Dick's POV
Pearl ran into the store after telling us to wait. She came back out after 5 minutes. She ran past us we rolled our eyes and followed. We went back to her room to find she was not in there. We ran to the kitchen and she was there with to Bruce.
"No that is a terrible idea" Bruce yelled at her. I motioned for the team to head upstairs and they did. Annabeth  and I entered to kitchen.
"Why not I do not see the harm? Besides what are Dick and Annabeth supposed to tell them."
"We will come up with something"
"What's going on" Annabeth asked.
"He is impossible. Why can I not tell them?"
"Not safe" he tells me. She rolls her eyes.
"Tell Who What"
"The team or identities"
"Oh" me and Annabeth say at once.
Meagan mind link now I say in my head.
What is up Dick Kaldar asked.
Bruce is being stupid Pearl replies angrily.
Do not tell him that they know that is what I needed to tell you without him hearing. I tell her.
"Why Bruce I trust them why can you not" she yells.
"You live under my roof and you are my sidekick you will obey my rules"
"I quit" she yells.
"What" Annabeth says.
"I quit being you sidekick that is all you treat me as. And you can be happy I will not live under your roof any more because when I go to Camp I will not come back. Y'all can tell the team I quit." She says. Running upstairs. Bruce has the most confused face ever upstairs. I don't stay long enough to find out why he so angry I run up stairs to my sister. I find she has kick everyone out of her room and she is inside. I nick on her door but no response. Annabeth grabs my hand. We vapor traveled into her room.
"Hey what is going on why would you quit"
"Go away I would rather stay at camp then stay here with him" she snaps. Annabeth runs to the door and the team come in. Connor walks over and asks "what happened"
"Leave me alone" she snaps again. Connor walks over and hugs her she pulls from the hug and continues pack.
"You can't be serious. Right?" I ask.
She looks at me dead in the eyes and in the most serious voice I have heard her say ever she says "I'm as serious as I was in tartarus." She then goes back o packing.
"Serious about what" Wally asks. I shake my head no but Pearl starts talking.
"I quit the hero life and I quit having a normal life"
"Wait is your not coming back from Camp" Meagan asks.
"No" she says sharply which I flinch to.
