April 12th Wednesday they meet up Mark and Sarah in the house for discussion when they went for interviews they need to tell the police officer what happened while waiting for their parents to get home from long travel "Are you sure Mark?" Evelin asked uncertain how will they tell the police while interviewed but they were interrupted by the mail slot opening Mark went to check as he went to the door he finds the letter he picks the letter up he opens the letter taking out the notice letter with the music CD produced Mark is delighted when the CD is made he went back to the group Mark reads the letter loud enough for the group to hear;

Mark,

We have successfully produced the music CD the process went well, it took us some time to finish producing the music CD so you are welcome.

Mark finished reading the letter from music director which gives them the idea when they bring the music CD to the court when the music played this will show how Lincoln feels "Mark the music CD gives us the idea we could bring it to the court then played the music on full volume for everyone to listen" Sarah said they agreed the idea Mark liked the idea too Sarah quickly runs upstairs to her bedroom getting the welcome home surprise from her closest to surprise their mother when they are home from vacation. Mark's phone rings he answers the call it was from his mother Jane "Hello Mark, we were nearly reaching the home after we have lunch at the food restaurant before heading home" Jane explained Mark nodded "see you too mom" Mark said then hangs up the phone their parents are coming home they were at the food restaurant for lunch,
They waited patiently for them Lincoln is impressed how the music is going well then they hear the door knocks Mark quickly instructed Sarah to get the welcome home surprise ready Mark opens for their parents to come inside "Hey mom and dad good to see you two home" Mark greeted with the smile Jane smiles too "how are you and Sarah doing today?" Jane asked "me and Sarah were doing okay I went to my job to work" Mark replied they walk further until Sarah appears with smile on her face with her both hands behind her back hiding something that she is ready to surprise them "Mom, dad we have the surprise!" Sarah exclaimed happily taking out from her back surprising them which is the friendship reconciliation novel book and pink pen,

Mark takes out the music CD from his sweater pockets surprising his father they came out "Surprise!" They exclaimed in unison they were amazed at the surprise feeling joy they were welcome home "welcome home mom and dad" Mark said his father is proud of him for setting up welcome home surprise they rested for a bit until Mark get to explain them what happened and how they help the white haired boy the two feels bad for the white haired boy Jane finds out her Rita and her family have done unforgivable to their son that Lincoln didn't deserve Jane needs some time for her to think when they get interviewed when arriving to the prison to explain to the police officer what happened.

Back at Royal woods

In the interrogation room we see Rita sitting on the table with Ruth sitting in the table too she is ready for questions to answer "Rita, tell me what you and your family do to your son Lincoln before he run away from home" Ruth asked Rita sighs then said "Me and Lynn Sr were were just talking then Lynn comes to us then told us Lincoln is bad luck, then we start giving punishments that Lincoln didn't deserve to be punished" Rita sadly explained feeling guilty of doing those unforgivable things to her son since he is only pretending to be bad luck so he can have the break but she and her family take it too seriously Ruth wants to know what kind of punishment does her and her family did give to Lincoln "I want to know what kind of punishments did you and your family give to him" Ruth asked trying to act polite when comes to questioning "The punishment we give him is force him to sleep outside as the punishment so we wouldn't catch his bad luck" Rita explained she regrets for making him to sleep outside, if the punishment is harsh or harmless "so you give Lincoln the punishment to sleep outside? is it harsh or harmless or harmful punishment Rita?" Ruth questioned Rita must tell her if the punishment is harsh or harmless "The punishment is not harsh or anything harmful it's just the harmless punishment" Rita explained Ruth hears what Rita said she knows forcing Lincoln to sleep outside could get him cold or get kidnapped because the loud family lacks concern about the world being filled with dangerous people. Rita feels like she wanted to blame herself for taking Lynn's side "I thought the punishment would help him to keep his bad luck away from us but now I didn't realized that he could get cold or get kidnapped" Rita explained her eyes beginning to tear up when she tells Ruth what she and her family did Ruth sighs "Rita, I know it's quite hard for you realize what things you and your family put your son through and taking Lynn's side. Rita sniffs as she sobs she's now going to tell Ruth about why they forced Lincoln to wear the squirrel costume making him stand on the hot sun that nearly got him heatstroke "We forced him to wear the squirrel costume and make him stand in the hot sun I didn't realized Lincoln can get heatstroke I should have never done this in my life..." Rita said sobbing Ruth then said "Rita, you and your husband will be at court when the judge says you and your husband have to explain" Ruth said.

In the other interrogation room where Lynn Sr is sitting on the table where Thatcher is ready to question him what happened at bad luck incident Thatcher begins "Lynn Sr tell me what happened at incident before your son run away from home" Thatcher calmly questioned Lynn Sr feels shame for taking Lynn's side because of the superstition she set up "Officer, if I could told our kids to never think Lincoln is bad luck but we take it too seriously we all start blaming Lincoln for being bad luck but I'm not even abusive towards Lincoln, I'll be honest since we never take Lincoln with us to watch the transformers one movie we were afraid he might ruin our movie day when we bring him in the cinema" Lynn Sr explained feeling guilty for not taking Lincoln with him and his family to watch the movie. Thatcher is doubtful that if Lynn Sr is telling him the truth "then why you and your family take Lynn's side? The superstition she set up" Thatcher asked in stern tone Lynn Sr has enough courage tell the police officer the truth "We takes things too far, we should have take Lynn's side because she is angry at Lincoln for making her and her team lose the game I should have told Lynn to understand that losing game is okay but she takes it too far she set up the superstition, we all take Lynn's side it takes the toll on Lincoln I should have been one to tell Lynn to understand" Lynn Sr explained confirming they did take Lynn's side Thatcher has enough informations "Mr. Loud, you and your wife will be at court to confirm the charges" Thatcher said Lynn Sr and Rita have to tell judge about their charges. But they need Lincoln to be in the courtroom to explain what happened, but he is worried for his job.

Until Lincoln has the choice to pick if he either tells the judge his parents were guilty or drop the charges.
