Welcome Back

"Alright, I have to go so I don't get caught by the stupid prison guards, so have fun in this place for awhile. Whichever team has the most survivors wins." Angelica spoke in a rush.

The group could hear keys on a keyboard clicking, causing a familiar scene to gradually appear around them.

"Sister location." Mark realized once thier surroundings became clear.

"You beat this game before Mark, how do we survive?" Dan asked nervously, constantly glancing around him.

"Follow me." Mark instructed, motioning for his team to stay close behind him as he pressed the red button that allowed the doors of the elevator to slide open with a loud screech that made everyone wince.

He paused for a moment before moving the yellow danger tape out of the way of the entrance of the air duct like tube and started crawling through it with his group in tow, his wings scraping painfully against the metal as he folded them as tight as he could toward him.

Matt led his team with him out of the elevator through the air duct like Mark, doing his best to pretend he was calm for the sake of his friends.

"Please stand by while I reboot the power system." A female AI announced abruptly, startling the two teams.

With a boom, everything went dark, making it impossible for anyone to see until their eyes adjusted.

"What the hell?!" Jack shouted to no one in particular.

"Motion trigger, entry way vent....Funtime auditorium maintenance vent opened....Ballora gallery maintenance vent opened." The female AI listed off.

"I don't recognize you." A different female voice spoke up. She sounded different, almost not automated.

"You are new." She observed. "I remember this...scenario." She continued while everyone stopped moving to listen.

"However, it's a strange thing to want to do, to come here. I'm curious to what events would lead a person to want to spend their nights, in a place like this." She sounded bitter towards the end.

"There is a space under the desk. Someone before you crafted it into a hiding place, and it worked for him. I recommend that you hurry though. You will be safe there. Just try not to make eye contact. It will be over soon, they will lose interest." The voice promised them before falling silent.

"How are we all supposed to fit underneath it?" Mariah blurted.

"That's the thing...not all of us are supposed to." Jack stated numbly.

"This way!" Mark barked to his team, darting forward towards the room with the desk to protect them.

Matt instantly sprang into action, chasing after Mark without hesitation, but with grim determination to save his friends.

Jack, Ethan, Mariah, and Sam managed to squeeze under the desk before everyone else, leaving the others out to die by whatever animatronic nightmare was out there waiting for them.

Mark took to the air with Tyler on his back when he saw the small animatronics that looked like babies crawl out of their hiding spot, approaching the others stuck on the ground.

"I can't stay up here for long." Mark grimaced in pain from holding so much weight, flapping his wings desperately to keep him and his friend in the air away from danger.

"It's fine, stay up here." Tyler directed as he jumped down, punching the ground when he landed.

A large circle of dust formed around him as several animatronics flew back and smashed against the metal walls.

Matt had already used his tech bracelet to summon something he could use as a weapon.

"What?!" Matt exclaimed in disappointment when the silver drop the mic microphone from one of his ten weird amazon product videos appeared in his hand, the tip dented from when he tried to destroy it in a Rekt video.

"I think you can only summon rejected items from your videos." Kevin remarked with a small smirk.

"Just hit the animatronics with it!" Connor barked, using his video game controller to take over one of the animatronics so he could attack the other ones coming closer to him.

Tanner and Gunner were standing back to back with their weapons in hand, Tanner's war hammer and Gunner's sword moving in a shiny blur as they fought off the animatronics trying to crawl up them.

Paul was standing back and helping Kevin find ways to take out the animatronics with the help of their powers combined.

Dan was using his own shadow to fight the animatronics as he stood a safe distance back, his expression a mask of concentration.

Sam, Mariah, Jack, and Ethan worked together to keep the cover of the desk shut with their combined strength as the animatronics struggled to pull it open.

"Guys help!" Mark cried out in alarm mixed with pain as an animatronic leaped up and grabbed onto his wing, sinking its teeth into his vibrant pink feathers.

Mark's body hit the ground with a sickening thud as animatronics swarmed around him, greedily eating him as if he was a chicken.

Tyler cane to help by punching the animatronics away, only to find that he was too late.

Mark's body was completely gone.

Tyler did his best to stifle his tears as he angrily whirled around to destroy more of the animatronics.

Matt was next to go down since he had little to use to defend himself, his body disappearing like Mark's.

Paul and Kevin died when an animatronic jumped on the pair, knocking them down to the ground with enough force to knock them out so they could eat the two.

"These things are fucking creepy!" Dan screamed in fear as he continued defending himself, beginning to feel exhausted.

Abruptly the wave of baby animatronics stopped much to the survivor's relief as they regained their breath.

Only Tyler, Jack, Dan, Ethan, Sam, Mariah, Gunner, and Tanner was left.

"Now what?" Ethan wondered aloud.

"Mark talked to me about the game before awhile ago...we have to go through Ballora's room to restore the power." Tyler remembered.

"Then are we done?" Sam asked hopefully.

"I don't know." Tyler admitted.

"Let's go then I guess." Dan sighed in exasperation.

Together the seven trudged to the entrance of Ballora's room, all of them hesitant to enter.

"We have to be silent." Tyler informed the group in a voice barely audible to any of them.

They nodded as together the group stepped inside, tip-toeing across the floor.

They could hear a music box playing in the distance that would occasionally grow louder as Ballora danced closer towards them before the sound became softer as she retreated.

Thud

Everyone froze when they heard the noise of someone tripping over something in the darkness.

The silence was broken by a scream from Sam as Ballora killed her in the darkness.

None of them dared to even breath as they continued on with tears in their eyes that they refused to let fall for fear that Ballora would hear them drop and kill them.

Jack was the first to make it to the end safely, followed by Tyler and Ethan, then Mariah, Dan, Tanner, and lastly Gunner.

Jack began the process of deactivating the power since he knew how to while the others fought off Funtime Freddy and Bon-Bon the best they could using the voice of an automated female voice that lured them to sleep temporarily.

"Done!" Jack exclaimed in relief once he finished, glad to see his surroundings fade to black once more.

"Congrats team...uh, What's your team name Jack?" Angelica spoke up.

"Uhh...the diamond play buttons." Jack answered slowly.

"Nice. Anyway, here's some of your friends back." Angelica announced.

Ken and Mark suddenly reappeared, thier bodies completely intact.

"And for team Hi-Five studios..." Angelica trailed off.

All of the people that died in the game except Matt was still gone much to the team's dismay.

"Just let us go!" Jack begged desperately.

"Hmm...no." Angelica laughed before falling silent, leaving the group standing in darkness once more.
