Pearl's POV 3 months later
Three months ago was when me and Annabeth were adopted thing have been going great. Well except for a few fights here and there. Now Bruce has even decided that we can become superheroes too.
"Pearl what is your super name going to be" Dick asked as we were eating breakfast.
"I was thing something like Cyclone"
"That sounds good what about you Annabeth"
"I'm thinking Owl"
"Ooh I like that" me and Dick said that the same time.
"Come on let's go" Dick said. That did it. It triggered a flashback
"Jason come on let's go" I yell
"Coming"
"Timing is perfect"
I run off to face dirt face.
"Ahh" Jason yells in pain I get distracted and got my arm cut off. I slashed at her to distract her then ran.
"It is okay it will be okay"
"Go come on let's go" I started crying. I could not stop my self.
Dick was shaking me and I realized I was on the floor crying. I whipped my tears and got up. I started walking to the door and said "are you coming". They smiled and follower.
"There you are have you come up with your names yet?" Bruce asked as we came in.
"I want to be called Cyclone and she wants to be..."
"Owl" she finished. He typed some stuff in to the computer and said okay you are in.
"I made our costumes" I told him he smiled.
"Well go get changed so you can meet the team" We nod and run off.

We walked in to the cave and Batman called the team over to meet us. Once I saw Aqua-lad I smiled at and he did the same back we are best friends from under water.
"Team meet Owl and Cyclone" Batman did pointing to us. With that he left. Once he left me and Annabeth took off our masks and so did Dick. Kaldar (sorry if I missed spelled his name) have us a big smile.
"My name is Pearl"
"I'm Annabeth"
"I'm Meagan"
"Connor"
"Wally" he said that in a flirty tone.  I rolled my eyes and kaldar smiled.
"Artemis."
"Kaldar" I smiled at him that is when Sally notice we kept smiling at him and he kept doing it to us so he asked "what are you smiling at them for kal?"
"Well.."
"We know him he is on of our friends from under the ocean" "what she said"
"How are Garther, Lagan, and Tuna( sorry if I missed spelled names I did not knew how to spell it)"
"They are doing good you should come and visit."
"I know we have been busy"
"Wait what do you mean you know him from under the ocean?" Connor asked.
"I'm child of Poseidon meaning I can breath underwater so I visit my dad and one time I meet them" I say simply "oh and one time I took her to meet them" I say pointing to Annie. They nod. For the rest of the day we just sat around and told stuff about our selfs. Till one question came up from kaldar "how has it been since after the war last then I saw you was before the war." I know he did not mean to make me upset or sad but it did. I said nothing to them just put my head down trying to keep my tears in. Annabeth put her hand on my shoulder and kaldar started apologizing Dick whispers to me "he did not mean to make up upset" I nodded showing I know. "It is fine kaldar it is just a bad subject" I said kind of wavy trying not to cry. I felt Meagan try to get in my mind and I let her not caring at this point. About 50 seconds latter and she jumped away scared and said "what was that"
"Depends in what you saw in my head"
"It was dark and fire everywhere and monsters and a fire lake" she told me.
"That would be Tartarus" I told her kind of shaky trying not to have a flash back.
"And the war" she asked. That was it tears came out. I was on the verge of flashback.
"Can we change to subject please" Annabeth asked almost in tears too. I nodded in agreement.
"Okay then let's talk about school how are y'all adjusting to Gotham academy?" Artemis asked.
"It is good so far and I think I know two  people who will be trying out for gymnastics and one who will be trying out for swim" Annabeth said looking at em and Dick.  We started talking about other random stuff until it was time to go home over all good first day.
