Late At Night

It was the night of the game and everyone was all hyped up. They were all cheering for Seabrook team to win.

Addison, the cheerleaders and I were all in our cheerleading uniforms while we were waiting for the football players to arrive.

I scanned the crowd and spotted Emily with Missy, Dale and Mr. Necrodopolis. She was on Dale's shoulders, smiling at everything and everyone she saw.

So adorable.

I spotted Wyatt with Zoey and I smiled. I said a quick 'later' to Addison before running towards my boyfriend and my little zombie best friend.

"Hey, guys" I smiled.

"Hey, Malia" Zoey smiled.

"Hey, baby" Wyatt smiled.

He wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to his side, giving my temple a kiss.

A small giggle escaped my lips as I leaned into his side.

"Where's Emily?" Wyatt asked, looking around.

"With Missy, Dale and Mr. Necrodopolis" I said.

Wyatt hummed and nodded his head before looking up. I looked up and much to my surprise I saw Willa standing on top of the bus with a Seabrook sign in her hands.

Wow. She actually agreed to do this.

Willa gained everyone's attention by howling, causing everyone to look at her.

"Let's tear these Eastside Eels apart. Destroy them! Yeah!" Willa yelled.

Everyone began cheering and clapping, getting more and more hyped up.

Willa crouched down to scratch the top of the bus, causing everyone to cheer even more.

"Maybe just a bit too much school spirit" Wyatt sighed.

Zoey and I looked at each other before laughing while shaking our heads.

"Get our Mighty Shrimp on this bus so we can defend our turf. No outsiders mess with our pack. Yeah!" Willa yelled.

Well, at least she's enjoying it. That's all that matters.

"When you're from Seabrook, you are Seabrook. Seabrook!" Willa yelled, holding the sign up in the air.

"Seabrook, Seabrook! Seabrook, Seabrook! Seabrook! Seabrook!" everyone began chanting.

I chuckled and shook my head. I'm happy that everyone is enjoying themselves and ready for the big game.

Wyatt and I looked at each other and smiled, leaning into each others side.

We heard ringing from the tablet Zoey was holding and we looked down and smiles appeared on all our faces when we saw Eliza appear on the screen.

"Eliza!" Wyatt and I yelled.

"Hey, Wyatt. Hey, Malia" Eliza smiled, waving at both of us.

"Hey girl. It sucks that you're not here for this. We all miss you" I smiled.

Wyatt nodded, pulling me closer to his side as he rubbed my arm.

"Especially a certain cheerleader called Bucky" Zoey teasingly smiled.

"Shhh!" Wyatt and I quickly said.

Yeah, so, it's fair to say that overtime Bucky slowly developed feelings for Eliza.

I've seen them hang out a few times and whenever they do I can see small shy smiles on both their faces.

Eliza can deny her feelings all she wants but I can tell she likes him. The girls and I can all tell.

The boys can tell that Bucky likes her too but is too afraid to admit it.

"Wait, what'd she say? I couldn't hear what she said" Eliza asked, confused.

Wyatt and I smiled nervously at her and just chuckled.

"Malia, get over here! We're about to start!" Addison yelled.

"Well, that's my cue to go. I'll see you guys after the game" I smiled.

"Of course" Wyatt smiled.

He leaned in to give me a quick peck on the lips while Zoey gave me a quick hug.

I smiled and waved at both of them before running towards Addison and the other cheerleaders.

"Ok, everyone, let's give it up for our football team as they head off to victory!" I yelled.

"Here they come!" Addison yelled.

Everyone began cheering and clapping as Addison and I moved out of the way so the football players could come.

The sign broke in two but the smile disappeared on my face when Bucky came into view, not the football players.

Bucky smiled at everyone and jumped up before doing a few flips.

Everyone began cheering and laughing, already used to his antics.

Addison and I glanced at each other before sighing as we began clapping ourselves.

"Thank you, thank you for coming to see me off for my big game" Bucky smiled.

I saw Bucky walk towards the ACEY'S and it's fair to say that they looked a bit annoyed at what he did.

My guess is that he's trying to take credit for all of this. It's just who he is.

I swear ever since Eliza left for her internship his ego grew a bit more. But I guess it's because he misses her and wants her to come home.

I hope she does because his ego is gonna make me slap some sense into him.

Addison and I jumped when smoke appeared behind us, causing smiles to appear on our faces.

"Oh! Ah!" Addison giggled.

"They're here!" I yelled.

Addison and I moved out of the way and all the football players ran out. Zed, of course, is in the front.

Everyone began cheering and clapping more, getting more hyped up.

"Go, Seabrook! Hey, Seabrook! Seabrook! Go, go, go, go!" Zed yelled, urging the others to run ahead.

"Go, boys!" Addison and I yelled.

Addison and I turned around to see Wynter walking, playing with her hands, a sad look on her face.

It's fair to say that she was really nervous about tonight's game. I can't really blame her.

I patted Addison's shoulder before making my way towards Zed and Wynter.

"Wynter, hey, hey. You are going to kill it out there tonight, ok. Don't think negative, think positive. Remind yourself that you can do it and you're not gonna let anyone tell you otherwise" I softly smiled.

