(The episode begins looking upon the corpse of Dr. Zomboss in a forested area. The camera pans around to see multiple zombies mourning his death. One blows his nose into a tissue. Another begins weeping into the shoulder of another zombie.)

Zombie: Braaaiiins! (We cut to a different part of the forest as a Jumpluff (Pokemon) walks through. Suddenly, a green arm erupts from the ground.

Jumpluff: Pluff! (The Jumpluff flies away. The figure fully comes out of the ground, revealing it to be Stubbs the zombie.)

Stubbs: Urgh… brains. (Stubbs sees the group of zombies surrounding Dr. Zomboss and shambles over to them. The zombies turn around and look at him, confused.) Uh… brains? (The zombies nod to each other in agreement.) Brains. (The zombies look more enthused.)

Zombie 1: Brains.

Zombie 2: Brains!

Stubbs: (Raising his fist into the air.) Brains! (The zombies begin clapping wildly and chanting brains. The camera zooms in on Stubbs’ face as a grin appears on it.)

(We cut to a city as cars drive along the streets. The camera zooms in on the streets as Chuck Greene walks by on the sidewalk. He walks by Franklin (Grand Theft Auto) sitting on a bench and Raul Passos (Max Payne). While walking by an alleyway, he hears some shuffling in the dumpster in it.)

Chuck: Huh? (He walks into the alleyway to investigate.) Someone in here? (He walks over to the dumpster. More shuffling is heard in the trash. Chuck grabs a plank of wood on the ground and prepares to attack. Suddenly, a Meowth (Pokemon) jumps out of the dumpster onto one of its closed lids.)

Meowth: Meowth meowth!

Chuck: (Relieved.) Just a… cat? (Chuck shrugs and drops the piece of wood. He exits the alleyway. As he does, we see a zombie emerge from the dumpster and turn towards the Meowth.)

Zombie: Brains?

Meowth: Meowth! (The zombie reaches for the Meowth but it jumps away. The zombie slams his fist on the dumpster lid.)

(We cut to a dingier part of town as we find another hero, Beat, spray painting a wall on the side of a building. The graffiti looks vaguely like Beat.)

Beat: This is GG's territory now. (Beat flips the spray paint can in his hand before putting it away. He skates off.)

(We cut again to a similar environment as we see Amy Rose walking through.)

Amy: Oh, Sonic… where could you be? (A Rattata (Pokemon) scampers past Amy and she shrieks and falls over.) Stupid rat! (A glint is seen behind Amy next to a couple of trash cans. Amy looks behind her and sees the glimmer.) Huh? (The camera angle changes to see a staircase behind Amy leading to the street. We see Kane (Grand Theft Auto) and Little Weasel (Grand Theft Auto) appear on the staircase as Amy gets up and goes to the trash cans. Kane turns to Little Weasel.)

Kane: Hey, check out that pink freak.

Little Weasel: What’s she got? (We cut back to Amy as she picks up a Shadow Crystal shard. She studies it.)

Amy: Doesn’t quite look like a Chaos Emerald. (She smiles.) I’ll keep it on me, just in case.

Kane: Ay, I think you got something we want, missy.

Amy: Huh? (Amy looks up to see the two Ballas members looking down at her.) What do you chumps want?

Little Weasel: Who you callin’ a chump? Listen, we want that jewel you got, and you’re gonna give it to us unless you want the cap. (Little Weasel pulls out a glock. We cut to Beat skating out of his alley to see this happening.)

Beat: Looks like trouble. (Beat skates towards them. We cut to Kane reaching for the Shadow Crystal shard as Amy looks on in horror. We then hear Beat’s voice.)  Don’t you fellas know how to treat the ladies? (Kane and Little Weasel look behind them to see Beat.)

Kane: And who the f*ck are you?

Beat: Who are you? This place is property of the GG’s. So back off, yo.

Kane: GG’s? Nah man, this is Ballos territory.

Beat: I don’t know what the hell a Ballos is, but this is GG’s. Here. (He shakes his spray can.) I’ll show you. (Beat sprays Kane with orange paint as he coughs and falls back. Little Weasel points his gun towards Beat, but Amy pulls out her hammer.)

Amy: Nice try! (She hits Little Weasel across the back of his head and he falls over.)

Little Weasel: F*ck man!

Beat: Haha! (Kane pulls out a knife, gets up, and lunges towards Beat. He swipes twice as Beat skates backwards, laughing. Kane sends a kick at Beat and knocks him backwards. Beat then does a handstand and flips back onto his skates.)

Little Weasel: Get back here you little sh*t! (Little Weasel begins shooting at Beat.)

