(Their Background): After Union Academy had controlled most of the World (with the help of both The League of Villains (Sega Unit Patrol Squad 1) and The Federation of the Americas), many different kinds of Resistance Groups had formed into one big Resistance Group to secretly combat Union Academy and their Allies. They're mostly consisted of Mobians, Crezh Republicans, Clone Troopers, and some others.

(Their Notable Operation): (Operation Catalyst: A Operation to capture the Leader of the White Fang, but things began to go south as they discovered a mysterious machine that could see into the Future).

Crossover Story, The Anti-Union Academy Resistance will make their own Versions of some of the Machines that Desperado Enforcement LLC have by the Blueprints they've obtained. (Note: I saw something on "Nexus Mods" which showed both Enemy Cyborgs and the Bosses from MGR:R with Markings of Maverick Security Consulting Inc instead of Markings of Desperado Enforcement LLC on them, which pretty much inspired me to make this part).
