Believe to See
*Back on Berk
Valka stepped up on the pedestool North had placed down in the middle of the town. Almost everyone was already outside, but they didn't gather until they heard the meeting whistle blow through. Valka took a deep breath, her dragon standing closely behind her as well as Toothless.
She cupped her hands together before sucking in air. "People of Berk," she shouted, getting everyone's attention. "I need your help."
One of the dragon riders by the name of Astrid stepped forward. "With what?" She asked.
Valka turned to the guardians who urged her to continue. She nodded, looking back at the Berkians. "I need your help to save Hiccup." She shouted. "He has... He was taken by a very bad force and his partner," she paused before slowly continuing," Jack Frost."
Astrid lifted an eyebrow looking around her at the confused townspeople as well. "Jack Frost?" Asked Astrid.
Valka nodded. "Yes, Jack Frost." She shook her head and got back on the rescue mission. "Anyway, Hiccup is in trouble, I'm pretty sure I mentioned that. He needs us to help him." She shouted.
"Hiccups in trouble? Again?" Asked a man from the back.
"Sadly yes, but this time he is in deeper than any other problem we have faced. Hiccup is being possessed by a power he cant control." Valka said, stepping onto the next level of pedestool there was. "He is lost, and I got information that the person who has him, has an army of dragons."
"An army of dragons? Class 5?" Asked Fishlegs, stepping next to Astrid.
"An army of dragons is nothing compared to my monstrous nightmare." Shouted Snotlout.
Berkians believed in the old Viking traditions with terrible names. Everyone has a horrible name for reasons that the Vikings had. They adopted Viking traditions for centuries.
"An army of dragons, and Nightmares. So please, as the mother of the savior of Berk I ask for your help in protecting out own. We must save my son." She said.
"Ah what de hell, not get'n any younger jus' stan'n around," Gobber said. "Let's go save Hiccup!"
Everyone cheered, but paused when the dragons moaned in displeasure. They all stared into the forest, and slowly, everyone eyes were watching the forest end carefully. Yellow eyes flashed in the forest, making the eerie feel intensify. A darkened horse stepped out of the shadows. It was alone and riled up. North stepped forward.
"Valka! That's one of Pitch's little puppets!" He shouted.
"So he is one of the armies?" Asked Valka. She turned her head back and smiled. Everyone could see the horse, which meant they were fearing it. They will soon be able to see Jack Frost and the other guardians.
One of the children. Stepped back and looked at North and gasped. "Mommy! Look its Santa!" A little girl shouted. If children can see them, maybe everyone else can be persuaded into it.
Valka looked back and smiled. Of course! She was so stupid! "Hey! Everyone! You can see that horse right?" She asked.
Most of them nodded. Okay good that was a great start. She grinned. "Good! Now I need all of you to open your mind, believed in everything you used to as a child. Only then will you understand. Until then I am gonna tackle that horse to the ground."
Valka took off as the horse did as well. She jumped up, using her guiding stick to slam it into the horses leg. It dissolved easily, confusing Valka. The horse screamed in pain, slowly dissolving into the grass. The horse she had tried so desperately to capture for answers, surprised Valka as it dissapeared. So much for that plan.
Astrid gasped and Valka turned to see Astrid staring at the Guardians. "Are you guys real?!" She shouted.
"As real as you mate," Bunny said, smiling. "I don't see anything," Ruffnut shouted.
Tuffnut punched Ruffnuts face out of the way and looked at what Astrid stared at. "Wooooah! Look at that," she said.
"What?" Ruffnut asked.
"Nothing you idiot," Tuffnut said, mushing Ruffnuts face away.
Astrid looked at Valka who turned her attention away from the pile of black sand. "See, this is who will help us, and they are with Jack Frost." She said.