Zed nodded his head and ruffled my hair, making me playfully glare at him.

"Yeah. Those Eels think that they can keep you caged up. They think they can keep you on a leash. But you are no cuddly puppy. You are a fierce beast of the forest!" Zed grinned.

At our encouraging words a confident grin appeared on her face.

Her necklace shined blue and her fangs appeared, a confident snarl escaped her lips.

Wynter let out a loud howl and Zed and I copied her.

"This shrimp be cray!" Wynter yelled.

"So cray! Go, Wynter!" Zed and I yelled.

Wynter nodded and sprinted off. Addison ran towards us and stood next to Zed.

We all smiled as Wynter ran towards the team, but then our eyes widened in shock when she ran into the bus.

The cheering and clapping died down as everyone winced when Wynter hit the bus.

My eyes widened even more when I saw a huge dent in the bus as Wynter moved away from it, looking a bit dizzy.

"Too much?" Wynter nervously asked.

Everyone turned to Zed, wondering what he'd say.

"Never too much. You do you!" Zed yelled.

This cause Wynter to cheer and jump up and down, clapping her hands.

Everyone began cheering and clapping again.

"Seabrook, Seabrook, Seabrook, Seabrook, Seabrook" everyone chanted.

Zed wrapped his arm around Addison's shoulder, pulling her closer to her side as they both smiled.

I smiled and looked at Wyatt and saw him smiling at me with his arms crossed over his chest. He sent me a wink and I blew him a kiss.

I turned around and saw the recruiter from Mountain College as well as a woman walking towards Mr. Necrodopolis.

"This is it" Zed said.

"Together" I smiled.

"Forever" Addison smiled, looking at both me and Zed.

We turned around and looked up at the sky when we saw another meteor.

Ever since the werewolves recovered the moonstone, meteor showers have been pretty regular.

It's just how Seabrook is.

The three of us smiled at each other before making our way towards the adults so Zed could introduce himself to the recruiter.

"Oh, hi" the woman said when she spotted us.

"I'm a recruiter from Mountain College" the recruiter said.

Zed smiled at him while Addison and I smiled at each other. This is it.

"And we need...we need" the guy stuttered, looking up for some reason.

"You need to recruit me to Mountain College, or" Zed jokingly smiled.

This made all of us laugh and shake our heads at him, already used to this, it's why we all love him.

"Oh, no. Oh, no!" the recruiter yelled, still looking up.

"What?" Zed asked, confused.

We all turned around and much to our surprise we saw a freaking UFO in the sky.

I repeat. A UFO!

And can I just say that the freaking thing was huge.

This caught everyone's attention as everyone began screaming and running, trying to get away from here or trying to find somewhere safe.

"It's a UF" Zed yelled, looking up.

"Whoa!" Addison yelled.

I swallowed thickly and turned around to see Dale setting Emily on his hip as he began guiding his wife, Principal Lee, Mr. Necrodopolis and Zoey away.

Everything turned into chaos, complete and utter chaos.

We all screamed when electricity shot out of the UFO and hit a few things. 

The bus caught on fire when something fell on top of it because of the electricity from the UFO.

"MALIA! EMILY!" I heard Wyatt shout.

I turned around to see Wyatt running around, trying to find me and Emily, along with Willa and Wynter.

I was about to run towards him but Addison held my hand and dragged me away, trying to get us somewhere safe.

Whoa, I can't deal, man, this can't be happening

I turned around to see Wyatt, Willa and Wynter surrounding the moonstone.

They're very protective of the moonstone ever since they found it and would do anything to keep it safe.

(Wyatt, Willa, Wynter)
Out of the clouds, down from the sky
Something is here, but we don't know why
Could be a threat, let's put up a fight
We gotta protect the moonstone tonight

Wynter quickly put up the barrier to protect the moonstone, not wanting anything or anyone near it.

I pulled my hand from Addison's grasp and began running, trying to find Wyatt.

I stopped when I saw Bree, Bonzo and hiding in an alleyway. I looked in front of them and saw Bucky and shrimpy.

My eyes widened when electricity hit shrimpy from above.

"It's an alien invasion!" Bucky yelled, hugging shrimpy.

I shook my head and began running, only to scream and duck when more electricity shot at more stuff.

Cars caught on fire, things were burnt and people were still screaming and running.

"It's an alien invasion" the werewolves said, all of them shielding the moonstone.

I sighed in relief and was about to run towards them, only to scream when electricity shot right near me.

I covered my face with my arms, I lost my balance and fell to the ground. I groaned in pain and rolled to my side.

"MALIA!" everyone shouted.

"BABY!" Wyatt shouted, worry shown in his tone.

He quickly ran towards me and crouched in front of me.

"Baby, are you ok?" Wyatt asked in concern.

"I'm ok, just startled" I said.

Wyatt nodded and quickly wrapped his arms around me before picking me up bridal style.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and buried my face in his shoulder as more electricity shot out.

"I'm here, I'm here" Wyatt whispered reassuringly in my ear.

