Two months have passed. Hyunmi is more of an introvert than before. She hasn't spoken to Jungkook and Jungkook hasn't spoken to her either. Yet, they both know how each other are doing. Seunghae ended up declining the marriage arrangement because he decided he was too young but since then he and Hyunmi have been talking to each other and hang out from time to time. They are good friends now. Hanyong for the first few weeks after the incident, he kept his distance from her but slowly started coming back.

Whenever Jungkook is in school, even though they see each other and make eye contact, they don't speak to each other.

Jungkook: How is she doing Jihwan?

Jihwan: Who?

Jungkook: Hyunmi

Jihwan: Aish, when are you going to speak to her again? You both are making us like messengers–

Jungkook: You both?

Jihwan: You asked about her, she asks about you–

Jungkook: She asks about me?

Jihwan: Yeah like a 'how are you doing' thing

Hyunmi: So..how's Jungkook?

Hyesu: When are you going to speak to him again?

Hyunmi: I don't want to bother him

Jongyul: How would you bother him?

Hyunmi: He doesn't want to speak with me..plus he's busy anyway so I'll be bothering either way

Hyesu: Busy sure but not wanting to speak to you? Where did you get that from?

Hyunmi: It's kind of obvious

Jongyul: Then you're clearly blinded

Jungkook and Jihwan are walking down the hallway on their way to the cafeteria when suddenly Seohyeong zooms pass them. She turns and goes to where Hyunmi is.

Seohyeong: We've got a problem

Hyunmi: What happened?

Seohyeong: Gina, is what happened.

Hyunmi looks past Seohyeong's shoulder, where she can see Gina. She's laughing as Hyunmi is with her resting bitch face. Gina senses her staring and looks straight at Hyunmi with a smirk. As Jihwan and Jungkook are walking past, Gina, she tugs on Jungkook's arm causing him to stop and turn towards her. The bells rings causing Hyesu and Jongyul sigh because they are late to their class. They say bye before walking away. Gina being a flirt yet again with her hand on his bicep, talking to him trying to act all cute and innocent.

Hyunmi rolls her eyes at she turns around, slamming her locker shut. Seohyeong knows what's up and why Hyunmi is acting up right now. A small smile forms on her face as she realizes that Hyunmi has feelings for Jungkook.

The locker slamming shut causes Jungkook and Jihwan to jump and look towards where it came from. Quickly, Jungkook catches on to what's going on and realizes why what happened at the party happened and who Gina was talking about to cause Hyunmi to fight her. As he was trying to do before, he finally removes Gina's hand and went after Hyunmi who's halfway down the hallway already.

Jungkook: Hyunmi!

Gina smirks and walks away to go to class. Hyunmi continues walking with Seohyeong.

Jungkook: Hyunmi please!

Seohyeong forces Hyunmi to stop walking and to turn around.

Hyunmi: What?

Jungkook: I'm pretty sure I know now why what happened at the party happened..all of it.

Hyunmi: That's wonderful, Jungkook.

Jungkook: Anya! Hyunmi..

Hyunmi: What?

Jungkook: Can we talk privately?

Hyunmi: Seohyeong and I have something to do right now–

Jungkook: Then I'll come along!

Hyunmi: Anya, this has nothing to do with you. Just go and do you.

She turns back around and walks away. Seohyeong looks at Jungkook, not knowing what to do. She sighs and follows Hyunmi.

Seohyeong: Mimi..at least hear him out.

Hyunmi: I don't care. He doesn't care, he just feels pity and I don't need his pity. Let him just go back to Gina, at least she knows how to give a good time–

Seohyeong: Ew please don't talk about that now

Hyunmi: Okay but I'm just saying, she does. I'm not going to lie about that because why would every single guy that has hooked up with her say that she knows how to give a good time if she didn't?

Seohyeong: Bribery? Blackmail?

Hyunmi: Possibilities but I doubt it. Either way, I don't want to be bothersome and rather just let him have fun. Plus, it's not like I matter.

Seohyeong: ..I honestly doubt that you don't matter but ya, you matter to me.

