Never Say Goodbye
*Jack's P.O.V
A month has passed since the battle with Pitch and Jack Nightmare. We never really knew what had happened to Pitch after Hiccups unleashed power on him, but we never really went to go look for him. Valka finally calmed down and they took Hiccups body back to Berk to have it burned, and they had a full funeral, but Valka knew his boy was a guardian and could now see him. Astid and the others took more time to convince, but it was all good.
As for the guardians, they all went back to work, bringing joy to children. Bunny was as chipper as ever and Tooth was back to her old self, but she is forever scared to loose anyone close again. Sandy doesn't talk much so I don't know what he is feeling, and North has turned normal and annoying.
As for Hiccup and I, we live in my old house near the lake in burgess. We live together and we are as loving as ever. We made up for the time we lost and bow, I teach him how a guardian is supposed to be. Our love has never been stronger since that day.
"Can you hurry up?" Hiccup said into the bedroom. "We need to meet the guardians."
I hurried and put my pants on, as he came in. "Sorry, I overslept." I looked up to see Hiccup leaning against the door.
"That is so you," he said, peeling himself off the wall and walking towards me, placing a hand on the nape of my neck. He looked down at my lips and chuckled. I rolled my eyes and mashed his lips into mine, snaking up his shirt to feel his abs.
"Are we really gonna do this?" He breathed through the kiss.
"We can be a little late," I say, kissing him harder. He chuckled, rubbing his hands up my tummy. I slowly sat back on the bed as he hunched over me, crawling seductively on top of me. I laid there, tearing off his shirt as he still kissed me. His mouth felt hot as he made a trail from my lips down to my neck, to my chest. I chuckled, feeling his heat going down my stomach.
A loud knock on the door made me shoot up and kick Hiccup in the stomach.
"Ow!" He shouted, falling off of the bed and onto the floor.
"Oh god! I'm sorry!" I hopped off of the bed and bent down next to Hiccup, but he shoved me.
"Forget about me, go check the door." He said.
"Oh, right." I jumped up and ran to the door, opening it to see Bunny standing there. "Yes?"
He glanced up and down and coughed. I looked down seeing my fly was opened and my jacket wasn't even on. My cheeks flushed red as I quickly zipped it up and tried to play cool.
"Smooth, Mate," he said.
"What brings you here kangaroo?" I asked.
"I came to tell you the meeting was canceled." He said. "But I guess you didn't need to know that considering," he pointed down.
"Oh shut up," I slammed the door, hearing him laughing on the other side of the door.
Hiccup ran in and raised his hands. "Who was is?"
"An annoying pest," I say. "It was Bunny telling me the thing was canceled." I said.
He chuckled. "Well then, we should really get out and go say hi to Jaime." He said.
I grunted. "He killed the moment didn't he?"I asked.
"Oh yeah," Hiccup threw the Jacket at my head and I caught it reluctantly. I put it on but pointed at Hiccup. "We are continuing when we get back," I said.
He rolled his eyes. "Of course." He shoved his feet into a boot before putting the armor on.
"I can't believe that Kangaroo, ruining our moment," I mumbled.
"Get over it, we will continue later... And isn't he a bunny?" Asked Hiccup.
"Yeah, he is." I said.
"Then why do you call him Kangaroo?" Hiccup asked, hooking closed his top armor part.
"Its funny to see his reaction." I said truthfully. "Now hurry so we can leave."
Hiccup rolled his eyes and hurried into his suit. I always love watching him get dressed. He's so cute.
After the day, of playing and wrestling with the kids, we decided to, since it was near 9 o clock and Hiccup and I sat on our roof, watching the town slowly go into slumber and the moon slowly coming out. The wind was strong tonight which is why I loved sitting on the roof.
"You know what, Jack? I'm glad I decided to go looking for you." Hiccup said into the silence.
I looked at him, his green eyes fixed on the moon. I smiled. "I know, I agree with that." I say, grabbing his hand and leaning into his neck.
"I can't get that line you said out of my head, the line you told Pitch," he said.
I raised my head and looked at him again "what line?"
He looked down, meeting my eyes. "That you will never say goodbye to anyone." He said. "I agree with that wholeheartedly." He said.
"Well it is true, I will never say goodbye," I turned his head to me so we faced each other. He glanced down at my lips and planted a kiss on them. I felt all jittery inside and wrapped my hands around his neck. I felt my body slowly lowering down, laying on the roof.
"I love you," he said to me, "I hope you know that."
I chuckled. "I love you too," I replied. "I do know this, we will be together for a long time."
Hiccup chuckled and kissed me. My body jerked happily. No matter what obstacle was gonna be thrown at us, we will always have each other. No matter what, we will never say goodbye.
(That's the end of the story people, I enjoyed writing it for you guys. I want to make a third book that just focuses on Jack and Hiccups relationship in the future, but thats up to you guys. Let me know in the comments what you thought about this book and if I should do the third book XD)
