~Chloe's Pov~

Cole and I have been here for around a month becoming friends with everyone. We were at the park talking. "Chloe it's cloudy out it might rain..." Cole said, "You think?" "Yeah." "So should we go back?" "I kinda want to just in case." "Okay," I said. We stood up from we were sitting and it started raining, and really hard at that. We started walking home and thunder stuck I squeaked and started walking faster. 

Zane saw us and ran over "What are you two doing out?" he asked, "We were at the park before it started raining..." "Oh well you two could hang out at my house till it stops." he said "Okay," I said. Thunder struck again and I squeaked again we walked into his house. He shut the door and there were a few people I didn't know.

"Gene, Zenix, Balto, Sasha and Ivy this is Cole and Chloe they moved to the street around a month ago," Zane said "Nice to meet you all." me and Cole said. "You two dating?" Gene asked "Nope!" we said "Related?" Sasha asked "Nope!" we replied, "You two kinda look like you could..." Zane said, "We heard that a few times, I guess I could see it." I said. "You two act it too." "That happened cause we always would hang out I changed Cole some," I said. "Is that good or bad?" Ivy asked, "Depends on who you ask." Cole said. "Oh, Also Aaron is here," Zane said.

"What do you two do?" Gene asked, "We sing then I write a lot and Cole draws..." I said "Cool." he said thunder struck again making me squeak then sigh. "You scared of thunder or something?" Aaron asked "Yeah..." "Don't like that you are." "No, I don't." "How long?" "Since I was a little kid..." I said. "How have you not gotten over it?" Balto asked, "I don't know I just haven't." I said.

"You two said you sing why don't you two sing something." Gene said, "Before you two what's your favorite band?" "Skillet." I said "Okay they have good music." he said, "What song?" I asked, "feel Invincible?" "Sure." me and Cole said.

Everyone smiled "So Chloe when do you think we might know why you and Cole moved here?" Zane asked "People where we have lived before we homophobes which caused me and Cole to have probelms with them." I said "I know the feeling." Zenix and Balto said. "Chloe didn't you at one point slap one cause you were really upset with what they said." "Cole said "Yeah." I said "You did?!" Zane said "He dersved it. And he insulted you Cole which made it all the worse..." I said. "You two do care for each other like brother and sister..." Aaron said. 

"Of course we do. Why wouldn't we?" I asked "I don't know it's just different to see it." he said "Do you care for Cole more than your family?" Zane asked "Yup." "Why?" "All of my family hated me that's why." "That must have sucked." "Meh, I got used to it over the years." I said. "How could we believe they did?" Ivy asked "Scars." I said "Scars?" "Yeah, scars on my torso, back, arms and legs." "Really?" "Yeah, some are just hard to see cause they have faded." I said.

"You seem to act like you don't care that it happened." aaron said. "It's not that she just is at the were she mind it happened, because to her all that happened is what caused her to be who she is today." Cole replied.
