ERIE'S POV

“WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU BOTH?” Sehun said. I look at Taeyong who has a smirk on his face saying  ‘Oooooooo’

“We were out. I practically announced it before leaving.”

“Well now I am practically announcing that the crowd is here and you look normal! Go get a makeup artist and a dresser, get ready and preform.”  I hear Suho yelling.

‘Geez what’s with the rush?’

“Yes dad” I rolled my eyes at him and heard Chen complaining in the background as I walked in the makeup room.

The crowd is so jubilant, singing the songs that belonged to EXO or NCT. They rubbed shoulders, never minding that their toes were often trodden on or that they were in closer proximity to these strangers than they usually were to friends or even family. Many were here on the request of their bias or the group they stan. Many were literally here for us; these were the people i wanted to see the most, the ones who are here purely for us by just seeing the teasers.

Taeyong and Suho gave a formal speech thanking the audience for being here and for supporting them and us. He told the audience how the two groups have helped us and all. I am sure this ‘speech’ was written by an expert and they just memorised it. The speech is the kind which indirectly gives us a licence to be seen with each other in public and not getting oh so many rumours.

‘Aishhh why are they so over protective?’

EXO and NCT preformed and the sound they create oh the music they sing, stirs wonders in my soul.

I could feel my breath being hitched the moment Aana took a hold on my hand. I was shitless scared. Walking down from the stage everyone gave us thumbs up while Kyungsoo gave Anna a peck and a hug and Sehun surprisingly gave me a hug and so did Taeyong.

The stage shimmers in the sparkling light, as if they are the moon on a starry night; bright, beautiful, and breath-taking. It wasnas if calling my name and suddenly I am ready and confident.

SEHUN’S POV

They looked over the crowd. There must be thousands of people watching them right now; bathing in the dim light, ready for what comes next. Erie looks as beautiful and breathtaking as ever. Her black green hair left open lose with a black and grey dress that compliments all the makeup, she looks smoking. Even with dim lights I can see her nervous, as she clutched tightly to her mic the hall turns silent.

Music fills the air without effort, like the waves filling holes in beach sand; the sound rushing in and around every person in the room. Some react to the beat, others continue in chatter, but always it speaks to them in some manner. Nerves were trying to take over her body, but it only improved the pizzicato of her performance. Her heart kept time with the drums, pumping the music through her veins as she lost herself in the performance. Eventually, she lost all sense of everything except for the music. And that made one hell of a performance these two will be meeting EXO amd NCT at the top of the charts soon.

The good vibes flow like a virus, but a good one. There's love in the air, all hyped up and ready to give us a good time. The music moves people like a puppet on strings. It’s all electric tonight.

After a very successful yet tiring day here we all are at Yuta’s beach house trying to tan ourselves at 2 in the morning.

Bored out of my wits I went over to Irene who went to ‘feel the sea’ half an hour ago. I found her in the sea playing on her own and not too far away was Erie, feet dipped in water (with Taeyong much to my disappointment).

“Don’t you feel cold here?” I asked Irene.

“I am a vampire Sehun in case you forgot I am cold myself.”

“Oh yes, you dead buahahhaha.”

“What was so funny to laugh about tho?” she said with a bored face expression.

“You is no funny.”

“Go away I was having fun with the waves they take me back and forth.”

“Oh I will take you back and forth missy.” With that I lifted the ‘dead body’ and threw her a little further for the waves to take her back and forth.

“YAAAAHHH you dog go play with your girlfriend.”

“She busy.” I pout

“Aww, not my problem. Go shoo the boyfie away so you can have a chance, go run shoo.” Suddenly an evil plan popped in my beautiful mind.

TAEYONG’S POV 

The cool water laps at our feet, fizzing and bubbling like brine. Waves ahead roar and roll down, crashing onto the shore with a soft hiss; peeling away at the deep bronze sand beneath my feet. Erie’s eyes moving from sand to stone, from rock pools to breaking waves.

“Long day dude long day.” I say
“A very long one but was so much worth.” She rests her head on my shoulder and heaves a very long sigh.

“Hey what’s wrong?”

“Hun? Nothing.”

“And I am a unicorn.”

“Hey! That’s Lay.”

“Then I am a mermaid.”

“Whatever floats your boat Tae.”

“Tellllllllll meeeeeeeeee.” I whined.

“Oh my God! Fine you big baby I am just… jealous.” She said in a whispering voice but I heard.

“Of what?”

“Them” she signalled my head towards Sehun and Irene playing.

“Still?”

“I really think he will come one day saying ‘Hey me and Irene are dating I never told think you guys won’t accept a wolf-vamp relationship since it is against the rules'.”

“Oh my gosh” I laugh loud on this “who said its against the rules? What are the rules? Oh my… rules!!” my stomach started hurting damn
“So there are no rules? Twilight? Vampire Diaries?”

“Those are movies you stupid wolf. How do you think these are made? All this Twilight, Vampire Diaries, Harry potter, Zombies, Which hunter etc. are real stories narrated differently or even wrong at some point for humans to enjoy for all those supernatural directors to earn a living. All these rivalry between Vamps and wolves are just saying we all live peacefully.” I say wiping a tear or two.

“oh Oh OH. So there is a Draco Malfoy? Oooo will you take me to him? ”

“Okhey chill and if Sehun even says that you can say you were dating me since before.” She hits me on my chest

“Idiot. Thanks tho.”

“Any-”

Suddenly there is freezing cold water all over my body and not even a second after I realise that someone splashed water on me.

“Oh my gosh! I am so sorry Tae I wanted to throw it on Erie but I tripped in the process.” The grin on Sehun says the opposite.

Shivering I run to the house to get some warm clothes.

SEHUN’S POV

“What the hell Sehun?”  Wow she seems angry.

“What it’s not like I did it on purpose.”

“The water is bloody cold if he gets sick it’s on you.”

“Wow like really I only wanted to have some fun I…”

“This isn’t funny tho. It’s the middle of January 3 fucking am and you think throwing cold water on someone is fun? I cannot even think of surviving if it was actually me.”

“What the hell? Stop making it a federal issue, your boyfriend will be fine he is a healthy capable wolf.”

“Well if something happens to my boyfriend I will come to you for explanation.”

With that she ran after him like the nice little wife she is.

“You better claim that one before someone else does.”

“I try but…”

“Mess it up every fucking time yeah I know.” Irene said.

“I was going to say Taeyong messes up every time. What do I do??” I let out a groan that turned into a low-key growl.

“I don’t know maybe man up throw her over the shoulder take her to a date and tell her you fucking love her!”

“Why are you shouting at me?”

Stomping her feet she left without giving me an answer. If there had been a door she would have slammed it so hard that there would be no door left. This is how angry I made Irene due to something I really don’t know.

‘How stupid can I be to make the only two women I genuinely like or love angry in two minutes without any reasons?’

3rd PERSON’S POV

“I bet he will be killed by Irene before he confesses.” Chenel.

“Nah I think Appa might win her before Sehun hyung even mans up.” Jisung

“Hey that’s my son we are talking about.” Baekhyun

“Baby our son is kind of an idiot you know.” Chanyeol

“That’s because he is your son as well.” Lucas

“No seriously I think Erie might confess first” Ten

“My daughter will not confess first.” Xiumin “At least I think.”

“Poor Taeyong tho he shouldn't end up with her.” Jaehyun

“Is Jaeyong happening oh my God.”

“Shut up Taeil. And I bet Sehun will confess soon” Kun

“Yahh what ya guys think?” Jongin asked the rest.

“Let’s just watch the show with popcorns.
