Rias stands in front of a large door that leads to the room where her second brother is. Until today she didn't even know she had any other siblings besides from her brother Sirzech but now she finds out she has yet another older brother. With her is her pawn Issei who had wanted to come with her as emotional support.

"Don't worry Rias. If he tries anything I'll beat him into next week." Issei tells Rias since he didn't really know how to truly console her in this situation since he never had to deal with such a thing.

"Thank you Issei." rias says as she breaths out a deep breath. "Well here goes nothing," Rias says as she opens the door only for her and her pawn to be met with an explosion.

Jumping out of the smoke cloud is Astral in black sweatpants and a white T-shirt. "Your control over Antimagic has only improved over all these years," Astral says with a smile as he looks at Saki who's in his black form and holding his antimagic greatsword.

"Of course it has. I can't kick your ass if I'm just some weak bitch on the sidelines!" Saki shouts as he points his blade at Astral. out of nowhere Saki charges at Astral and the two clash blades.

Pushing off one another Astral summons Shard of ice magic behind himself. "Ice magic, Chilling Shards!" Astral shouts as razor-sharp shards of ice fly toward Saki

"Jet Black Antimagic Slash," Saki says as he pulls out another antimagic sword, this one being lighter than and more of a one-handed blade. As he slashes Astral the devil poofs into a puff of smoke and the real Astral taps his sword on the ground.

"Must you give you attacks such long names? "Astral ask his friend

"Damn right I do. I want my opponent to know exactly what attack fucked them over." Saki explains to Astral

"Well if that is what you prefer," Astral says as he sheath his sword. "We'll finish this another time Saki. My sister is here and I wish to make up for lost time." Astral tells his friend as he wipes the sweat from his forehead.

"Fine, I'll kick your ass later," Saki replies as he puts his own weapons away and deactivates his transformation before walking away.

"Hello there Rias it is good to finally meet you in person and I see you brought your pawn Issei Hyoudou. It is truly a pressure to meet you both." Astral says with a bow

"Y-yes. It's nice to meet you, too big brother. I'm Rias your younger sister."

"Calm yourself Rias. If you fear that I hold resentment for the entire Gremory line you are mistaken." Astral Say with a smile

"Think Fast!" Shouts Saki as he throws a water bottle full force at Astral's head.

Astral catches the water bottle and with a smile thanks to his friend for the drink. "Oh come on I wanted to see you get knocked the fuck out," Saki complains as he walks out of the room.

"Now as I was saying I hold no hatred for you or any other Gremory. The exceptions being our parents. I do not believe I will ever forgive for what they put me through." Astral explains as he takes a large gulp of his water.

Rias was astounded by this. Anyone that was in his position herself included would have sworn vengeance on their family for what they had put this man through yet Astral shows no intentions of gaining revenge or hurting the Gremory Family in the slightest.

"If it wasn't for revenge then why did you want to meet with me?" Rias ask

"Am I not allowed to see my little sister that I am just now meeting?" Astral asks with a smile.

Rias could feel nothing but a warm and loving feeling coming off of Astral. He wasn't lying or even holding the tiniest bit of anger or hatred toward her. The young female devil smiles as she begins to talk to her brother about what he had unfortunately missed out on during her life.

(Ballroom of inside the castle of the Yokia faction's castle)

"Well wasn't this a pleasant surprise," Azazel says as he drinks from the shot glass in his hand while looking around the room. He sees Micheal, Gabriel, Sirzech, a few humans he didn't know, and the queen of the Yokia Yasaka, plus her two kids.

"And that's how I lost my virginity on the battlefield," Saki says as he laughs and drinks more beer.

"I can never unhear any of that," Micheal says as he walks away from the drunk devil.

"Jesus Crist I love this guy!" Alucard shouts as he wraps his arm around Saki's neck and laughs

"Oh no, they're multiplying," Tsunade says a bit afraid.

(Outside on the Balcony of the castle)

Astral looks into the greatness of the night sky. His gaze is fixed into the endless night sky until an arm wraps around his neck and a kiss is placed on his cheek.

"The guest is waiting for you dear. Why don't you come inside and greet them." Yasaka says to her beloved with a smile.

"My apologies. I must have lost track of the time. I'll be inside in a moment, but how is everything going inside?" Astral ask

"The angels aren't talking to anyone but The fallen angel faction leader Azazel is talking and drinking the night away with Saki, Alucard, Crocodile, and your brother," Yasaka explains. "Also your brother is the best uncle ever the kids love him and their new aunt, I think Lucoa has some competition for that world's greatest aunt mug." Yasaka giggles

"Are you truly going to make her give away that mug?" Astral asks with a chuckle of his own

"If she's not the world's best aunt then she doesn't deserve it." Yasaka laughs again.

"We will see I suppose. Tell the guess I will be inside moment from now, then I will make my announcement." Astral tells his wife as he kisses her on the lips.

