairs from my parents room. They found the basement quite comfortable, since, they've been down in that thing for over ages. Well, that's what I thought at least.

"Mom.." I said turning to her as she was doing a casual thing ever since the time she was told a vampire. Staring down at the floor and daydreaming. I never seem to snap her out of it at times but this time it kind of worked.

"Y-yes?" She glanced up at me and I was sitting down on the chair, leaning my elbow on the table. Staring at her hard.

"Have you ever noticed anything weird, like the person who watches us from the window by the tall building connected to he walls. I mean, I know they are suppose to watch us but why does it feel like me in particular?" I thought over it, looking around as it sounded just the same as I thought.

"Why would you think that? Maybe because your always out at the same time at nights." She replied, glancing up at me again.

"H-how did you kno- I doubt that is the case." She caught me off guard for a moment then I stood.

"Mom, I promise, once we leave and when we leave, you and Graviel will be renewed from these blood cages we have been thrown in and we can live freely without having to be paranoid of anybody wanting to come at us because of Lucian's death and Graviel sins. "

Tans glanced up at me as if I was crazy. "We won't leave...this place is designed and will be remodeled over our long years of living." She reached out for my arm. "Stop dreaming that we will leave, what will we do then if we did? Nowhere for us to go because we'll just be hunted back down or killed easier by the people outside the place."

I kept quiet then and she turned away from me. Graviel walked in, down at us, specially me. I stood up. Clenching my fists. I had been guessing for awhile he was keeping some sort of secret. As I walked past him I saw the blood red eyes follow me, just until I hit the corner I wasn't sure he could see anymore.

"Why can't I figure out how to make the everyone live in peace." I whispered to myself, sitting down on the toilet seat and sighed. Keeping my heads in between my legs, staring down at the floor as I had not one simple plan.

"Because your not important..."

"What?" I frowned up at graviel as he stood at the doorway.

"You on your own, would be impossible to make peace. Specially with the feeding cycle we have and promising that no new generation will come along and destroy it. Seems a little to big."

"I didn't ask for your advise.."

"And so didn't Tana." He replied.

"Haven't you head privacy?"

"You don't seem busy, your certainly not using the toilet anyways."

I growled quietly, turning towards him again when my head dropped. "Fine, what are you trying to say.."

"What are you really trying to do?"

"That doesn't make sense!" I hissed.

"Don't be throwing around your fangs, you know I'm the bigger man here." Graviel leaned against the counter. His everything seemed built, finely sketched out as if he was from a fairytale. "You got your Brian's from me, not saying your mother wasn't smart but you know.." Graviel shrugs.

"Much Brian's." I rolled my eyes, referring to his sense of speech not able to finish it.

"I'm just saying you should know that trying to make peace with human and vampires and something you want to do. Not everyone and you would be putting a lot of and or innocent people at risk. " he had his arms crossed and nods to himself after a few moments. That didn't help me but it only made me think even harder now.
