(A/N: This episode contains Raiden from Mortal Kombat, not to be confused with Raiden from Metal Gear. In future episodes with both of these characters, they will be distinguished by Raiden (MK) and Raiden (MG).)

(The episode begins looking at a cartoony white background. Suddenly, the figure of Meat Boy pops into the picture, animated in the same style as the Super Meat Boy cutscenes.)

On-Screen Text: This is Meat Boy. (Meat Boy waves at the camera. Then, Bandage Girl (Super Meat Boy) materializes next to him.) This is Bandage Girl. She loves Meat Boy. (Bandage Girl hugs Meat Boy.) And Meat Boy loves her. (Hearts float around their heads. The background then turns into a swirling black and purple void.) But then the sky turned black and took them away. (Meat Boy and Bandage Girl float into the air. They hold onto each other for a few seconds before flying off into the background. The cartoony screen then shatters.)

(We cut to Hell. The camera zooms through the area. We see Isaac (The Binding of Isaac) crying on the ground. We eventually find Meat Boy wandering through the area. He puts his hand up to his chin as he looks around, confused. He then sets off again.)

(We cut again to a different part of Hell. We see the corpses of Senua (Hellblade) and John Doe (Twisted Metal) on the ground, bloodied. We then see Raiden walk over and study them.)

Raiden: It seems I am not the first to make this journey. (Raiden continues on. We cut again to see a large seal in the ground, glowing. Raiden begins walking towards it, but is hit by a lightning bolt and is thrown to the ground.) Agh!

???: Stay back, mortal! (Raiden gets up and turns to see Zeus.)

Raiden: Zeus, we meet at last.

Zeus: I assume you have come to try and stop me.

Raiden: (Points to the seal.) I cannot allow you to open this seal. To do so would be catastrophic for Earthrealm.

Zeus: That is exactly the point. Mortal man needs to be put in its place. Their arrogance against the Gods has gone too far. (He looks upon the seal.) Diablo is nearly set free to enact his carnage upon them.

Raiden: (Generating electricity in his hands.) Then you have given me no choice.

Zeus: I am afraid that your fight against me will have to wait. (He calls behind him.) My son, it is time for battle! (Kratos then jumps down from above in between Zeus and Raiden. He has a shadowy aura around him and yellow eyes. He holds up the Leviathan Axe.)

Kratos: Yes, father.

Zeus: A gift from Master Mind.

Raiden: So be it. (Raiden flies at Kratos and shoots lightning at him. The lightning hits Kratos in the chest and pushes him back a bit. Kratos retaliates by slashing Raiden across the chest and sending him flying back.)

Kratos: Rah! (Kratos runs at Raiden. Raiden shoots more lightning, but Kratos dives out of the way and throws his axe at Raiden.) Yah! (Raiden sidesteps out of the way as the axe lands on the ground beside him.)

Raiden: Your evil will not triumph! (Raiden jumps over to Kratos and punches him twice with his electrified fists. Kratos' ace then flies back into his hand as he slashes at Raiden, sending him back.)

Kratos: You invoke my rage! (Kratos puts his axe on his back as he takes the Blades of Chaos off of his back. He throws one at Raiden, which goes through his stomach. We cut to an up-close x-ray of it slicing through before going back to normal.)

Raiden: Ah! (Kratos flings Raiden up with the blade before slamming him back onto the ground.) Gah… (The camera zooms into Raiden's face as he suddenly has a vision. We see a campfire surrounded by trees. The Triforce slowly appears over the embers of the campfire. We cut back to Raiden.) What… (Kratos walks up to Raiden on the ground.)

Kratos: I'm going to cut off your head now. (Kratos readies his other Blade of Chaos as Raiden raises his arm into the air. A bolt of lightning comes down and strikes it. When the lightning disappears, Raiden is gone, leaving only a pool of his blood. Kratos and Zeus search for him.) He got away.

Zeus: No matter. I will send my soldiers out to look for him. (He turns to Kratos.) Let us return to the seal. (Kratos and Zeus walk away.)

(We cut back to Earth as we see a campfire. Around the campfire are Hayabusa, Goemon, and Zelda. They hold roasted skewers of fish which Goemon begins to eat.)

Goemon: Yum! These are delicious!

