Heart's POV

It has been exactly 9 months since we were adopted, i finally got the courage to call Mr. and Mrs. Afton mom and dad. Mom started to cry, I panicked and didn't know what to do, dad said that it was okay and that she is just happy to know I think of her as a mom. It was late at night 12:34 a.m. I got out of bed to get something to drink. When I got to the kitchen I saw a chicken that was all torn up and had razor sharp teeth. She's wearing a yellow bib saying 'Let's Eat' on it. I was confused. I also saw her holding a cupcake with sharp teeth and torn up just like her. It's on a plate that's in her one hand. I saw that the cupcake saw me. It seemed to be talking? To the chicken, she turned around and looked at me with glowing eyes. I tilted my head and waved a little, she waved back hesitantly, I walked over to the dining table and grabbed a chair. I pushed it to the counter and got up on it. I went to open the cabinet door where the cups are, but a clawed hand came and opened it for me. I looked and saw a blueish-purple bunny, I could tell it was a male, he was torn up just like the chicken and had the same glowing red eyes and razor sharp teeth. He grabbed a plastic cup and went to the sink, he turned on the fauset and filled the cup with water. I felt someone pick me up and set me back on the ground.

I turned around and saw it was the chicken, she turned to the chair and didn't know how to pick it up while holding the cupcake, "i can take the cupcake and hold it while you put the chair back if you like, but i can put it back myself i'm not weak." i told her, she looked at me then looked at the bunny. She handed me the cupcake and picked up the chair. I looked at the cupcake and tried to figure out if it was a boy or a girl, but as i got a closer look i saw that it is a boy, she came back and took back her cupcake. The bunny gave me the cup "thank you" i tell him. He seemed to have smiled? At me "yOuR weLcOMe" he said in a deep and scary voice, but it didn't bother me, i drank my water and put my cup in the sink. I go to walk back to my room but i turn around and wave goodbye to the bunny, chicken and cupcake, they wave back and i leave before i got into my room i heard footsteps and saw a light. I got confused because it was coming from Chris's room, i walked to his room and opened the door "Chris? Why are you awake? Shouldn't you be in bed it's" i look to his alarm clock "1:12 a.m." i ask him he turns around scared, when he saw it was me he sighed but then had a panicked look again he rushes to me and grabs my arm. He pulls me into his room and closes the door "why are you up? It's too dangerous to be out there! They could hurt you or worse!" He said I tilted my head and raised an eyebrow.

"Who could hurt me?"

"The nightmares"

"Nightmares?"

"They come every night at midnight and try to kill me"

He told me hugging his Fredbear plush close, I have my Springbonnie in my left hand, I was still confused until I saw his flashlight start to flicker. I saw what looked like a Freedy Fazbear plush but more menacing than the original one, it was twitching like crazy and lunged for Chris, I pushed him behind me and brought my left arm up. It bit my arm with it's very sharp teeth. I winced in pain and saw blood starting to flow from my arm. Chris was terrified and started shaking, he shined his flashlight on the thing and it screeched before it let go of my arm and disappeared. I looked at Chris and saw he was still shaking. I took the bandages from my right arm and used it to wrap up my left arm on the wound. "Are y-you okay H-Heart?" he asked, starting to cry, "it's okay Chris. I'm fine, I'm just happy I got to keep my little brother safe '' I told him smiling, he smiled back, he went to his bedside table and grabbed another flashlight. He handed it to me and explained what I needed to do.

He said that there are eight of them and told me where they are and their names, on the right side of the room Nm. Bonnie comes to the door, on the left Nm. Chica with her cupcake comes to the door, in the closet is where Nm. Foxy is hiding, then under the bed is where Nm. Freedy hides. For the right and left doors i need to check if there is any breathing, it sounds like a radio he explained, if i hear breathing i need to close the door and count to ten then open the door. If I don't hear the breathing I shine my light in the hallway. For the closet if the door moves i have to go to it and shine my light if i see him i have to close the door. I have to open the door back up and if I see a Foxy plush I leave the closet, now for the bed if my flashlight starts flickering I have to turn around and turn my flashlight on. If the little Freddles, that's what he calls them, are there they start screeching then go back under the bed. I nodded my head and helped him out.

2:54 a.m.

I was over at the left door, I listened for any breathing, I didn't hear any so I shone my light down the hallway. What I saw was the chicken that helped me when I got something to drink! She went back behind the wall of the hallway away from the light, I lowered my flashlight and left the door. I went to the right and listened and heard breathing, "hey '' I said quietly so Chris didn't hear me.

"your name is Nm. Bonnie, correct?"