(Addison)
Can't believe my eyes, is this really real life?

(Zed)
Don't know if we should be standing here or running for our lives

(Addison)
I can't decide, it's way too much

(Zed)
Don't know what this means for us

(Addison)
Don't know what instinct to trust

Wyatt ran towards the other werewolves and they instantly moved away so we could pass through.

Wyatt set me down but kept his arm around my waist, holding me close.

"Malia, are you ok?" Willa asked, scanning me up and down for any injuries.

"I'm fine" I nodded.

(Zed)
Well, either way, I'm ticked they picked today for all of this to go down
Take my hand, I'll get you somewhere safe until we figure this out

(Addison)
I'll handle myself, thanks anyways, boo
We don't even know what they came here to do
This could be the start of something new
And if it's the end

I looked around, trying my best to find Emily. I had to make sure she was safe.

I sighed in relief when I spotted Emily with Missy and Dale hiding behind a car. Missy and Dale were both huddled close to her, making sure she was near them at all times.

All of a sudden aliens appeared, their faces were being covered by masks.

(Aliens)
Started on another planet, look where we at now
Scout ship crash-landed underneath the ground

What's the coordinates? Is it north or is it south?
Utopia is close, we'll get the map and then be out
We come in peace, people, please don't be alarmed

Though we might seem evil, we don't mean you no harm
We've come a long way, traveled near, near and far
Don't be afraid of us 'cause we're not dangerous

Well, they do seem friendly, not including how they entered the first time.

The aliens took off their masks, revealing their faces. However, three of them stood out the most.

A girl alien, a boy alien and another alien with short hair that looked really nice.

They walked towards something and began talking, but considering how far we were from them we couldn't hear what they were saying.

All of a sudden werewolves and zombies ran at them and tried fighting them but the aliens easily took them down.

I tried running to help them but Wyatt held onto my waist tightly, refusing to let me out of his sight.

(Aliens)

We mean no harm

The werewolves and I quickly ran towards where Zed and Addison were, Bree and Bonzo followed us.

(Bree)
We're under attack, in over our heads

(Zed)
We've gotta hit back before we're all dead

(Addison & Malia)
Don't overreact, they could be our friends

(Willa)
Let's settle this, right here, right now

If we had to fight then we had to make sure everyone else was somewhere safe.

We all ran towards the others and huddled together, we were all ready to fight and defend.

Well, I'm not sure I wanted to fight the aliens, they actually seem really nice despite their entrance.

Z-patrol arrived at the scene and the officers got out of the car, ready to arrest the aliens.

Addison and I glanced at each other in worry before looking around and saw that everyone, humans, werewolves and zombies ready to fight.

Zed along with the other zombies went into full zombie mode.

While the werewolves necklaces turned blue and their fangs appeared, snarls escaping their lips.

Zed let out a huge growl, causing the aliens to look at him in surprise, they seem genuinely startled.

Zed then tried lunging towards them, causing the three aliens that were in front to flinch back in fear.

"NO!" Addison and I shouted.

The werewolves snarled and tried joining Zed but luckily the adults held them back.

"Zed, stop! Enough!" Addison yelled.

She grabbed Zed's arm and pulled him back and fortunately he was slowly turning back to normal.

I made my way towards Wyatt when I saw that he was still wolfing out on them.

I stood by his side and placed one hand on his arm and slid my other hand in his.

"Wyatt, babe, stop. Enough" I sternly whispered in his ear.

Wyatt glanced at me before sighing as he turned back to normal, causing me to sigh in relief.

"Mommy! Wyatt!" Emily yelled.

We turned around to see Emily wiggling herself from Missy and Dale's grasp as she ran towards us.

Wyatt and I sighed in relief when we saw that she was completely unharmed. Thank goodness.

When she was close Wyatt grabbed her and picked her up, setting her on his hip.

"Princess, are you ok?" I asked, resting my hand on her cheek.

"Yes" Emily nodded, leaning into my touch.

"That's good, kiddo. We're happy you're safe" Wyatt softly smiled at her, giving her forehead a kiss.

Emily giggled before burying her head into his shoulder, snuggling more into his side.

Wyatt and I smiled before turning back to the aliens. I saw that the boy alien was holding on of the flyers Addison made for the international cheer off.

"Take us to your leader" the girl alien said, placing her hands on her hips.

We all looked at each other, sharing confused glances.

"Your cheerleader" the alien with short hair smiled.

The boy alien smiled and held up the flyer in his hand.

Bucky smiled and was about to walk towards them but Lacey held him back, shaking her head while mouthing 'no' to him.

I snorted at that before nudging Addison's arm, causing her to walk towards them with no fear whatsover.

That's my best friend.

"Hi" Addison smiled politely at them.

"We accept your invitation to the National Cheer Off" the alien with short hair smiled.

Addison gasped before smiling. She turned to me and I smiled back at her, giving her a thumbs up.

This is awesome! I knew that they weren't here to hurt us.

"Z-Patrol, arrest them!" Dale yelled.

This made Addison, Missy and I look at him in shock. 

Seriously?