Hyunmi: You matter to me too Hyeongie..now, what the fuck did this bitch do?

They disappear around the corner and again, Jungkook hears it all. He's sadden, again and jumps at the sudden voice of a girl.

Girl 4: Are you sure you aren't dating her?

He turns around, recognizing her.

Jungkook: I'm not..

Girl 4: Do you two have a thing going on though? You can tell me, my bias is Hobi anyway.

Jungkook: ...

Girl 4: ...I'm Jaeeun by the way

Jungkook: Jaeeun..I remember you mentioning that you used to go to school with Hyunmi before here..is that true?

Jaeeun: Ne, I did.

Jungkook: You mentioned that she never ignores anyone except one person..may I ask who?

Jaeeun: Alright, well, don't tell her I told you..just don't mention it at all. Before here, Hyunmi and I, we grew up in the same neighborhood..as well as who Hyunmi's best friend was..Those two were always seen together. They got along so well and just seemed like a couple so everyone just assumed it. Hyunmi nor he confirmed it, nor declined it. I wasn't close to Hyunmi but a friend of mine was friends with Hyunmi and my friend would tell me because I am trustworthy. Hyunmi did have feelings for this guy but no one knew if he felt the same way, again though everyone assumed he did. Even more that everyone knew they were each other's first kiss. I don't know if anything else happened and I never bothered asking. I ended up moving when we were 11. You're probably wondering who this guy is..he's an idol now too..

Jungkook: What..?

Jaeeun: Yeah..my friend and I, we still talk to each other to this day but about 4 years after I moved away, I was video chatting with my friend and she told me that Hyunmi and this guy had a huge argument that left them both in tears. I don't know what happened but apparently since then, Hyunmi ignored him so technically, I wasn't in school with Hyunmi when she began ignoring him but my friend did and she would tell me.

Jungkook: Who..is the guy?

Jaeeun: ...I don't know if I should say..

Jungkook: What entertainment is he under?

Jaeeun: ......YG..it's iKON's Donghyuk..

Jungkook: WHAT?

Jaeeun: PLEASE DON'T TELL ANYONE

Jungkook: You aren't lying...are you?

Jaeeun: I'm not I swear.

Jungkook: So..is that why she had a problem with me in the beginning?

Jaeeun: What?

Jungkook: This is all starting to make sense now..

Jaeeun: You're going to tell someone, aren't you?

Jungkook: I want her to talk to me again and this piece of information helps, thank you.

Jaeeun: You're welcome..you do have feelings for her, don't you?

Jungkook: ...

Jaeeun: Aish, you don't even have to say it. I know you do. I mean, Hyunmi remembers me still and talks to me. I have a class with her plus my locker is by hers. I can try and help if you want?

Jungkook: You don't have to do that, it's okay. Thank you.

Jaeeun: I'd love to help though. Hyunmi is such a kind person and she's never had a boyfriend..that is other than Donghyuk but no one's sure what their relationship was. You'd think she's confident but she's really insecure..and she deserves someone that'll treat her well and I don't know but I have a feeling in my guts that tells me that you will. I can tell she has feelings for you..

Jungkook: She doesn't......you think?

Jaeeun: Of course she does! Are you kidding me? I watched what happened and from the time she's been here so far, she has never been jealous because of Gina before.

Jungkook: How would you be able to help me?

Jaeeun: Well, it's not going to be easy.

Jungkook: I mean..yeah I was told she's stubborn.

Jaeeun: Really stubborn. You have to keep trying. I will easy her into it but little by little.

Jungkook: Okay..thank you, really, thank you.

Jaeeun: It's okay! You're welcome. Can you tell the boys I said hi?

Jungkook: I'll make them record a video message for you

Jaeeun: Oh that's not–WAit–SERIOUSLY!?

Jungkook smiles and nods as Jaeeun leans against the lockers. She's speechless.

Jungkook: Talk to you later, Jaeeun. Thank you.