"YeS I Am"

"Well, do you think you and Nm. chica not come to the doors please. I don't want to hurt you with my flashlight"

"I caN'T DO THaT, It'S my JOb to SCaRE HIm. BuT i WiLL JusT THiS OncE, OkAY?"

"Okay, thank you."

I smiled, and I heard his footsteps leave the door. I turn around and walk back to the middle of the room.

4:35 a.m.

I gave out a yawn, I was tired. I looked towards Chris and saw him checking the doors, but I knew that Nm. Bonnie and Nm. Chica won't be going to them tonight. I pointed my flashlight towards the closet doors and saw the left one move. I walk towards the closet and turn my light on. I saw a metal foot with claws that had some of the fur gone, there was a brown pair of pants and more torn up red fur along with an arm that had a hook on it. It's Nm. Foxy. I went to close the closet doors when I stopped "I know you can hear me." I said, his arm twitched. "I just wanted to say, can you not scare Chris just this once tonight? I hate seeing him being so tired in the morning, so can you give him a break just this once please?'' I asked him, "WHy? It'S ME JoB tO SCarE Him, Ye be A BRavE LAss, AskINg Me NoT To SCare ThE LaD, ANd WHy AREn't Ye ScARed Of ME?" he asked, i look down biting my lip then look backed up "i... i went through something very similar to this in the past. I learned not to be scared of them as long as i remember, i'm still needed, i can't die tonight. I'll keep fighting and survive the night so that way in the morning, i can still be there for them.'' I said, my voice filled with determination.

He gives out a deep and glitched up chuckle "yAr HAr HaR, Ye HAvE ThE COUragE oF a PIrATe LAss, ALrIghT YE ConVINcED me, I'Ll LeaVE tHe LaD ALonE ToNIGht. BUt bE WARneD The CAptAiN iSn'T As EAsilY COopORaTivE AS Me, SO Ye wATch Ye BAcK LaSS, Or YE Be DEAd." he warned me, i nodded my head and closed the doors. I waited for a while then opened them back up, I saw he was a plushie again, I smiled "thank ye, captain Nm. Foxy, me be happy I got to meet ye" i tried to say in my best Pirate Accent, i went to turn around when i heard a chuckle, i didn't turn back around because i knew it was him.

5:30 a.m.

The night was almost over, Chris told me that the night ends at 6 a.m., I stayed in the middle of the room while Chris checked the closet. I knew he would only see the Foxy plush, my flashlight started to flicker, I turned around and turned it on. One of the Freddles Screeched and went back under the bed, when I went to turn back around I heard a whimper, when I looked back I saw Freddle was on the bed again. It was rubbing its eyes black stuff coming out of them. I'm guessing it's their tears, I felt bad, I turned back around and brought my hand to it. I wiped away their 'tears', it looked at me confused, I smiled slightly. "You know, you're kinda cute when you're trying not to kill me" i said, it was staring at me i'm guessing with a shocked look, i pat it's head and turned back around. I heard the bed move, so I knew it went back under the bed. As time went by I heard a very deep and scratchy voice "WHy WeRE YoU NiCe To TheM? AReN'T yOu ScARed?" it asked me, i knew that was Nm. Freedy.

"Well, I've seen the worst, and I felt bad for making them cry. So i wanted to apologize for doing that to them."

"BUt ThE OnE BiT YoU, WHY AReN'T YoU MAD. DoN'T YOu WAnT THem tO bE In PaIN?"

"No, I was foolish to get hurt, but I was doing it to protect my little brother. Also, can i ask you something?"

"WhAT Do YOu WAnT TO AsK?"

"Can you leave him alone, i hate seeing him like this, and if you don't i'll make sure to be here for him"

"YOu ArE VEry FUNny, WhY woULd I wANT To SToP SCaRInG THaT CRyBABy? I LoVE It WHeN HE StaRTs tO SCReam, ESpeCIAlly WHEn He BEGs FOr His LiFE"

"You're very mean, unlike the others, you don't care about anything. I'm only asking if you can do it just for tonight, then, you can go back to what you do, alright?"

"FInE, BUt JUsT FoR TOnighT, THeN iT's BAck To SCarinG. Got It?"

"Got it, thank you Nm. Freedy. Also, can you tell the Freedle that I'm sorry for shining my light in their eyes? I only did it to make sure that Chris was safe, I bet they feel the same for the others, right?"

