Alex parker pov.

I woke up, next to Kris..

I felt bad, after I dreamed of Natasha, like I was cheating or something. But maybe this dream had a meaning..

But I don't wanna hurt Kris. I think of Natasha pretty often, but also of Kris..

I should talk to her!

I breathed in and out, looking at Kris. She was still sleeping..

So I got up, changed into some sports shorts and a shirt, taking the leashes of both dogs and going outside, because I needed some fresh air.

Luckily nobody was there, I was all alone..

The dogs ran around and started playing,
I was thinking when suddenly Natasha ran into my direction.

I thought "wow". Then shook my head.

"Hey spider" she said seductively. I noticed that I blushed.

"H-hey" I said back almost stuttering.

She raised her eyebrow and smirked.

My heart starts to beat a bit faster, when she did.

I feel so bad.

"U-uh I gotta gay- go!" - "I gotta go!" I said.

She chuckled and I turned around almost running, the dogs saw me running and ran after me.

When I walked into my room, I heard my phone ringing, I looked at the caller and accept when I saw it's may.

"Hey may"

"Hey Alex! Where are you! Hell I'm worried to death! And maybe peters with you??" She shouted.

I shrinked "u-uhm I'm at a friend's house and I don't know where Peter is"

"Okay" - "but please say if you see Peter that he got a visitor"

"Yeah I'll do that" I said and she ended the call.

I breathed out and looked over at Kris, seeing that she was waking up, i gave her an innocent smile.

"Hey" she spoke quietly.

"Hey" I said back while taking a seat on the bed.

"W-we need to talk" she spoke, her voice completely changing.

I swallowed thickly while nodding. "So? What do you wanna talk about?"  I asked.

She laid back down on the bed and closed her eyes. "I think we aren't working anymore.."

"So you think we should break up? Is that right?" I asked.

She nod while sitting up again "but I wouldn't mind being friends with benefits" she smirked.

I shrugged my shoulders "but not if I'm in a relationship, alright?" She furrows her brows.

"So you got someone in your pocket?" I laughed, while shaking my head, kinda lying.

"Nah, it's just if, you know?" - "I ain't a cheater" she nod and smiled.

"Don't you have to save life's? Doctor?" I smirked.

She nodded, while standing up. "I do but it's a Nightshift, so I should pack my stuff and go. I hope Kevin won't miss Nash that much.."

Right

"I hope so either" I whispered.

"But we were cute" I chuckled as Kris changed her clothes.

She nod and I walked out of the room, closing the door quietly. I found my way to the living room, where the others sat on the couch.

"Hey guys, wassup?" I spoke.

"Nothing, just chilling and waiting for fury, he wanted to attend something" I nod and sat down next to bucky. I gave him a slight smile and he just huffed.

We talked for a few minutes, until Fury came in and started to speak "Avengers, y'all know Hydra is our biggest enemy. So get up and get ready, there will be a fight, assemble in 5 again!"

We all jumped up and got ready, just as we were ready to fly off, Peter has arrived. I groaned and told him to get ready fast.

A bit later we sat in the quinnjet and flew to the base of hydra.

When we arrived in a nearby forest, we already heard footsteps. So we got ready and walked off. Just as we stood in front of the Base, we heard the alert.

"Great, just great, okay let's go in" I said, they nod and we got in.

Inside there were soldiers running around and looking for us I guess.

We separated us and went by two pairs, I was paired with Natasha.

"So how's your little girlfriend?" She asked.

I swallowed and said "well, we kinda broke up today morning"

"Oh, I didn't knew that, I guess I'm sorry?" She stuttered.

"I'm good"

"Why did you two broke up?" She asked, really interested.

"Oh uhm, I guess we didn't work anymore" I said, and to be honest, I kind of miss Kris now.

"Oh" that's all she said. Just "oh"

"Yeah....shit"  I whispered.

I looked around the corner, seeing a soldier coming.

Just as he walked around, I grabbed his neck and twitched his neck. He silently got down.

"Damn that was some sexy move" she mumbled.

I smirked, knowing it looked good.

"Thanks" I winked at her.

The Black widow blushed and it's my fault.. Damn.

We walked around another Corner and already saw Cap and Tony walking into our direction.

"Hey guys! We got the information we need! Let's go!" Tony said and we assembled back at the jet. We flew back and I went straight to the gym. I wouldn't mind a bit training, I was feeling a bit weak. Probably because I just got an break up, but it didn't hurt me. 

"Oh hey spider, would you mind me train here?" I turned around and saw Natasha standing in the Doorframe.

"Oh absolutely not"  I didn't mind at all, I was happy that she didn't hate on me anymore.

"Arlight" she came in and went straight to the treadmill. I put down the dumbbells and got over to one of the treadmills too.

"So how r you?" I asked her.

"Oh I'm good, haven't had a break up, those aren't my thing" she spoke.

I furrowed my brows "what exactly isnt your thing?" I asked curiosity streaming through me.

"Oh uh, love and all that stuff" she spoke.

"Oh uh okay, you don't have to tell me, I'm just curious" I started stuttering.

"No no, you're good" she said.

After a few hours of training, I went to my room, took a shower, then I went to bed. I was all alone again... I laid in bed, staring at the ceiling feeling the same old empty feeling in my stomach.

Late in the night I finally could get some sleep....