Zelda: (Laughs.) I'm glad you like it, Goemon. (Hayabusa studies his skewer.)

Hayabusa: If we fail this mission, so many innocent lives…

Zelda: We won’t fail, Ryu. (She takes a bite of her fish and swallows.) I bet Link is on his way right now to put a stop to Master Mind. (She frowns.) I hope he's okay. (Goemon puts a hand on Zelda's shoulder. She perks up a little. Suddenly, we hear rustling coming from the trees.)

Goemon: What was that? (Hayabusa stands up and readies his katana. He lays his fish skewer on the ground.)

Hayabusa: Who’s there? (Hayabusa walks towards where the sound is coming from. Raiden walks into the area with a hand covering the gash in his chest.)

Raiden: Diablo… is coming… (He drops to his knees. Hayabusa puts his katana away as Goemon and Zelda rush to Raiden's side.)

Goemon: Are you okay, sir?

Raiden: Zeus… he is releasing Diablo upon Earthrealm. Humanity… could be doomed. (Zelda pulls a red potion out of her pocket and hands it to Raiden.)

Zelda: Drink this. It'll help you feel better. (Raiden drinks the potion as his wound heals up.)

Raiden: Thank you.

Hayabusa: What’s troubling you?

Raiden: I was led here by strange visions. Zeus, the God of Thunder, wishes to release Diablo upon Earthrealm and destroy it. I faced his son, Kratos, and I barely escaped with my life. (Zelda turns to Hayabusa.)

Hayabusa: Kratos is there?

Raiden: Are you allied with him?

Hayabusa: He fought by my side against Master Mind. He is likely under the same spell that I was.

Goemon: Then we have to help him.

Zelda: (To Raiden.) We didn't get your name.

Raiden: I am Raiden, a protector of Earthrealm. Can I rely on your assistance?

Hayabusa: (Nods.) Yes, you can.

Raiden: Then I shall transport us to Zeus' domain. (Raiden holds his hand to the sky as lightning strikes him. It envelops all four of them as they disappear.)

(We cut back to Hell as we see Meat Boy still wandering around. He yells out around him.)

Meat Boy: Bandage Girl?! Where are you?! (He shakes his head sadly.) Don't worry, Bandage Girl. I'll find you. (A magical projectile suddenly hits Meat Boy, sending him flying back. He bounces a couple times until he lands, leaving a red mark wherever he goes.) Ow… (Meat Boy looks up to see Dark Pit (Kid Icarus) and King Dice (Cuphead) looking over at him. Dark Pit is holding his staff in front of him.)

King Dice: Looks like we've got ourselves another trespasser.

Dark Pit: Turn back now or face the wrath of Zeus. (Meat Boy jumps up and frowns at them. He makes a fist.)

Meat Boy: I've been wandering this hellscape for days, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna let a couple of chumps like you push me around.

King Dice: (Laughs.) You're already damned, kid. (He throws playing cards at Meat Boy.)

(We cut to Raiden, Hayabusa, Goemon, and Zelda teleporting back into Hell. They look around.)

Raiden: We are in his domain now. Keep your guard up. (Goemon looks over to see King Dice and Dark Pit attacking Meat Boy with cards and staff projectiles respectively.)

Goemon: That little meat boy is in trouble!

Raiden: (Looks over.) Zeus' forces no doubt. (We cut to Meat Boy jumping at King Dice and punching him. King Dice retaliates by throwing cards at Meat Boy.)

Meat Boy: Ugh! How many cards do you have? (There’s a sudden flash of lightning as the other four heroes materialize in front of Dark Pit and King Dice.)

Dark Pit: Looks like we found our guy. (Dark Pit begins shooting at Raiden.)

Raiden: Hah! (Raiden shoots lightning at Dark Pit and sends him flying backwards.)

Dark Pit: Aaaah! (Goemon then takes out his kiseru and hits King Dice in the leg.)

Goemon: Yah! (King Dice holds his leg in pain.)

King Dice: You little pest! (King Dice reaches into his coat and throws out a bunch of dominoes. They hit Goemon and knock him down.) Heh! That’ll teach you. (Meat Boy then runs in and punches King Dice while flipping him off. He then takes out a saw blade and throws it like a frisbee at King Dice. It cuts him in half.)

