I was in the woods. I had a broken ankle, broken arm and a gash on my chest. I was in to much pain. I heard some on coming towards me. I opened my eyes to see a little girl. "please help me."

Sally: “hey! Are you okay??” She ran up to the wounded person

Sally: “oh no! I’ll get someone” she said scared as she ran to find Toby. They both ran to the wounded person

Toby: “this?” He knew better can’t let Sally cry so he bandaged up the wounds on the person stopping the blood from spilling out “can you walk?” He said with a poker face

"No. I have no where to go. My dad did this to me." I let the tears fall down my face.

Sally started to cry feeling empathy for the girl. Toby looked at the girl, he sighed and got up picking up the girl bridal style “I’ll let you live with me...” he said feeling a little sympathy for the girl

I got up slowly and had my bad leg in the air. I started to feel dizzy and started to sway.

Toby and Sally started to walk to the mansion, Sally opened the door and Toby put the woman on the couch. He told Sally to watch her since he was going to talk to slender “okay!” Sally said proudly. He walked away.

Sally: “hey miss, what’s your name?” She said hiding her face in her teddy

"My name's Artic sweetie." I looked at her. "and u must be Sally right." I looked at her. I looked almost like Sally.

Sally: "aww! Your name is so cute! And how do you know me?” She said looking confused and tilted her head.

"Honey I'm ur older sister." I looked into her eyes. "Dad gave up looking for u and took it out on me." I sat up slowly and looked at her. "u still have the teddy I won u at the fair."

Sally took a while to process that information and when she did she smiled widely “sissy!” She said jumping then stopped “I’m sorry daddy did that to you” she quietly choked out the last few words tilting her head down. She looked back at her sister and hugged her

"Hey now don't let that crown fall." I hugged her with one arm since my other arm was in a sling. "now where is this Slender I heard about."

“Oh Toby is talking to him! Because he isn’t sure if you can stay, cause Slendy is boss! And we listen to boss” she put her hand by her head like a salute and giggled a bit.

I smiled. "why don't u take me to his office. I think I can talk to him about me staying here." I stood up slowly.

Sally smiled “oki!” She said grabbing Artic’s hand and walking her to his office like room.

I hopped up the stairs. I leaned against the door frame as Sally ran over to this Slender man. I smiled at her. "so ur the man that has been taking care of my little sister."

Slenderman: "hello miss, may I ask what is your name? Sally never spoke to me about her older sister."

Artic: "That's because I was in high school a lot. I dropped out senior year when she went missing." I let the tears fall again. "after she went missing our father took it out on me."

Slenderman: “I’m sorry to hear that” he pats her back “I’ve got news for you young lady, my apprentice Ticci Toby as told me you would like to stay correct?” he turns his head to Sally then back at Artic “since you are family to our beloved Sally we will let you stay”

"Thank u." I was shown my new room. "do u mind if I ran to my old house to get my things?"

Slenderman: “you are wounded, I will have my proxy’s go get it” he snapped and pointed at the proxy’s then at the door and they left to get the stuff “stay here until your wounds are healed and we will have a chitchat about this place” he pat her back lightly then walks away to his office once again.

I laid down and started to fall asleep. I had my foot propped up on a pillow. I felt dizzy and weird. I woke up to see the proxy setting my stuff down. I nodded my head.

Masky was the last to leave the room, as he was almost out the door he whispered “sweet dreams, Artic” he left closing the door behind him.

I woke up and started to put my things away. I heard my door open. I saw Slender sit on my bed. "u wanted to talk. To ahead ill be listening while putting my things away."

“Since you are part of this household you will contribute to some chores” he said handing Artic a schedule /Saturday\ “since you still recently have gotten hurt you won’t start in a few weeks and you will slowly get one more day, you can relax and break for a little while but once you are fully healed you must start” he said in a monotone voice then left the room.

"Cool. Thank u." I poked my head out the door. I saw that they brought Sally's stuff to. I hopped downstairs to get an ice pack for my ankle and arm. I heard a sound from behind me and jumped. I fell onto my back.

“I- woah!” The person stepped back as he watched Artic fall “miss, are you okay?” Leaning down to face the woman was Homicidal Liu

"I'm fine." I stood up slowly. "I'm Artic Sallys older sister." I smiled at him. "sorry Slender put me on bed rest."

“Oh well I am Homicidal Liu, but I prefer Liu. It’s lovely to meet you, you seem hurt if you need anything just holler for me” he smiled then walked past her.

"Alright." I walked into my room and laid down. I turned the tv on and watched some show. I started to fall asleep but Slender came in with some needle. "that better be for pain."

Slenderman: “Toby has mentioned to me that your wounds are still open and he only covered them, I would let the nurse of this building do it but she’s out for a while” he calmly mentioned as he stitched the wound shut. He nodded the signal he was done then left.

I justed wanted to sleep. I curled into a ball. I passed out and didn't wake up for a while.

After hours someone knocked on Artic’s door “hellooo?” A feminine voice said “is anyone here??” The tone was pretty annoyed.

"Its open." I opened my eyes slowly. I groaned in pain and whined. I hated being in pain.

The door slowly opened “hey Artic was it? Get up! It’s breakfast sleepyhead!” Her tone went from peaceful in the question to rude after it, the woman left leaving the door open and the light on.

I hopped downstairs and struggled to get to the table. My body was sore and it hurt to move. I sat down on the couch.

