 Flasher, Pyrokenetic,   

Was born to prestigious emmisinary Vacker parents

 First manifested as a Flasher at 6 which made her parents happy but about a month later she manifested as a pyrokenetic and accidentally set her classroom on fire.

 Nobody was injured but she was exiled because of it, and she was found by the Neverseen half dead in the woods so he rescued her and taught her how to use her powers.  

She had natural healing abilities and because the Neverseen didn't have a healer she became their healer even though she is a pyrokenitic she doesn't go on missions much Brant and Fintan do but she will go with them when they need her.

Long golden brown/blond hair pale skin, wears rainbow scrubs with a pink mask to keep her identity a secret to most.

 Dispute being in the Neverseen is a very kind person, brave, bold, and caring also extremely intelligent

 She has a pet imp named Elsa who's fur is dyed Rainbow and Ellie doesn't realize all the bad things that the Neverseen do. She thinks they are the good guys and Fintan hides the bad stuff he does from her.   

Her Biological parents are Leanna and Charles Vacker.