Meat Boy: F*ck you! (We cut to Dark Pit as he runs at Zelda, who's holding her sword. Dark Pit clashes at Zelda's sword with his staff as they trade blows.)

Zelda: Hyah! (Zelda slashes Dark Pit across the chest. Dark Pit does a spin and shoots Zelda with his staff, knocking her to the ground.)

Dark Pit: Stay down! (Hayabusa then jumps in and slashes Dark Pit away with his katana.)

Hayabusa: The form of an angel… (He throws a shuriken into Dark Pit's chest as he falls to the ground.) But the heart of a demon. (Raiden helps Zelda onto her feet.)

Raiden: You fought well. (Zelda nods at him. Meat Boy approaches the group.)

Meat Boy: Thanks for the assist. (He points his thumb at himself smugly.) I think I had it under control though.

Raiden: (To Meat Boy.) Do you know where Zeus is?

Meat Boy: (Thinking.) Hmmmm… I think those guys mentioned Zeus before they attacked me. (He walks over to where King Dice and Dark Pit came from.) So Zeus is probably this way. (Raiden begins leading the way.)

Raiden: There is still time to stop the seal from opening. Follow me. (Hayabusa, Goemon, and Zelda begin following Raiden. Meat Boy thinks for a moment before following.)

Meat Boy: Wait for me!

(We cut Zeus and Kratos. They look upon the seal which is glowing stronger than before.)

Zeus: It’s almost time. Soon, mankind will know the wrath of Olympus!

Kratos: Indeed. (Zeus studies Kratos.)

Zeus: It’s strange. You're much older than when I last laid my eyes on you. (He pauses.) What has changed?

Raiden: Zeus! (Zeus turns to see our heroes primed for battle. Raiden electrocutes his hands as Hayabusa and Zelda hold their weapons at the ready.)

Zeus: So, you have returned to stop me. With help, no less.

Raiden: I cannot allow you to summon Diablo. (Hayabusa steps forward.)

Hayabusa: Kratos, snap out of it! Your mind is not your own! (Kratos takes out the Blades of Chaos.)

Kratos: Silence!

Hayabusa: You are under Master Mind’s control!

Zeus: (To Kratos.) My son, kill them all! (Kratos runs forward while swinging his Blades or Chaos. He hits Hayabusa away and charges after him. Goemon and Meat Boy follow to help Hayabusa. Zelda and Raiden face Zeus.)

Zelda: So, you are Zeus.

Zeus: And you… the reincarnation of Hyrule's princess. (He summons a lightning bolt.) What an honor to do what the King of Darkness never could. (He throws the lightning bolt at Zelda and Raiden. Raiden flies out of the way and Zelda ducks out of the way.)

Raiden: Thunder take you! (Raiden shoots lightning at Zeus while Zelda uses Din's Fire to shoot a fireball at Zeus. They both hit him, angering him.)

Zeus: You dare hold arms against a God?! (Zeus shoots lightning from both of his hands. We cut to Kratos slashing at Hayabusa with his Blades of Chaos. He dodges the first two strikes and knocks the third strike away with his katana.)

Hayabusa: Kratos! Stop this!

Kratos: Rah! (Kratos slashes Hayabusa away with his blades. Goemon then jumps onto Kratos and hits him in the head with his kiseru. Kratos grabs his head and throws him onto the ground.) You are weak! (He holds his foot above Goemon's head, but Meat Boy runs underneath Kratos and grabs Goemon.)

Meat Boy: Saved ya! (Meat Boy pulls out a saw blade and throws it at Kratos.) Catch! (Kratos catches it and tears it in half.)

Kratos: Hah! (Meat Boy looks shocked. He then runs forward and punches Kratos twice in the chest. Kratos kicks Meat Boy away. Hayabusa runs over to Goemon and helps him up.)

Hayabusa: Goemon, how did you free me from Master Mind's control over me?

Goemon: I don’t really know. I just hit you a bunch and that shadow around you went away. (Hayabusa readies his shurikens.)

Hayabusa: Then I will not hold back. (Hayabusa throws his shurikens at Kratos. Three of them stick in his chest. We cut back to Zelda and Raiden. Zelda pulls out a Fire Rod and shoots a fireball at Zeus. It hits him back slightly.)