Beat: Woah! (Beat skates away as bullets hit the walls behind him. Beat jumps onto a nearby trash can and grabs the lid off of one next to it. He throws it like a frisbee as it hits Little Weasel in the head.)

Little Weasel: Ay man! Sh*t!

Kane: (Grabbing Little Weasel’s gun.) Give me that, you b*tch! (We see Beat skating away as a bullet hits the wheel of his skate. Beat falls forward onto his chest.)

Beat: Oof!

Kane: Got you now, d*ck.

Amy: That’s not very nice! (Amy runs in front of Beat and holds her arms out.) You want him, you go through me!

Kane: If you insist. (Kane grabs Amy’s wrist and throws her behind him. We see the Shadow Crystal shard bounce out of Amy’s pocket and further into the alley.) Now.

Amy: Hey! (We see Amy get up.) I'm not finished yet! (Amy pulls out her hammer once again. Kane turns to face her as she uppercuts him with her hammer.) Yah! (Amy then crashes her hammer into Kane's side, knocking him away. She helps Beat up.) You okay, kid?

Beat: Still kickin’. (We see Kane and Little Weasel get up.)

Kane: So you want trouble? We’ll give you trouble. (Kane whistles as we see two Ballas members appear at the staircase from before, wielding a baseball bat and a steel pipe. To the other members.) Get that skater punk and pink b*tch!

Beat: We’ve done it now. (Amy grabs Beat’s arm.)

Amy: Do something! (Beat turns around and jumps up to grab a fire escape on the building next to them. He reaches down and grabs Amy’s hand as a Ballas member barely misses her with a baseball bat.)

Little Weasel: Get ‘em! (We see them begin scaling the building. We cut to the Ballas gang at the top of the building as we see Beat jumping to the next building over.)

Kane: They’re getting away! (The gang runs after Beat. We see Amy hiding behind an air conditioning unit on the roof. Once the Ballas gang leaves she jumps back down into the alley.)

Amy: Those guys are tough, but they sure are stupid. (She walks over to pick up the Shadow Crystal shard. As she does, a giant hand suddenly erupts from the ground right next to it. Amy looks up in horror as a shadow looms over her. The camera cuts to see a Gargantuar (Plants vs Zombies) holding a telephone pole with Stubbs on its back. The Gargantuar roars and pounds its chest. Stubbs looks down at Amy.)

Stubbs: Brains! (Amy grabs the Shadow Crystal shard.)

Amy: I really don’t think this day can get any worse! (Amy starts running away as the Gargantuar follows. We see Amy exit up the stairs as onlookers stare. The Gargantuar then comes through as the pedestrians scream and run away.)

(We cut back to the Ballas gang chasing Beat on the rooftops as Beat suddenly jumps off of one and lands on a staircase railing, grinding on it. The people on the stairs shriek as he then jumps off and starts skating into a park. We cut back to the Ballas gang.)

Kane: He’s in the park! Get down there and catch that f*ck! (We go back to Beat as he skates through the park. He skates past Reggie Rowe (inFAMOUS) and Alex (Minecraft) who jumps up in confusion. Beat then grinds on a fountain in the park, frightening Kine (Kirby) who was swimming in it.)

Beat: Yahoo! (Beat then grinds on the staircase leading out of the park as two Ballas members suddenly block him on a motorcycle.)

Member #1: Gotcha! (Beat jumps over them, spraying paint onto them. He begins skating away.) Yach!

Member #2: Ay man, he’s getting away! (The gang member steps on the gas as they give chase.)

(We cut to Chuck on his motorcycle as he waits at an intersection. We see Beat and the gang members ride past him.)

Chuck: Huh? (We then hear Amy yelling as she runs past with the Gargantuar chasing her.) Zombies?! (We hear people screaming as Chuck turns to see three zombies chasing people on the sidewalk. Chuck revs up his motorcycle and rides over, running over one zombie. Chuck then gets off and kicks a zombie to the curb. The last zombie grabs Chuck’s shoulder, but Chuck grabs him by the collar and slams him over his head.) Undead freaks! (Chuck then gets back onto his motorcycle and rides off towards the Gargantuar.)

(We cut back to Amy as she’s chased through the streets. She stops as she sees a horde of zombies coming out of the ground in front of her.)

Zombies: Braaaiiins.

Amy: I don't want it to end like this. (Amy looks back and forth at the zombies surrounding her. Suddenly, Chuck rides in and stops in front of Amy.)

Chuck: Hop on!

Amy: Don’t have to tell me twice! (Amy hops on and Chuck drives his motorcycle straight through the horde, killing any zombies he hits. We cut back to Beat’s chase as a car suddenly pulls in front of him. Remodeling of a building is happening nearby.)

