"We have to go faster!" I yelled when I look back behind me.

There were three dark creatures running behind us. We weren't that fast because of me. I still couldn't walk that good and now we have to run for our lives.

I turn a little bit and shot a light ball at one of the creatures. It hit him, but it didn't hurt him.

Oh no my powers are getting weaker.

It didn't affect him in any way.

Libby was trying to hold me up, but I could feel my feet getting heavier. Is this really how it's going to end? No I can't let this happen! I can't let Libby die because of me!

Suddenly the air around us got colder. I frown when I stop hearing the footsteps of the creatures behind us.

I turn my head and saw them standing still. They just looked at us while we kept on going.

"Libby stop." I said out of breath.

We came to a stop and took a deep breath.

"Why are we stopping those creatures they can get us!" She said in a panicking voice.

I shook my head taking deep breathes. "No look their just standing still."

She look behind me and saw them. With a confuse look she looked back to me.

"Why are they just standing there?"

I shrug my shoulders not knowing an answer for het question. "I don't know, but let's just keep going you never know what they will do."

She nodded her head before taking my arm and putting it back around her shoulder.

The more we walked further the colder it got. I pull the scarf closer to my body trying to get more heat. We even could see our own breathe. I look up when I saw that my light was going out.

"Hazel your light." Libby whisper.

I let out a sigh trying to get it to shine more.

It didn't work.

"I'm sorry Libby, I'm getting weaker."

It didn't' help either that the forest seem to get darker the more walk further. There were less sounds here than before. Something bad lives here, something dark and powerful.

I have almost the same feeling here like in the cave. It's not Abraham, but something different.

Something evil.

A crack came from behind us and we stopped with walking. Something is here with us. I look around, but didn't see a thing. I could hear Libby's breath getting faster.

Another crack came from the other side and we turn back around.

My foot got stuck on something and I fell.

"Hazel are you okay?"

I groan looking down at my foot. Uhg it's the same leg where that rock fell on it.

"Yeah I'm fine. Let's just go."

She nodded her head and help me up.

The moment we wanted to start walking again something moved in front of us. We both stood froze on the ground and watch how something dark came crawling on the before standing up.

My eyes widen when I saw what it was.

It was a long creatures with no eyes. The only thing on his face was a big mouth filled with large sharp teeth.

Long arms were hang next to his body with slender fingers on the end.

Oh no.

Alaric shook his head folding his arms over his chest. " It's not that easy to go get her. Tervene is heavily guard by Nox."

I frown my eye brows looking at Alaric.

" Uhm who?" I asked.

"He's a dark creature." Logan said.

"A powerful dark creature." Lina said cutting him off.

"A really really powerful dark creature." Ray added.

Logan looked at them before he continues.

"He's not only powerful, but also very dangerous. With one touch he can make you paralyze, after he does that he suck all the life and power out of you with his sharp and pointy teeth which is a painful and very slowly dead."

Okay deathly and painful not a good combo.

It's Nox.

We need to get away from him right now. If he touch us we're so dead.

"Libby we have to run." I whisper.

I was weak and could barely stand, but if it have to she needs to leave me behind.

"He's really bad isn't he?" She asked not taken her eyes of Nox.

"Yeah that's why we need to go."

I pull her with me and we began to run. A loud growl came from behind us followed by footsteps. We need to go faster.

"Don't let him touch you!" I screamed while we run faster.

I began to see black dots, but I try to ignore it. I let out a gasp when Nox jump right in front of us. We fell when we wanted to stop and hit the ground hard.

He came closer to us and I quickly crawl back wards pulling Libby with me. Everything hurts it was like my body was on fire, but I needed to concentrate on Nox.

He growled again moving closer towards us. I lifted my hand in the air to shoot at him, but noting came out. I was too weak to fight back.

"Libby you have to do this."

She didn't look at me.

I think she didn't even hear me. She was frozen in fear looking at the creature in front of us.

"Libby!"

I took her hand and she looked at me.

"You can do this."

Slowly she nodded her head before putting her hand in front of her.

A huge wave of water knocked Nox of his feed and send him fly against a tree. I looked shocked at Libby who looked just as shocked at her hands. Did she just do that?

"They're here!"

I looked to my side and saw Connor standing there with.

He did it.

He saved us.

Lina, Ray and Alaric came running from behind him. A smile came on my face when I knew that we were gonna be okay.

Connor came to our side pulling us both in a hug. Libby wrapped her arms tightly around her brother not wanting to let go for a while.

I was happy that we were okay, while Libby is okay. I have a feeling that I'm going to die.

"We thought something bad would have happen when Mafalda took you guys." Lina said kneeling down beside us.

We pulled away from Connor and looked at her.

"Something bad almost happen, Hazel saved us." Libby said giving me a small smile.

Connor let out a chuckle looking amused at us. "What are you guys wearing?"

Libby giggled at her brother's reaction. "We'll explained later, first we need to get Hazel out of here. She needs light and fast."

Connor nodded before helping me up. The moment I got up to my feet I almost felt back to the ground again. Luckily Connor catch me before I could.

"We really need to get you out of here." I nodded my head looking down at my injured leg.

A loud growl made us turn around.

Nox stood back up and showed us his teeth.

"Stand back!"

Alaric push us behind him before taking something out of his pocket.

"Alaric what are you doing!" I screamed when he walked closer to Nox.

Connor had to pull me back because I wanted to run after him.

Nox was ready to attack him when get throw a potion at him. It hit him in his face before purple smoke came out of it. Nox moved for a few seconds not knowing what was happening to him before he came crashing down to the floor.

How did he?

I wanted to asked what he did, but before I could do anything my vison started to get blurry.

My hand when to my head when a stinging pain when through it. I try to get my vision back by blinking a few time, but I couldn't.

"Guys?"

It was the only thing I could say before blacking out.