Zeus: I will end you! (Zeus jumps at Zelda and grabs her shoulder, sending electricity into her.)

Zelda: Yah!

Zeus: Hahahaha! (Electricity continues going into Zelda until Raiden flies in, using himself as a torpedo to fly into Zeus. The two of them fly forward. Zelda drops to her knees and holds onto her shoulder. We cut to Raiden and Zeus getting up.)

Raiden: You stand against a true God of Thunder!

Zeus: We will see about that! (Raiden punches Zeus twice in the face. Zeus fights back by punching Raiden in the chest. Zeus then uppercuts him into the air and throws a bolt of lightning at his chest. It explodes and sends him flying. We cut back to Goemon running at Kratos.)

Goemon: Hiyah! (He hits Kratos in the leg with his kiseru. Kratos gets onto one knee and knocks Goemon back with a Blade of Chaos. Meat Boy then runs in with a block of salt and throws it into Kratos' head.)

Kratos: Your efforts are of no use! (Kratos throws a Blade of Chaos at Meat Boy. Before it can hit, Hayabusa jumps in and deflects it.)

Hayabusa: This is your last chance, Kratos.

Kratos: Get out of my way. (Hayabusa runs at Kratos. Kratos slashes at him with his Blades of Chaos, but Hayabusa blocks the blows. He then pushes Kratos back and stabs into his chest with his katana.) Gah!

Hayabusa: This is for your own good! (He sticks his katana deeper in as Kratos screams, the shadowy aura flickering. Hayabusa then takes his katana out, jumps in the air, and delivers a kick to Kratos' head. It sends Kratos onto the ground as the shadowy aura completely disappears. Goemon and Meat Boy walk over.)

Meat Boy: Did we do it? (Kratos holds his head and looks at Hayabusa.)

Kratos: Ugh… where am I?

Hayabusa: Kratos, there is a lot I need to explain. For now, we need your help killing Zeus.

Kratos: Zeus? (Kratos gets up and looks over to where Zeus is. We cut to Zeus throwing a lightning bolt into Raiden's chest, knocking him to the ground. He then shoots a bolt of electricity into Zelda.)

Zelda: Ah! (We cut back to Kratos.)

Kratos: Zeus! (Kratos runs over to Zeus as the two lock eyes.)

Zeus: So, your mind is your own again. I feared this would happen.

Kratos: You're supposed to be dead. I killed you long ago.

Zeus: I have no idea what you're talking about. (Lightning crackles around Zeus' hands.) Time for you to die, son. (Zeus shoots lightning at Kratos. It hits Kratos in the chest, but that doesn't stop him. Kratos runs up to Zeus and stabs both Blades of Chaos into his chest.)

Kratos: I will kill you again! (Kratos throws Zeus onto the ground as blood seeps from him. He then puts his Blades of Chaos away. We cut to Hayabusa, Goemon, and Meat Boy helping Zelda and Raiden up.)

Hayabusa: Are you both alright?

Zelda: I'm okay, Ryu.

Raiden: Kratos… is he back to his senses?

Hayabusa: I believe so. (We cut to Kratos repeatedly punching Zeus in the face.)

Kratos: I killed you! I watched you die! (Kratos takes out his Leviathan Axe and stabs it into Zeus' chest.)

Zeus: Agh!

Kratos: And I will watch you die again. (There is a sudden rumbling.) Huh? (The camera pans over to the seal.)

Raiden: No! It's opening!

Zeus: Hahahahaha! (We see the seal burst open as Diablo (Diablo) emerges from it. Zeus then shoots his lightning onto the ground as it begins to form a teleportation circle around Diablo.) Mankind will bow to the Gods again! (The circle fully forms as Diablo disappears.)

Zelda: No!

Zeus: Your fighting was all for nothing! (Kratos grabs onto Zeus' head and rips it off of his body. He then stands up and throws Zeus' head to the side.)

Kratos: What has my father done?

Raiden: He has released that beast upon Earthrealm. Mankind may be doomed.

Meat Boy: But we can stop it… right?

Raiden: I… I do not know… (The camera zooms out as we look upon the depths of Hell and slowly fade to black.)
