Magnus walks into Strongarm's room to see how she's doing, "Hey honey, how did the ultrasound go?"

"It was great, we saw the sparkling and heard its spark pulse," she replied with joy.

"Do you know the gender of it?"

"No, we wanted it to be a surprise."

"Oh, okay. How are you feeling? You seem to be a lot more cheerful now."

"I'm feeling great. Was this how you felt when you and Mom had me?"

"Yes, we were very happy. Thank you, Steeljaw, for sticking with her and helping her pull through."

"Of course, anything for my mate," he replied with a smile as he hugged Strongarm.

"How do you feel after seeing your sparkling, sire-to-be?"

"Happy, full of pride that we're bringing life into this world."

"As well as you should be."

Steeljaw looked back to Strongarm with a loving smile. Strongarm looked back at him with a loving smile of her own.

"Let's go get some Energon. What do you say?" Magnus suggested.

"OK," Steeljaw replied unmoving, keeping his optics on his mate.

"Steeljaw, you're gonna have to take your optics off me so you can see where you're going," Strongarm says with a giggle as they start walking.

"Don't worry I'll be- oof," he ran into the doorframe.

Strongarm couldn't help but laugh, "I warned you. Are you alright?"

"I'm okay," he assured her as he left to catch up with Ultra Magnus. Still laughing, Strongarm runs to catch up with them.

Arcee was basking in the sun beside Metalsound, "You didn't want the gender to be a surprise?" The Predacon asked with closed optics.

"No, I was very curious to know. You're gonna make it a surprise?"

"I like surprises."

"I see."

"As long as the sparkling's healthy I'll be happy," she added.

"Same, I just want a healthy sparkling."

"It's what we all want." Metalsound stretched her legs, "Man this sun feels good."

"Yes, it does."

"I'm going to go for a short fly, maybe Windblade would like to join me."

"Alright. I'm gonna go see what Wheeljack's up to."

"OK, see you later," Metalsound left to find the female seeker.

Arcee finds Wheeljack practicing his swordsmanship against Drift and walks over to them.

"Hello, Arcee. How are you feeling?" Jetstorm greeted.

"Hello, Jetstorm. I'm feeling better, thank you."

"And how is the sparkling?" Slipstream asked.

"It's doing fine."

"Do you know if it's a mech or a femme?"

"It's a mech."

"Congratulations," the twins said simultaneously.

"Have you thought of a name for the child?" Slipstream asked.

"Thanks. No, haven't thought of any yet, will have to talk to Wheeljack about it."

Drift had managed to evade Wheeljack's blade with his own, "Shall we call this a draw?" Drift asked with a small smirk.

"Yeah, sure."

Arcee walked over to Wheeljack and hugged him and he hugged her back, "You almost had him," she said with a smile.

"Yeah. Thanks for the support, babe."

"My pleasure. Have any ideas for what we're naming our sparkling?" She asked as she led him to their room.

"How about Seajumper?"

"Seajumper?"

"Yeah, Seaspray and Cliffjumper. Kind of like a remembrance of them."

Arcee smiled as she remembered her old partner, she was sure Wheeljack was thinking of Seaspray as well, "I like it," she replied softly as she leaned onto his shoulder.

"Good," he says as he leans in and kisses her on the helm.

Magnus, Steeljaw, and Strongarm are drinking their Energon, all the while Strongarm keeps looking at Steeljaw and giggling a bit.

"What's so funny?" Steeljaw asked in confusion.

"Still thinking about earlier."

"I guess it was kind of funny," he chuckled.

"What happened earlier?" Ultra Magnus asked.

"Steeljaw wasn't paying attention to where he was going because he was looking at me and he ran into the doorpost."

The commander blinked before taking a sip of his Energon, hiding a small smile of amusement.

"I told him to stop looking at me and pay attention to where he was going but he wouldn't listen."

If his daughter was trying to get him to laugh she was succeeding. They hear a gurgle as he lets out a small laugh while drinking.

"Is he okay?" Sideswipe asked as he walked by.

Strongarm giggled, "Yeah, he's just fine. Just laughing at something funny."

"Laughing? I didn't think he was capable of laughing, let alone smiling," he shuddered at the thought of seeing Ultra Magnus smiling.

"Hey! Watch it, kid!" Magnus says when he stops drinking.

"Sorry," the speedster yelped as he took off running.

All three started laughing as they watched him run off. Windblade came walking over, "Hey, guys."

"Hey, Windblade. How are you?" Strongarm greeted.

"Doing good. What's so funny?" She walks over to get some Energon and sits down with them.

"Just Sideswipe, Dad scared him."

"Oh, that figures. He seems to get scared about anything," she says with a chuckle, "How are you doing, Strongarm? Feeling alright?" She could feel Steeljaw glaring at her and heard him let out a small growl as he took a sip of his Energon but she shrugged it off.

Steeljaw, stop it.

Stop what?

"I'm great," she grinned. Stop glaring at Windblade.

"That's good. Do you have a problem with me, Steeljaw?"

Steeljaw just looked away, sipping on his Energon. Ultra Magnus looks between Steeljaw and Windblade in confusion, "Did something happen between you two?"

"I believe I know what this is about. He's still upset with you, Windblade, for telling me all that stuff about him which caused me to question his loyalty."

Windblade looks at Steeljaw, "You're still upset about that? That happened about half a year ago."

Steeljaw growled slightly, "I know, but I'm still a bit ticked off about it. I almost lost Strongarm thanks to you. You better not do it again."

Windblade threw up her servos, "In my defense, I was looking after my friend and making sure she didn't get hurt."

Strongarm placed a servo on Steeljaw's shoulder as she sent him a wave of love to calm him down, "We're going out for a drive," Strongarm said getting up and pulling Steeljaw up as well. "Nice talking to you again, Windblade," she says as she walks off with Steeljaw following after her.

Once they get to the gate they transform and drive off. Hard to believe we've been together for half a year. Strongarm said in disbelief through the bond.

I know, time really flew by. I just hope I make you just as happy as you make me.
