One of those times when everything around you feels magic . Just the right company and right coffee can make you forget all of your problems. The feeling of loneliness disappear for few hours and you feel again that your existence does mean something after all.

The coffee was warm and so was my company . I feel more comfortable now with him . How ? You might ask . It was a simple question that made us more then mere acquaintances.

" Batman or superman? "

" Batman always " I answered .

" good!" He gave me an awe so blood rushing smile , his dimples seemed to taunt me . I realized that I had crossed the thirty second rule of staring and now might have been looking like a creep and averted my eyes . Silence taking place between us.

" So Becca Stenson tell me something about you " Mark asked raising an eyebrow to give a sherlock holmes look but somehow it looked like Jared Padaleki attempting to act . Man he looked so adorable .

" I thought I gave my interview for the job " I tilting my head and returning a mock smile. He chuckled at my peculiarity I guess .

" I like coffee , red wine , dark chocolates , beaches not hills because i catch cold easily , am a morning person hiding it's night owl soul , I like reading more than watching movies , more of a grey and rain kind of a person than pink and teddy bears " I babbled what came first in my mind . This was my way to test the waters . I had a tendency to push people away since I was left alone by my family . It's just easier this way. You won't get hurt if you don't get too attached with a person.

He was giving me what-the-hell-just happened look which was exactly I was expecting . I just shrugged off in response. A few minutes passed in silence and I was getting anxious . It was so stupid of me to try and babble out things like that. He might not consider asking for coffee again.

" Ohk ! I like Netflix , pizza , beer and boxers "

He spoke while grinning sheepishly and crossing his arms around his chest. His cup wad nearly empty now but mine was still half full .

" That was unpredictable " I blurted out.

" Oh honey ! Two can play a game " He spoke winking at me.

" okay " I was ready for this game
.Haha ! I loved to irritate my sister by talking gibberish all the time . That was one of the reasons I got my nose broken . And also she was a she - hulk .

" I like rainbows not unicorns , pop corns not movies , my job but not Ed " My last statement made him laugh aloud .

" I thought by now you to would be best friends " he spoke while trying to control his laughter.

I made an 'o' with my mouth unable to give a decent answer to his delusion.

Somebody besides us cleared his throat to get our attention as we both turned our heads towards this man who was a complete idiot Derek . I gave him a darn glare to stop him for speaking any nonsense . He ignored me and turned to Mark

" Sorry to disturb you both but I have to close the shop now " thank god !!no nonsense.....

Mark nodded . I mouthed thank you quickly to Derek and turned to mark , to which he gave me a you-own-look and moved away.

" we should go now. You have office tomorrow " Mark said turning towards me.

" So do you "

" But I am the boss " He smiled cheekily . I had nothing in response for that .

And that my dear friends was the end of no-date date and start of a friendship or more who knows.. Rest of the conversation included anything including us and around us while walking me to my apartment which was literally two steps to the right . He also told me that he and Mr. stark are diaper buddies - neighbors , school mates and then college room mates . In simple words they are brothers from another mother .

Anyways the night ended with a magic and the next day started with a headache and dark circles under my eyes from lack of sleep. I slept for only four hours

Don't get me wrong i do like Sam but I'm up for team Destiel so, please forgive me Sam Winchester's fans . I didn't meant to offend him and his fans .