"Well don't keep us waiting too long. Especially me, after this party we'll be spending our night together." Yasaka says with a seductive grin as she leaves the balcony.

"I know you are there. Reveal yourself Infinite Dragon God." Astral says as he moves his head to look behind himself only to see the tiny dragon god

"Your sensory magic is on point as always Demon God of Magic," Ophis says with a smirk.

"Why are you here?" Astral asks while not letting his guard down for even a moment

"Am I not allowed to congratulate my equal on their accomplishment," Ophis says with a fake sad tone

"Nice try but you would not travel all the way here for a simple congregation, so tell me why you are truly here?" Astral asks as his aura starts the leave his body as if he's preparing himself for battle.

Ophis appears in front of the devil but this doesn't even cause Astral to jump in surprise. He stands his ground against the god.

"You saw right through me.I've come to give you a warning. You want peace but my upcoming plans will put a damper on those plans, just thought I should let you know." Ophis says as Astral's blade appears on her neck. The blade is pushed against her skin but not cutting through it.

"Dargon god or not, if you plan to meddle in my plan for peace you have me to contend with and hold me to this. I will hold nothing back if it comes down to a battle." Astral says in a serious tone as his aura spikes.

Moving the blade away from her neck with her finger Ophis walks toward the rail of the balcony. once there she places her hand upon the rail before looking back at the devil. "As if I'd risk fighting you. Beside from Great Red and 666 you're the only other being that can beat me, but you should also know that if you get in my way I won't hold back either." Ophis informs Astral before teleporting away.

With a scarf Astral puts his sword away and then enters the castle before walking into the ballroom, being met with stares from everyone. "How is the party?" Astral asks and receives his answer

"It's great. I haven't had this much fun in years but I gotta ask why are we here? Azazel asks

Saki then hiccups from his drunken state before answering. "One of life's great mysteries isn't it? Why are we here? I mean, are we the product of some cosmic coincidence? Or is there really a God, watching everything. You know, with a plan for us and stuff. I don't know man, but it keeps me up at night." 

"What no. I meant at this party. Why are you getting deep on me?" Azazel asks

"I don't know man I'm hammered as shited, I'm more fucked up then those three adventurers at the beginning of Goblin Slayer," Saki replies before passing out

"Just so you know he drank the bar empty." Mark chimes in

"Well, regardless of god and drinking I have a question of my own to answer your question Azazel. Do you want to see your faction wiped out?" Astral ask

"What, of course not!" Azazel replies

"Micheal what of you?" Astral ask 

"Of course not," Micheal replies.

"And what of you Sirzech?"

"No, Do you even need to ask that brother?" Sirzech ask

"I guess I did not, but that is the point. None of us want to see out faction destroyed but yet every day we live with that threat due to the needless ongoing hostilities between our groups." Astral tells everyone. "That is why I propose a peace treaty. All of us agree to put the past behind us and move on as friends." Astral says as Hellboy kicks a table in front of his king and then Astral snaps his fingers and a peace treaty appears on said table with six sloughs

"What do you all say peace or a constant threat of another great war that would lead to the end of every faction?" Astral ask the faction leaders

Azazel is the first to move and grabs the pen Astral had summoned along with the treaty and signs his name. "Peace is the best pass plus it'll give me more time for my studies." 

"Did you say studies? What are you doing, give me all the juicy details." Fu says as he takes the fallen angel governor away to talk. New up is Mark Morningstar.

"I have to keep the souls of Las Noches safe so of course, the soul faction will sign. Plus I guess I still owe you for saving  my beacon all those years ago." Mark laughs as he steps away from the treaty as he signs

"Peace would be great. It's about time we put an end to this needless fighting." Micheal says as he signs his name.

"Sirzech how about the devil faction?" Astral asks his brother

"What are you talking about. You rule the devil faction." Sirzech says confused

"Did I not tell you. I made you the leader of the devil faction hours ago after the council had been taken out of power. You are the ruler of the devil faction, I will be more of an advisor, overlooking the desitions you and the other great devils make for your faction." Astral explains to his brother.

With a smile, Sirzech takes hold of the pen and signs his name. "I won't let you down brother," Sirzech says as his brother smiles at him.

Astral then signs his own name down but then Micheal notices something. "Wait who is the sixth person who has to sign? We have the devils, the fallen angels, this new soul faction I'm justing hearing about, and the yokia faction. Who's left?"

"That would be me. Crocodile the leader of the human faction and the one who has the legendary elemental dragon Suna Suna as my sacred gear." Crocodile says to the surprise of the other faction leader. Then he signs his own name as Astral smiles

"This marks a new day for every faction. Moving forward we will work together to improve our factions." Astral announces to the faction leaders. "Not let us enjoy the night!" Astral shouts to all