It's after school. Jongyul has track practice and Hyesu is his ride but Hyunmi is staying with her to keep her company. Jungkook and Jihwan stayed with a few friends of theirs to play futbol. The football team doesn't have practice but, Hanyong knew Hyunmi was staying so he decided to stay.

Jungkook takes glances here and there of Hyunmi who's up on the bleachers with Hyesu. Currently the girls are laughing, that is until Hanyong decides to pop up.

Hanyong: Ladies~

Hyesu: There's no football practice..

Hanyong: I know

Hyunmi: Then what are you doing here?

Hanyong: To be with you

Hyunmi: Okay, it's fine. You can leave.

Hanyong: Ani

He sits down next to Hyunmi, wrapping his arm around her shoulders as she looks down at the ground. Jungkook takes notice.

Hyunmi: If you could take your arm off, that would be lovely.

Hanyong: Yaa, why would I do such a thing? Mimi, how come you are here?

Hyunmi: If you can't see, I stayed to keep my best friend company–

Hanyong: You stayed because you knew Jungkook was staying, didn't you?

Hyunmi: There you go again assuming things–

Hanyong: Aish, just admit it. Again, I don't know why you bother with him. He doesn't care about you. Maybe he cares about Hyesu, Jongyul and Jihwan but you, never.

Hyunmi stands up quickly and moves away from him as Hyesu slaps him.

Hyesu: Jungkook is like my younger brother. You've talked so much shit about him already. You watch your mouth because it's a mouth like that, that gets people in trouble.

Hanyong is in shock by Hyesu's action but quickly reacting by grabbing her wrist harshly. It's harming her and she struggling to get out of his grip. Hyunmi comes in, trying to remove his hand but is unable to. They all start arguing. Jungkook's eyes are widen as he nudges Jihwan. Jihwan, who currently has the soccer ball, sees what's going on and kicks the soccer ball at Hanyong. It hits Hanyong's head. He chucks his head to the side and stares at Jihwan, then at Jungkook.

He smirks as he lets go of Hyesu and grabs Hyunmi. He starts dragging her along with him but it was too struggling because she was making it difficult. So, he wraps his arms around her waist, lifting her up and taking her away while running.

Quickly, Hyesu is following as well as Jungkook from the other side of the field. Jihwan and his friends also came following. Jungkook is ahead of them though. Jongyul saw what's happening and runs as well, leaving his practice to help out.

Hyunmi: PUT ME DOWN!

She's kicking her legs, moving her body around.

Hanyong: Be quiet

Hyunmi: ANYA! PUT ME DOWN!

He ignores her as he continues running. Jungkook runs as fast as fucking lightening as he's already passed Hyesu. He's on Hanyong's tail and shows no sign of slowing down. He finally reaches Hanyong, placing his hand on his shoulder, forcing him to turn around.

Jungkook: Put her down

Hanyong: Ani

Jungkook: Put her down.

Hanyong: Ani

Hyunmi: PUT ME THE FUCK DOWN

Hanyong: STOP YELLING

Hyunmi: WELL YOU DON'T LISTEN

Hanyong: I WON'T LISTEN MORE IF YOU KEEP YELLING

Hyunmi: Alright, fine, put me the fuck down.

Hanyong: Don't be rude

Hyunmi: YOU JUST PICKED ME UP AND RAN AWAY WITH ME. WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM ME?

Annoyed at what's going on, Jungkook holds Hyunmi's arm to make sure she doesn't fall down before he yanks Hanyong's arms off her. Jungkook moves Hyunmi behind him as he doesn't take his eyes off of Hanyong who's just glaring back at him. Hyunmi looks down then slowly walks back in front of Jungkook but facing him.

Hyunmi: Don't do anything stupid..your image.

Jungkook: Move over

Hyunmi: Aniyo..

Jungkook: Hyunmi, move.

Hanyong: Listen to him

Hyunmi: Hanyong, shut up.

She looks up, placing her hand on his cheek, causing him to look at her.

Hyunmi: Don't do anything stupid

It takes him a bit but he sighs.

Jungkook: Fine..

Hyunmi's arm drops just as everyone else finally gets there.
