Finding Ezra
Rex checked the imperial records gathered on the last mission. He was shocked by what he was seeing.

"They didn't." the old clone says to himself. Ezra had been captured over a year ago and despite their best efforts and searching everywhere the Ghost crew had not been able to locate him. Now the answer was right in front of Rex and it was almost too good to be true.
"Find anything useful, old man?" Kanan asked.
"I know where Ezra is!" Rex exclaimed.
Everyone in room froze.
"Ezra? What? Where is he?" Kanan said breaking the silence that had taken over the room.
Hera however was the first to move. She approached Rex. He slid out of his chair allowing her to take it.
"They're cloning him?!?" Hera said shocked.
"Karabast an army of Ezra's. That can't be good." Zeb said.
"No!" Was all Kanan could say. He fell on his knees crying. Memories of the clones' betrayal haunted him. Then they repeat only this time instead of being a younger version of Rex's face it was several Ezras that killed Depa. Kanan fell backwards and was out cold.
Zeb and Rex caught him as he fell. They carried him to his room.
"Hera, what do we do?" Zeb asked.
"Contact Sabine, Kitsu, and Leia. We are going to need as much help as possible. We're going to save him and get these clones of him out of the empire's before they can use them against us." She replied.
"What about Luke? Shouldn't we contact him?" Rex asked.
"No, he needs to stay hidden until heat from the Death Star explosion dies down." Hera says.
"I'll comm the girls." Zeb replied. Then him and Rex left leaving Hera alone with the unconscious Jedi.
Kanan seldom left the Ghost anymore after Ezra's capture. It seemed like the only thing keeping him alive was the hope of finding his padawan again. He kept insisting that Ezra was alive even after a year of being held by the empire. Everyone else had started to believe the kid was dead and gave him looks of pity when he left. Sure Kanan couldn't see it but he could sense it so he avoided leaving as much as possible.
Now they finally found out where Ezra might be and what had happened to him. Hera couldn't even imagine how Kanan felt about this information though. His worse dreams were of losing Ezra and clones attacking. Sometimes he even had nightmares of losing Ezra to clones, but clones of Ezra attacking was completely incomprehensible. Kanan slowly started to wake up.
"They cloned him." Kanan mumbled.
"They did. Don't worry we'll get him back love." Hera replied.
"We have to destroy them and anything they can use to recreate them." Kanan said. Then he burst into tears. "Hera, we have to kill him. We have to kill Ezra."
"Kanan we can't. He's one of us. He's still your padawan. There has to be another way. We'll get him back and..." Hera replied.
"No, Hera. Even if we do get him back they will make more clones of him, and eventually they will use them against us. I can't let that happen. I can't lose him that many times. Just losing him once was enough. He's been through to much to let him suffer anymore." Kanan explained.

Two weeks later Kanan stood in front of an unconscious Ezra. He had his lightsaber raised above his padawan, but couldn't bring it down. His unseeing eyes spilling tears.
"I can't do this. I can't kill you Ezra. You're my son and could never hurt you." He cried.
Despite everything he knew the force was telling him otherwise. He didn't sense a bunch of copies of Ezra's force signature. Instead the room was filled with young, innocent, and unfamiliar Force signatures that were all similar to Ezra's, but yet different. Ezra's glowing brightest to him.
Kanan picked up his comm.
"I can't go through with this. I can't lose him again. Do whatever you can, but I can't kill my son."
"We can extract the inhibitor chips out of them and destroy the DNA samples. They can't produce anymore clones if they don't have access to the template." Rex said.
"Good then we can take these little Ezra's with us. I might have threaten to kill the kid this many times over the years, but I don't think I could actually follow through with them." Zeb said.
"Ahhh baby Ezras. Kanan can we keep them?" Hera and Sabine said simultaneously.
"They are so cute!" Kitsu added. "If you guys don't keep them I will."
"They are clones of Ezra not pet lothcats!" Kanan exclaimed.
"We're going to have to name them." Leia said.
"Well they are technically clones. We could let them earn their names." Rex suggested.
"I'm fine with that, but no matter what we aren't naming any of them Styles or Grey." Kanan replied.
"I'm guessing Cody's out too?" Rex asked.
"Actually I kinda like that name." Sabine said holding a baby version of Ezra. "What do you think baby boy? Are you a Cody?"
The baby smiled.
"Ok, we can name that one Cody." Kanan sighed. "Let's just get these little guys and Ezra out of here."
*does anyone like the idea of naming some of the Ezra clones after 501st members or other clones from Clone Wars? I kinda want to name one Fives (likes giving Zeb and Rex High Fives ✋), Echo (repeats every word anyone says 🔁, Hardcase (likes to use the biggest weapon he can find to help him stand up), Cut (for some reason he remains Rex of Cut), and Stance (Kanan is particularly fond of this one for some reason).
Other potential non clone names are Caleb (Hera's idea 💡 claims he's too much like Kanan and Ezra), Artie (loves to play in Sabine's paint 🎨) Shadow (follows Ezra around everywhere calling him dada), Blu (Kitsu just can't get over how blue his eyes are), Kick (does this one need explaining?), and Spirit (likes to ride Chopper and screams "boo" creepy little kid).
I need at least 20 names total, and how they earn them.
