"Woah, well this is quite a view."

"Hahaha, you'll get used to it."

This two that talking are Rodel, a diplomat of the country, Philippines, and the King of Marsus Kingdom, Braum Voltar.

The reason why Braum said the words 'quite a view' was that because in front of them was the auction that Rodel told him about.

And within the auction's doors, was waves and waves of people.

"Welcome to the United Auctioneers Inc auction house." (Rodel)

The King, along with Lucilia, Mercalos, And the Ministers, whom had come with them, were wide eyed at the huge auction house.

Previously, the United Auctioneers Inc was formerly used to only auction 'construction equipment', which most likely, of viewed from the sky, makes it look like some sort of a cargo area or warehouse.

But dating back to 2056, the Ruling President at that time decided to really make it an auction house.

The Ruling President at that time even made his own famous words. And those words were "An auction house must auction a large variety of items and equipment. If you only make the auction house auction construction equipment, then it would be no different to a warehouse. So I say, let it be renewed as a true auction house, where it won't only serve it's country, but also it's people."

During this time, auctioning which were already so rare, became so common that even a small province would have one.

Its effects were also huge not just in the national level, but also in the international level.

Although a lot of people questioned the effects of auctioning, they all shutted up when they saw the economy of the first country that repopularized it, started booming undeniably high.

Just this alone was enough to make other countries immediately build their own auction houses.

The benefits are too high, too high!

Not one country could resist it.

During this time, it was the era of auctioning.

But of course the items that would be auctioned must be of good value, and just at that time, Mech companies were the sole competitors on auctioning.

This companies would showcase their own products during the auction.

Just this, no need to advertise, no need to look for people to sponsor their products. Just put it on the auction house, and the auction house will do the rest.

Of course they would have to give the Mech's information, or if they didn't, God knows when would a living soul even come and buy their product.

And remember, the sole ignition for this change was a simple, construction, auction house.

Now back to the present time, The King and co along with Rodel and Jose went to a backdoor. Presumably because the front door is full.

There wasn't much view to see when they entered the backdoor, but when they finally got to the main hall, the King and co were flabbergasted.

Outside the auction house, they only saw black glass,basically they couldn't see what was inside, but when they finally entered, what they saw was colors of varying degrees.

The interior was out of this world. The whole place looked liked royalty but not royalty. They couldn't describe it.

In simple words, it was beautiful.

They also noticed the screens within the main hall.

Lucilia immediately noticed what those screens were since she saw one when Markwin invited her to the country.

However, she must put her curiosity aside a she couldn't understand what those things displayed in the screen was.

Rodel just laughed at their expressions, a well known architect was the one that designed the interior and exterior of the auction house. As people like the King who didn't know the psuedo-new modern era architecture, this would be a fresh new experience for them.

Rodel also became curious at Lucilia's expression.

"An expression of interest and curiosity ehhh." Thought Rodel.

After showing his clearance to the guards, Rodel lead the group to the third floor. The group took one of the three largest rooms on the floor.

Once again, the King and co was shocked, simply because to how their room looked.

The interior of their room was like the interior of the royal castle. The only difference are the serene paintings on the wall and the very relaxing music that they are hearing.

It makes one feel at peace.

"What a very beautiful room. I can even feel the cool air surrounding me." Said the Prime Minister.

The King nodded. He himself couldn't agree more with the Prime Minister's words.

Lucilia then asked, "To make a room this comfortable, did you guys use magic to keep it cool?"

*Creak*

The room became silent from this question.

The king himself was also stunned from this.

"Does she not know?" Thought the King.

Giving two rough coughs, Rodel replied.

"Rhmm, rhmm, uhh, that we do not use 'magic' like what you guys do on your daily life. To keep the room cool, we used something called air conditioning." (Rodel)

After Rodel said this, it became silent once more.

"Heh?" (Lucilia)

"Does not use magic?" (Lucilia)

"Air conditioning?" (Lucilia)

Lucilia stood there, looking around the people surrounding her.

She looked at the Ministers, but they dazed their eyes to somewhere else.

She looked at Rodel and Jose, but they were looking at somewhere else as well.

Then, she looked at Mercalos, but he......., was looking at the ceiling for unknown reasons.

Feeling pressured, she looked at the King, the King however, looked at her with an expression of sympathy.

"Young one, you have a lot to catch on..." (King Braum)

As to break this sort of awkward moment, Rodel pressed something on the only seat within the room. A beautiful female human projection appeared, the female projection then issued a sound or in other words a voice.

This attracted the attention of Mercalos and Ministers.

"Good afternoon esteemed sir, my name is Au. As you have called me, what services shall I provide you with."

After the projection said this it did a bow.

Seeing the projection talk, it made a ruckus within the group of ministers.

Even Mercalos was attracted by this female projection.

"Nothing much, just want to have a tray of Cupcake pudding."

The projection nodded and then disappeared.

Rodel then turned to look at the Ministers and motioned them to have a sit.

It was questionable since there was only one seat.

However, after Rodel pressed something on the seat once more. Projections of multiple seats appeared.

This flabbergasted everyone on the room, of course this didn't include Rodel and Jose.

"This.."

Rodel just smiled and sat at one of the projections.

To most of their surprise, Rodel didn't fell but instead, stayed intact on his position.

Soon, all of them were now sitting. During this time, Rodel's order, the Cupcake pudding came.

They chatted and had fun for some time.

A while later, the room slowly darkened.

This caused some ministers to be in panic. However, there was suddenly a very bright light in front of them. And then a person appeared.

That person was on a stage, and with a loud enthusiastic voice. That person said,

"Greetings ladies and gentlemen. The time has come and I hope you got you cards with you because at this moment, The 5th annual Grand Auction of the United Auctioneers Inc shall begin!"
