All the examinees are on their way to the next exam through a blimp, some are resting in the quarters, some are training, some are eating and some are exploring the blimp.

Gon and Killua are exploring the blimp, Kurapika and Leorio are sleeping and Tsuna is trying to get information on the cafeteria but lost his way. There was a room hidden at the end, there were familiar aura. This must be the room of all proctors. Tsuna knocked to ask directions to where the cafeteria is. The door opened revealing all the familiar and unfamiliar faces of the proctors except Chairman Netero.

"Excuse me may I ask a few questions?", Tsuna said looking cool but his heart beating fast. Hiiieeee! they look serious I may have interrupted something.

All the proctors looked at each other and nooded.

"Come on kid spill it", Menchi said slinging her arm over the couch.

"I was supposed to ask for directions but I think I can get more information here", Tsuna said as he gently close the door. "Can you please explain this world and hunters?", Tsuna said looking serious.

".....Wha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!", all the proctors laughed

"Ha! ha! I aha! ha! thought it w-was some- ha! thing serious ha! ha!", Menchi said still in a fits of laughter.

"No, I'm not joking I'm not from this world. What I am about to show you will only stay here and Chairman Netero understand?". All the proctors looked at each other silently communicating and agreed. "All of you including Chairman Netero are now in Catene di Promesse (Chains of promise in Italian) If you tried to communicate it by all means or if someone overheard it the person whom heard it and the person whom it was heard from will die. You can communicate it unless I allow you to". Tsuna explained looking serious. I'm so sorry I lied I had to or reborn will kill me.

"How can you be sure that we are under this called Catene di Promesse?". Satotz asked clearly not believing.

"In my world promises their are sacred but unfortunately there are some who does not follow this rule and thus this as created and proven. It was made so the person it was activated to will not hurt his feelings so it cannot be noticed". Tsuna said quickly thinking up an excuse. Please no more questions, I might stutter please no more T-T. "Are you satisfied Satotz-san?". Tsuna said mentally crossing his fingers.

"Hmmm? yes, yes I am please continue". Satotz said crossing his arms behind his back. Thank God

"Thank you I mean it thank you In our world hunters are nonexistent almost half of the people there has an ability called flames, Tsuna activated his flames as he said the name, "The sky flames, the storm, rain, sun, lightning, cloud and mist". As Tsuna kept activating it, the sky flames was the strongest and the others continued decreasing. "Now do you believe me?". Tsuna asked waiting for the proctors to come back from their senses.

"Tsuna I think it would be better if the chairman himself explains this to you. Would you mind waiting for him". Satotz said earning the nods of agreement from his co-proctors.

"Hmm? rather than waiting I'll go to the cafeteria first. I'm getting hungry but I'll be back after I eat". Tsuna said standing up finally! my back is aching from all that tension. Tsuna is already outside the door when he remembered something, I don't know where the cafeteria is.

"Ummm, he! he! would you please tell me which direction is the cafeteria? he! he!". Tsuna said blushing lightly peeking at the door.

"Munch munch huh? cafeteria? munch munch go straight that way then turn left then right then you'll see sign with an arrow". Buhara said in between eating.

"Oh! thanks". Tsuna said as he when on his way to the cafeteria. On his way he sense a strong bloodlust he went near to it and he saw- Killua?!

Killua is emmiting very strong bloodlust and the nails on his hand has elongated and was about to kill the trio brothers when Tsuna intervened and and stopped killua's hands and the trio brothers running for their lives.

"Why did you stop me?". Killua glared at Tsuna still emiting bloodlust but lesser than the first one.

"Because I don't want you to kill people because you are angry, well I don't particular agree with killing but if you had to kill do it to protect someone". As Tsuna said this Killua completely calmed down. "I don't know if your ok talking about this but from I can see your an assasin right?". Tsuna said sitting at the chair at the window.

"....Yes I am... from what I can see we're the same but somehow different". Killua said also sitting at the chair Tsuna smiled at what Killua said.

"What's the difference?". Tsuna asked eyeing Killua.

"I-I Idon't know". Killua said looking down

"Killua there are 3 types of assassins: the 1st one is the assassin who kills people to complete a mission and the 2nd assassin is the one who kills people to save people and the 3rd assassin completes a mission and at the same time protects people. Among the 3 which is you? which assassin you want to be? think of about it slowly and surely". Tsuna stands up smiles at killua, "You may not find the answer now but in due time. Bye Killua I'm hungry so I'll going first". Tsuna said as he continued his walk to his precious cake. Killua was left to think about what Tsuna said.
