Peacefulness Forever

Haider opened his eyes after a peaceful sleep, He saw Tehreem sleeping next to him peacefully which made him smile. He woke up and he felt a hand holding him back from getting up, He looked at Tehreem confused.

"We don't have to go until afternoon so stay and get some sleep," said Tehreem

"Nope, I'm going to take a shower," said Haider

"Your Wish" said Tehreem and went back to sleep, Haider chuckled seeing this.

He took a shower and brought some breakfast, He decided to watch a web series and after a while Tehreem woke up. She ate the breakfast which was laid out by him, and she sat next to him.

"Why did you pause it?" asked Tehreem and Haider looked at her

"How much sense is it going to make it to you, you haven't watched it from the start" asked Haider and Tehreem laughed

"My dear Haider, I've already watched it twice and I'm watching it for the third time with you, I obviously have more sense of the show since I watched it twice and know small plot points you're ignoring now" said Tehreem and Haider scowled

"Play it," said Tehreem

"We need to have light lunch before leaving" said Haider and Tehreem stared at him

"Ok, after this episode" said Haider and Tehreem nodded

They went to eat Lunch at a restaurant, came back into the room and changed into something comfortable for their next plan. Both got to the place and got into another car for the desert Safari. Tehreem was sitting next to Haider.

The ride had started, it was getting crazy. Haider felt a clutch in his hand, and it was of Tehreem's, she held his hand hard while the ride, she occasionally clutched it hard. They reached the sport. Haider looked at his red hands.

"Side effects of my friendship, It's the whole package" said Tehreem with a soft smile and Haider nodded

"My hand hurts," said Haider

Tehreem takes his hand and see red; she gives him a cheeky smile and nods. They both go to the setup and takes a seat. Haider smiles at Tehreem and she smiles back at him.

"There is a lady doing Mehendi over there, Do you want do it?" asked Haider and Tehreem shot him a look

"Have you looked at my hands before speaking, it's still very much dark and I think this will last a week more for sure" said Tehreem and Haider nodded

Haider held Tehreem's hand and walked towards the tent, Tehreem was struggling to walk through the Sand, and she was hoping that she does not fall and get sand in her hair. Haider let go of Tehreem and walked towards the Mehendi lady, Tehreem looked at him confused.

"Can you write Tehreem in my hand" asked Haider and the lady agreed. Tehreem looked at him with a surprised Speechless look. The lady started writing her name in his hand, Tehreem was recording the whole thing on her phone.

"Now, I have your name in my hand and yours has mine, Hisaab Barabar ( equal in score )" said Haider with a smile and Tehreem smiled at him.

"Keep your hand forward, Let's do our first Shararat ( mischief) since our friendship" said Tehreem with a grin and Haider puts his hand forward. Tehreem keeps her hand in top of his in a way his name on hers is seen.

"You know Your sister is getting pictures of our trip and mine isn't, Mine too deserves to see" said Tehreem and Haider nods with a grin

"I didn't know that you'd be so brutal on her" said Haider and Tehreem smiled

"You're only getting to know me now; this is going to hit her in so many levels" said Tehreem and paused

"She didn't trust me one bit and had jealousy and insecurity issues which she unleashed as soon as she heard your words without thinking anything else, in other ways she too saw red, but the thing is, we had a different relationship but still she did it," said Tehreem

"Why are we ruining our trip by thinking about her, she isn't worth it" said Tehreem and Haider nodded

The night started to fall, and food was served to them. Both started munching their food while a dance was being performed as entertainment. A lady was doing Belly dance.

"Haider, Eyes over here you've a wife" said Tehreem and laughed, Haider laughed with her too

"Jokes apart, damn she's good" said Tehreem and Haider nodded agreeing with her

"You might be better than her" said Haider with a wink, Tehreem gave an are you kidding look and laughed with him.

"Obviously" said Tehreem in a diva way and both laughed.

Both joked a lot, when they said they would be friends, they meant each and every word of it. Tehreem and Haider are reserved people even in friendship, but both gave each other a bit of freedom which others do not get.

"Haider, I must say that I'm enjoying your company," said Tehreem

"Not as much as me" said Haider with a smile

They joked and ate their food. They were having the time of their life, they made the trip work by keeping their enmity and problems aside instead they brought in a new start, a new friendship.

"Haider, look at the sky, The stars &moon look so beautiful on the blue sky" said Tehreem pointing to the sky

"It is" said Haider in a calming voice

"It's so peaceful to look at the beautiful sky" said Tehreem in a soft voice giving Haider chills

Tehreem fell backwards and was laying on the rug, Haider accompanied her and laid next to her. He looked at her and she looked at him, she smiled at him, and he smiled at her. A friend group next to them started to play a soft song on their guitar.

"Isn't this beautiful, I don't want this to end," said Tehreem

"Do you realise the fact that I'm part of this too right?" asked Haider and Tehreem laughed

"I do, I very much realise that you're a part of this, but we are leaving the past baggage behind and the current you are tolerable for me" said Tehreem with a smile

"Then we both can stay at this peacefulness forever" said Haider with a smile.

"And it hurts to live a life, explosive we collide, Step away did we divide, You and I" sang Tehreem in a soft voice and Haider looked at her, she was looking for the sky and he could not help but smile in peacefulness.

"You sing beautifully" said Haider and Tehreem looked at him

"Thank you" said Tehreem with a smile

After a while they had to return to the hotel. Both were tired, they changed quick and went to bed.

"Good night, Tehreem," said Haider

"Good night, Haider" said Tehreem...........

A few days of study leave , i saw a movie after so long... It's so good!!!!