A girl in a black dress with a blank faced mask walked up to Artic “hello Artic! I’m Jane” she handed Artic a plate of food “I’m sorry about our friend that rudely woke you up, she’s Clockwork. Enjoy your meal” Jane happily said as she walked back to the rest.

"Thanks." I ate my food slowly. I started to feel dizzy from the pain and like I was gonna throw up. "Sally honey can u run to my room and get me my pain meds please."

“Oki!” The child skipped to Artic’s room grabbing the pills and bringing it to her “will you be okay sissy?” She said concerned as she didn’t want her sister dead like her.

"I'm fine honey just some dizziness and feeling like throwing up." I took two pain pills. I saw my vision going black. "no no no not now."

“Sissy??” Sally said very concerned “are you okay??” She barely spoke out with tears in her eyes.

I started to wake up after a while. I walked downstairs. I had my ankle in a boot now. I looked at Slender. "what happened?"

“You passed out, luckily we had our Nurse Ann with us when Sally alerted her, as I remember she said that you just have some nausea and heavy dizziness”

"Yeah I did. I get that every time I'm worried or stressed out." I looked down at the floor. I let the tears fall down my face.

Slender tried to keep calm since he’s not use to comforting, he bend down to face the girl “you will be okay, you are with us. We will protect you until you get better, we have some that are like you so you aren’t alone” he got up patting her head then walked away.

I went to my room to rest. I fell asleep to my tv on.

No one entered the room in fear Sally will start screaming at them because of awakening her sister, but one snuck in with a sharp object about to cut into Artic’s side but accidentally woke her up “oh no” he quickly tried to leave but was caught.

Sally ran to Artic’s room seeing Eyeless Jack trying to flee “JAAAAAAAAACK” she screamed kicking him “you almost hurt sissy! She is hurt already! Meanie!”

I woke up. "Sally honey what's wrong"

“Jacky tried to take your kidneys” she said pouting and pointing at the shadow looking guy with a navy blue mask he slowly lifted up “ah sorry... yeah I tried to take your kidneys” he put his mask back on his face getting kicked out by Sally “Sorry sissy!” The girl said continued to kick the boy.

"Its alright Jack." I smiled and went back to sleep.

Jack: “im glad you can forgive me” he said a little sarcastic as he walked away with Sally.

I started to fall in love with Slender. I was doing the dishes. I started to feel like throwing up.

Jane was sweeping the floor when she noticed Artic “Artic! Are you okay? Do you need the restroom??” Jane said very concerned dropping the broom and running to her.

I saw the blood in the throw up. I looked at her and new what was happening. "My throat is to raw Jane. The top layer of skim in my throat is coming off."

Jane knew about skin layers and everything but she didn’t know what to do in this situation “uh..uhh!” She looked around “I’ll be back!” She ran to find Slender and Nurse Ann the three came running back.

“What the!” Ann has never dealt with this situation in years of medical training she didn’t know what to do.

Sally had my head in her lap. I opened my eyes. My eyes held fear. One word fell out of my mouth. "Surgery. U need to do surgery and rice the top layer of skin. Its peeling so its easy to do."

Nurse Ann nodded as Slender gave her the surgical stuff, she numbed Artic causing her to sleep again then started the surgery.

I held Sally's hand. I woke up after surgery. It hurt to talk. I walked downstairs in a grumpy mood. I made myself a slushy with sprite in it.

Liu walked up to Artic “hey” he said trying to not let Sully out “are you feeling okay?” He asked knowing what happened earlier.

I wrote out. 'don't tell anyone but I am falling in love with Slender.'

Liu chuckled a bit “so you do? Hehe I won’t tell a pasta!” He said putting his hands up showing his innocence.

I smiled and went to go upstairs but was dragged to Slender mans office.

“So miss Artic William, I see things have been acting weird with you, tell me your medical history. You have some trouble functioning and I won’t let my children die like this” and said in a monotone voice.

'W-W-Who are u?' I was scared to death and wanted my sister and Slender. I felt who ever it was touch my hair.

“Brian, or code name Hoodie, Slenderman is out so I’m here...in charge for a few hours” Hoodie said in a more relaxed voice.

'Why do u want me to tell u about my medical history?' I slid the paper over to him.

“Well you’ve been coughing up blood, and you got stabbed, basically we need to know so we can help you survive. Or well Ann specifically I guess” he took the paper and put it in Slender’s desk so he can take it.

I wrote down. 'Cancer at age 5 in my leg, breaking both my legs in a car accident and now this'

“All right and about the cancer one, do you still have it? If so what stage? Or is it gone?” He said tapping his fingers on the desk top.

'I won the battle 1 and a half years ago.'

“All right so that’s all right? If yes you may leave also...” he winked at her “I know about your little secret” he playfully said waving bye.

I went back to my room. I started to cry thinking that Slender would never like me back.

Liu heard crying in a room so he came in “Artic, are you good?”

I slid a note under the door that said yes just a bad thought.

“Liu, I’m going in and tell me the thought” he burst in and sat next to Artic “what’s on your mind? What’s the thought?”

I wrote down. "the day my mom died. She was killed by my father. I know what Slender is doing and that is making him feel what I felt."

“So he...is hurting himself like how people hurt you?” He said calmly yet questioning.

"Slender is hurting my father for the way he treated me. He's basically hurting my father in the way my father hurt me."

“Oh well shouldn’t that be a good thing? He is doing something good,....right...”

'I wanted to be there.'