"aLriGHt, I'lL TEll THeM, jUsT wAtCH oUt IF OnE OF tHEm GEt OuT fRoM unDer THe BEd ALrIghT, NoW, I'lL be GonE. BuT I'LL bE BAck TOniGHt"

He said as he went back to where he was. I know that they will be harder on Chris tonight, so I will be here for him again, and make sure that he is safe from them no matter the cost. Our family still needs him, I hear a beeping sound and look at the clock. It's 6 a.m., we survived the night. I sigh and look at Chris, he smiles, I smile back, he gives out a yawn and walks to the bed climbing back in to go to sleep. I climb in with him, he looks at me, then shrugs his shoulders. I was tired as well so he cuddled close to me and fell asleep with a smile on his face. I smiled back, patted his head and told him good night and fell asleep myself. "Wake up! Or your gonna miss breakfast" i hear someone say, i open my eyes and see Elizabeth looking at me with her cheeks puffed out. I sit up and rub my eyes, yawning, I turn my head to look at Chris, he's holding Fredbear close to him with Springbonnie, I smile, I start to shake his shoulder telling him to wake up.

He opens his eyes and yawns, "Chris, it's time to wake up, we have to go downstairs for breakfast" I tell him in a tired tone. He nodded his head and got out of bed, I looked at his clock and saw it was 9:45 a.m. it was summertime so we didn't have to get ready for school. I get out of bed and stretch, I grab Plushie, and Elizabeth, Chris and I walk downstairs for breakfast. When we got to the kitchen we saw that mommy was making breakfast while daddy was sitting at the table reading the paper with a cup of coffee and a plate with, and of course, 5 pieces of toast. I shake my head smiling at how silly he is, I see Mikey there as well with his Foxy mask on the table on the left while he's on his phone. To his right sitting in the chair is Aira, she's swinging her legs back and forth waiting for mommy to be done, I walk over to daddy and take the seat next to him. He stops reading for a minute and smiles, he pats my head and goes back to reading, mommy comes over with some plates and puts them on the table in front of us. It's a simple egg with bacon and toast, but daddy doesn't get the toast because he already has some. I already knew that we won't be needing bread for a while because mommy always buys 4 loves of bread when she goes to the store. As we start eating our breakfast mommy looks at me with a worried look "mommy, is something wrong?" i ask "oh, it's nothing sweetie, i'm just wondering why you have bags under your eyes. Did you not sleep well last night?" she asks me "no i slept fine, i just got up in the middle of the night to get something to drink when i heard footsteps in Chris's room and went to see why he was up" i said

"Chris, why were you awake? I thought you went to bed at 8?"

"Sorry daddy, i just couldn't sleep"

"Well, i wouldn't be able to either if i had scary animatronics trying to kill me every night"

"Heart, what do you mean by that? Did you have the same nightmare as Chris?"

"No, I saw them myself. When I went to the kitchen I saw Chica. She was all torn up with razor sharp teeth, glowing red eyes, and claws. Her cupcake was the same, though, he wasn't as torn up like Chica but he had razor sharp teeth as well. He saw me and I guess he told Chica that I was in the kitchen looking at her, she turned around and looked back at me. I waved at her and she waved back hesitantly, I guess she was confused. I wasn't scared of her or her cupcake, so I went and got one of the chairs and moved it to the counter. I went to get a cup from the cupboard when a clawed hand got there first and opened it, I turned around and saw Bonnie, he was a blueish purple color. Almost a more blueish indigo, he looked at me for a bit then turned around and walked to the sink. I then felt someone pick me up then put me back on the ground, i turned around and saw it was Chica, she was going to put the chair back but couldn't since she was holding her cupcake, so, i told her i can hold it or put the chair back. She gave me her cupcake and then picked up the chair putting it back where it belonged, when she came back over she took back her cupcake. I felt a hand and turned around, it was Bonnie, he was holding the cup that was filled with water. He handed it to me, as I took the cup from him I told him thank you, he said your welcome in a deep and glitching voice. When I finished my drink I put the cup in the sink and went to go back to bed, but before I did that I turned back to them and waved goodbye, they waved back hesitantly then I left." they looked at me confused except Chris, he was shocked, "they just let you leave? Just like that, they didn't try to kill you or anything?" he asked me. I shook my head no, when i looked back i saw Mikey looking towards me with a confused look, i looked to where he was looking and saw he was looking at my arm with the bandage, it was soaked, when mommy looked at where Mikey was looking she gasped and had a hand over her mouth. Daddy looked at her then at what she was looking at, his eyes widened.

"What happened?! Why is your arm bleeding so much!?!"

"Oh, well, when i got to Chris's room and asked him what was going on, i saw what looked like a Freddy Fazbear plush but was more menacing then the original one it had claws, sharp teeth and weird eyes too. It was on the bed and it lunged at Chris with it's mouth wide open. I went and pushed Chris behinded me and held my arm up, it bit me, I winced in pain but made sure it didn't hurt Chris. When he saw what it did he held his flashlight to them and turned it on, they screeched before they let go of my arm and then disappeared."

