Back at my mini apartment, my face glued to the computer screen trying to figure out 'WHAT TO WRITE. hey! I never said being a cop was gonna be an easy job OK?' That's when I ran my hand through my hair as the other scrolled the mice on a blank page that was suppose to be filled up by now! It was already midnight, 11:00 to be exact.

My mind was blank. I thought to myself if I was ever gonna start. but before I placed my hand on one of the key letter.

The phone went off... BUZZING for about 7 seconds until I ran over to grab it. that's when I read the contacts name, it was Austin Mills. my heart sunk to the ground.. 'I can't answer it. what will I say? oh hey, its me.. Miley. the cool girl you met yesterday or so.. hows uh..life? no. I cant say that, ill make my self look like a total dweeb.' by accident, I answered the phone.

'crap' I said in my head for only me to hear. I slowly raised up my phone to my ear taking a deep breath."HEY DAWG, HOW'S A HANGING?! OR SHOULD YOU BE CHILLING UP ON DA BEAUTIFUL PINK CLOUDS?!?!"

That's when he replied. "uhm hey, you alright miles? you seem alittle--"

"Ive never been better until I met you!" I said feeling dumb for what I said to him just now.

He giggled a bit. "OK, are you sure your ok? You seem.... Nevermind forget what I said, what's up with your essay?"

It went silent in the Apartment...

"Wait, how'd you know about that? I didn't tell yo-"

"Hey. I know everything just like how I know zootopia like the back off my own paw!" He cutted me off.

I just played along with him because he is super nice, I mean I sort of owe him for helping out when I first met him, And I'm being serious, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be in an apartment right now so..

"I'm doing well... I mean its not easy" I told him.

He nodded, "do you need help tomorrow? I could you know grab some coffee with you and we can work on this at the same time."

In my head I was super confused and on the other hand I was relieved. I kind of have mixed feelings for him but hey! This isn't zaris-- the city of love! But what should I say?
