It was Wednesday and It was Hinata's birthday. All she has gotten was a teddy bear from Naruto, a necklace from her math teacher, and a pencil from Sakura. She hasn't gotten anything from Kiba,but that didn't bother her. Kiba's birthday was this week on a Friday. He must be planning stuff for his birthday.

"Happy birthday Hinata!"
Strangers greeted her as she walked down the hallway to her locker. People never greet her like this. As if she was now the 'popular' girl. Back then she was invisible.

"Hey Hinata!"
Kiba said as he followed her to her locker. 'Did he forget about my birthday?' She thought 'He never forgets.'

"Hinata?? Woo-hoo anyone home?"

"Oh sorry"

"As i was telling you, since my birthday is this Friday,why don't we have party? We can invite my friends! How does that sound?"

Hinata was starting to tear up.
She smiled and wiped her tears. Without Kiba noticing.

"Yeah,yeah that... Sounds great"
She said as she walked away.
'He forgot'

*end of the school day*

Hinata never really got alot of presents like her classmates did when it was their birthday.
That didnt bother her,what bothered her was that Kiba didn't remember.
She's been sad all day because of that.

Her phone suddenly ringed.

'Kiba'

"Hello?"

"Hi! Uh Hinata can you come to your house! Don't ask why! Bye!!"

He hung up before she could even say why.
'That's what i was planning on doing. To go to my house'

'What is he gonna do? Oh i know! He's gonna make a party for his own birthday! Wow! What a nice friend he is!'

*3 minutes later*

"Kiba! Kiba?? I'm just gonna come in. Why did you c-"

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!"

Hinata looked at the decorations her friends,or even strangers, put up. Gifts,cinnamon buns,cake,cupcakes,sugar cookies everything she loved. 'Diabetes,here i come'

"Thank you!"
Hinata beamed as she gave everyone a hug.

"I thought you didn't remember"
She told Kiba

"Why would i forget my best friends birthday?"
She gave Kiba a hug.
'I won't forget about her birthday'
Kiba thought as he smiled.

"I'm just gonna go change in my room i'll be out in about 5 minutes!"
Hinata yelled as she went upstars into her room.
She layed in bed for about 30 seconds until she felt like she was being watched.

She opened her closet and found a note.

She decided to ignore it and put it in her drawer then change.

'Why do i need to watch out for my friend?'
She thought.
