"Dani we need to train u with useing your powers cause they arr contected with your emotions"i say

"Ok when do you want to start"says dani while grabbing a water

"Now but we also have to take it easy your still not at full strength"i say while walkimg you to the junk yard

"Ill be fine dad "sayd dani while strectchin as dean and sam set on the side lines

"Ok lets start with streght while is controlled with your emotion of anger"i says standing on the other side of you

"Ok"says dani while takes deep breaths tapping into her memories to find the sorce of all her anger.when she found it which was her mother.opening her eyes they pitch black showing her that her demon side is in control which is were her unhuman strength comes from.

Liam uses his strength as well so spar with dani they sprint towards each other as the ground breaks benith them.ounce they clash its was a battle of strength dani made the first more swinging her right arm full force knocking her dad threw 3 buildings.then liam retailiates by raming her full spees with force awhole moutian up broken cars.but when she came out her woulds healed fast.

She takes deep breaths her eyes go competely chrstyal grey.the wind around her changes slowly starting to form a cyclone around her she keeps her eyes focused on one target pushing the cyclone clone with so much hatred it tear the target to shreds with nothing left.then her eyes change to a hazel green meaning for the earth element her hatred growing slowing riseing her arms vines and roots spear out of the ground into the air then with one swift move of her arms the vines and roots shoot to another 2 targets pearsing one muitpl times and the other one ripped in half.next her eyes went ocean blue standing for the water element.she walks over to the lake full of targets slowly riseing the waters into cyclones she makes the tempture go down fast causeing the cyclones to turn into ice as spices start to form.as with move movements of her arms the clash all at ounce tearing apart the target in the  center.then her eyes slowly change to an reddish orange stand for fire.

"Dean and sam i would stay back im gonna put up a wall while she is control of the fire element"i say forming a wall out of solid metal

Steams starts to appear of her skin fire slowly swarms her hands there was only one target left with all her hatred with one shot she sprints to it and with swift move ment collideing her hands to gether cause of beam of fire spiraling toward the target burning it to nothing.

"Good now that you can control the elements with your emotions now lets  start with you other supernatural abilites"i say bring down the wall that protected hee friends

Deans (p.o.v)

As i was watching dani train with her dad liam i didnt realise how much anger and hatres she had or how strong she really is ive only seen her with weapsons.

"Alright were gonna start with you abilitly teleakenises "liam says as he teleaported us all to middle of the junk yard.

She stands in front of a bounce of broken buliding.fluttering her eyes clothes parts of the bulding started to move on its on as if like it was trying to peice back to gether when she was actually doing.

"Good now last but not least is to gain control of all your emtions,abiliteys and your supernatural powers" liam says as he steps back by us

She closes her eyes tapping into her core with in a second different colors swarm around her from her core as she levates of the ground slowly riseing her hands to her heart the color streams are sucked in threw her mind wants its fully back into her core she levates back down to the ground .

"Good job dani you did"i and liam say to her

"Thanks now can we go home im tired  from training today"she says strectching

We make it back to the hotel .sam is in the kitchen makeing alfredo cassrole.while my dad is passed out on my bed dani pull a blanket over him so.he dosent get cold then make my way back into the couch watching boo madea halloween eating scoops of raw cookie dow

"You know thats bad for your health right"says a smirking dean i just scroff rolling my eyes at him

"A .dont ever come between a women and her cookie doo and b. You know being an asshat isnt good for your health either"i replie with sweet saracasit smile