Beat: Woah! Look out! (Beat screeches to a stop as the Ballas motorcycle drives through, with them hitting Beat with a bat and knocking him down. The motorcycle stops at the car as Kane and Little Weasel come out of it.)

Kane: You thought you could take us on, b*tch? (Beat starts to get up as Chuck and Amy pull up.)

Chuck: (To Kane.) Get out of the way, you f*cking idiots!

Little Weasel: Some more c*cksuckers who wanna take on Ballas? (Large footsteps are heard as the Ballas gang look up in shock. We see the Gargantuar come up behind our heroes with Stubbs on its back still. Stubbs burps and pulls out one of his organs. He throws it.)

Amy: Look out! (Amy pulls Chuck and Beat out of the way as the organ explodes. The blast reaches the Ballas gang and they begin coughing. They turn green as they’re turned into zombies.)

Kane: Brains.

Little Weasel: Brains!

Beat: This is most disturbing.

Chuck: We gotta kill them all before they infect this whole city.

Amy: (Taking out hammer.) It’ll be a breeze. (Our heroes charge towards the zombies. We see Amy smash a zombie as Chuck punches the Ballas zombie with the bat. The zombie drops it and Chuck picks it up, smashing it into a zombie behind him. We then see the Gargantuar smash his telephone pole down, attempting to hit Beat who skates out of the way. Beat then grinds up the telephone pole and jumps over the Gargantuar’s head, spraying paint onto Stubbs.)

Beat: Hope you like the taste of paint! (Beat lands on the Little Weasel zombie and keeps skating past zombies. Stubbs retaliates by throwing an Imp (Plants vs Zombies) at our heroes.)

Imp: Yahaha! (We see the Imp get hit by Chuck’s bat in midair. Chuck runs over to where the remodeling of the building was happening. He finds a toolbox and reaches in to get a box of nails.)

Chuck: Yes! (We see Chuck crafting with the bat and nails as Amy smashes her hammer into the other Ballos zombie behind Chuck. Chuck then reveals a bat with nails in it and runs over to smash it into the head of a zombie. We cut to Beat doing a backflip and kicking the Kane zombie in the head. He then turns around and sprays paint into the mouth of a zombie.)

Zombie: Blegh! (Beat is then hit away by the telephone pole and hits a wall.)

Beat: Hurk! (We then see Chuck run up to the Gargantuar and hit it in the knee with his bat with nails. The Gargantuar groans in pain before grabbing Chuck and throwing him. We see Amy running towards the Gargantuar.)

Amy: Here I co- Ugh! (Chuck is thrown into her. We then see Beat skating through zombies, spraying his paint at every zombie he passes. We then see a crowd of zombies surrounding Amy.) Taste my hammer! (Amy starts spinning around with her hammer, smashing into every zombie surrounding her. We then see Chuck smash a zombie in the stomach with his bat.)

Chuck: Yah! (We cut to Amy who runs up to the Gargantuar.)

Amy: Hey, you big bully! (The Gargantuar points to himself.)

Gargantuar: Brains?

Amy: Yeah, you. How do you like this? (Amy smashes her hammer into his knee. The Gargantuar groans and leans towards the ground. Chuck then runs up and smashes his bat into the Gargantuar’s head, smashing into its skull, killing it. The Gargantuar falls flat. Stubbs looks around, now fearful.)

Stubbs: Uh… brains! (Stubbs begins to flee. Beat quickly skates in front of him.)

Beat: Not so fast, greenie! (Stubbs looks afraid for a second before gripping Beat’s collar.) Woah! Just kiddin, man! (Stubbs is about to bite into Beat’s head, but Amy runs in and hits Stubbs’ head with her hammer. His head explodes on contact. Chuck walks over and joins him.)

Amy: Should be the last of those undead uglies.

Beat: Thanks, miss.

Amy: It’s Amy. Amy Rose.

Beat: Beat, member of the GG’s. (The two shake hands. Amy looks over at Chuck.)

Amy: And you?

Chuck: Chuck Greene. (He looks at the carnage.) Always more zombies.

Amy: (Pulls out the Shadow Crystal shard.) Still got this at least.

Beat: Cool stone.

Chuck: Something’s off with that jewel.

Amy: Found it in an alley. Might be some sort of Chaos Emerald.

Chuck: You two better come with me for now, things are gonna get a lot worse before they get better. (We cut to Chuck, Amy, and Beat riding away on Chuck’s motorcycle. The view then goes dark. For a brief moment, we see an image of the Shadow Crystal breaking.)