"I was, really scared, i... i didn't know what to do. My big sister was hurt trying to protect me"

"It's okay Chris, I choose to do what I did, I wanted to keep my little brother safe no matter what," I said, and I then gave him a hug. "But, i'm confused, when you checked the doors something happened, cause when it was my turn Nm. Bonnie and Nm. Chica didn't come to the doors like they normally do?" he said.

"Oh! It's because I got to talk to Nm. Bonnie, I asked him if he and Nm. Chica could leave you alone for the night. He didn't seem like he wanted to at first but i was able to convince him, he then told me that he won't do it for tonight because it was a one time thing, but i was also able to -"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on a second, are you saying that there are murder animatronics in the house that look like Chica and Bonnie and are trying to kill you? Am i getting this right?"

"Yeah, but it's not only them, there's Nm. Foxy and Nm. Freddy too. But i was able to convince them not to hurt Chris last night, but, they will be back tonight and i know they will be worse." i said with my head down. "Well, i guess you'll sleep in Chris's room tonight as well, we don't want those 'Nightmares' to hurt him" daddy said. I knew he didn't believe us, and the other's didn't either except Aira. she knew about the ones i had and how bad they were. As we finished eating mikey asked mommy if his friends could come over, she said it was fine, we all put our dishes in the sink. Aira and i went to our room to get changed, our room was pretty decent, my bed was on the right while Aira's was on the left. I have purple bedding for my bed and Aira has light blue, our dressers are the same colors, we also have some posters on the walls from Fredbears family diner. I went to my dresser and opened it, i grabbed a purple sweater with stars and a moon on it, i also got some pants with the same star pattern. Aira picked a similar outfit but it was light blue instead of purple, i fixed my hair and did the same for my sister, we went to the bathroom and got our teeth brushed then went downstairs to play with Chris and Lizzy.

When we got there we saw Mikey and his friends with their masks on, they are scaring Chris! We rushed to them, i kicked Ian in the shin, he grunted in pain and held his shin the others looked at us as we helpt Chris back up. "Why are you scaring him! What did he ever do!" i yelled at them, they look at me and laugh while Mikey is still laughing at Ian for getting kicked by me. (A/N i'm gonna skip ahead so don't get mad please i'm just running out of ideas)

It's august 12th, Chris's birthday. We are at Fredbears family diner for his birthday party, i stayed with him most of the time, mommy wasn't around because she had to do something real quick. Daddy was busy with his employees so Mikey was watching us, he had his friends with him too. I made sure that they leaved Chris alone, we were talking when Mikey and his friends came over, "hey loser! Happy birthday" Mikey said with his foxy mask on "Mikey stop, you freak me out Mikey, i'll tell mommy"

"if you want to keep that stupid bear of yours you won't tell mom shit"

I get infront of them "back off! It's Chris's birthday, you can't just-" a hand went infront of my face "can it you little brat" it was Ian "wow dude your brother is a little baby" Alex said "it's hilarious, come on guys let's give the little man a lift" they all grab Chris and take him to Fredbear. I try to stop them but Ian pushed me back, Chris was pleading and crying for them to stop.

"I think he wants to give Fredbear a big kiss, on three, one.. Two.."

"Please Mikey i'm scar-"

A loud crunching sound went off, i stared in horror seeing my little brother bleeding from the head. Everyone started to panic, even Mikey's friends, Alice was crying. I grabbed Mikey's phone and called 911, i told them the situation and then ran to Chris, Alice helped me get him out of Fredbears mouth and helped me patch him up as best as we could. After the ambulance came i found his Fredbear plush with some of his blood on it, i grabbed it and held it close to me. We were taken to the hospital and saw the condition Chris was in, mommy was crying and daddy was yelling at Mikey, Lizzy held onto mommy and Aira. i walked to daddy to try and get him to stop yelling at Mikey, i then saw daddy hit Mikey! I got scared, so i went into the room where Chris is, i saw his heart beat going slower and slower so i walked to him holding our plushies "Chris, please don't leave, we need you. Stay strong, we fought those nightmares together, remember? If we can survive against them then you can survive this. Were the Afton family, and we never give up, right?" i sniffe "p-please, don't leave, i-i-i can't l-lose you t-too. Please, st-stay, i-i'll fight the night-nightmares, so, please, DON'T LEAVE!" i yelled out the last part crying. I layed my head on the bed holding his hand when i heard the heart monitor getting stronger. I brought my head up and saw that his heart beat was getting stronger! I looked at him and smiled, he's going to live, he's not gonna die today!

Wow 4135 words! That's alot, well i hope you all like this chapter i'm gonna start working on the next one it's gonna be about what happens to Elizabeth next, so get ready also to add when the words are in ittalic that means that it's in third person
