Passing few hours, Naina opened her eyes weakly and saw herself lying in a hospital bed... recalling her last memories to be in OT room for abortion her eyes brimmed with tears... she recalled how she requested Doctor and staff to leave her but they forced her to get operated... in her own dilemma and loss of senses, she lost her all thinking power and landed up in this state...

She placed her hand on her belly clutching her dress tightly... her mind screamed, "I am sorry, mein yeh nahin karna chahati thi... mein kaise kisi ki jaan le sakti hun... Kanhaji yeh kya kar diya maine... mujhe kabhi maafi nahin milani chahiye... shayad yahi mere gunaahon ki saza hai ki mujhe zindagi bhar kisi ka saath na mile... mein ek masoom ki raksha nahin kar paayi aur itna bada gunaah ho gaya... iss duniya mein pehli baar bina kisi matlab ke ek rishta mila tha mujhe, jo mere jeene ki wajah banta aur voh bhi chhin gaya..." she was so engrossed in all her miseries not realized someone's gaze on her...

She jerked realizing a soft touch on her cheeks wiping her tears.. she saw a middle-aged woman sitting close to her caressing her head, "ab kaisi ho beta tum.." she looked at her amazed as unable to recall her... she even doesn't look like hospital staff... she tried to sit back but seeing needles on her hand she laid down back....

The lady smiled seeing her in confusion and introduce herself, "ghabraao mat... tum mujhe nahin jaanti par mein tumhein achchhe se jaanti hun... mera naam Bela hai... mein Chhote Kunwar ki governess thi jab voh chhote the... unhone hi mujhe yahaan tumhari dekh bhaal karne ke liye bulaya hai... tum aaraam karo abhi bohot weakness hai tumhein... isiliye behosh ho gayi thi... aaraam karogi toh jaldi se theek ho jaaogi dekhna..." she said caressing her head lovingly...

Naina roamed around her eyes recalling that she was in a small nursing home but this seems to be a big hospital room with well- equipped facilities... how did she reached here and what about this all relates to Sameer... while leaving from home, she didn't inform anyone about her plans to visit doctor, than how he finds her.... she roamed around her eyes in ward room but he was nowhere seen making her more confused...

She wanted to ask Bela, but the person sitting in front of her is a stranger for her... how can she trust on her and ask anything when Sameer was the solely reason who pressurize her to go and meet the Doctor... if he has not threaten her to get freed of the baby in one day she would have got time to think about it more before drowning in this guilt for which she will surely regret in her whole life now....

She closed her eyes to avoid any further discussion with her but suddenly sits back asked surprisingly, "mein... mein yahaan kaise aayi aur aapko kisne yahaan bheja.. maine toh kisi ko nahin bataya tha ki mein kahaan hun..."

Bela smiled giving a motherly hug to calm her... she parted kissing on her forehead, "mujhe jyaada nahin pata par tumhein yahaan Chhote kunwar hi laaye the... saara din yahin the bas abhi baahar gaye hai mujhe tumhara dhyaan rakhne ke liye bol kar.. he was very much worried about your health..."

Naina smiled sarcastically thinking, "concern... worried... for me... what a joke..? shayad afsos kar rahe honge ki mein mar kyun nahin gayi... kam se kam unhein toh chhutkara mil jaata mujhse..."

Bela didn't aware the kind of relation they both are sharing but knew that she is in emotional trauma and need some support to come out of her pains... she caressed her head affectionately and bring the homely made food for her, "dekho mein apne haathon se bana kar laayi hun... mujhe nahin pata ki tumhein kya pasand hai par yeh sab tumari tabiyat ke liye theek hai... thoda sa kha lo tumhein energy aayegi... Doctor ne kaha hai ki you are very weak..."

Naina denied politely and laid down keeping her back towards her... she doesn't want to be rude with her but not even in a condition to accept any favor from Sameer or anyone related to him...

Soon weakness overpowers her and she drifted back into deep sleep... she opened her eyes after sleeping for few more hours... she tried to sit back but flinched in pain on back of her palm due to needles and about to fall back her head on pillow when feels a strong hand below her head... giving a little push he makes her sits back adjusting her pillow on her back...

Their eyes met with a strange feeling towards each other... the memories of what happened since morning flashed across her mind... she realized one of his hand was still on her shoulder supporting her... suddenly she jerked his hand harshly and shouted back, "how dare you come so close to me... aapne mujhe haath bhi kaise lagaya... aaj aapki wajah se mujhse voh gunaah hua hai jiske liye mein kabhi apne aap ko maaf nahin kar paaungi.. aap kyun aaye hai yahaan... yahi dekhna tha ki mein zinda bhi hun ya nahin... aur agar zinda hun toh kis tarah se aap mujhe aur jyaada torture kar sakte hai... toh Mr Maheshwari, aapko jo karna hai kijiye... mein aapse darrne wali nahin hun... I... I just hate you... maine apni zindagi mein aapse jyaada gira hua insaan nahin dekha... samjhe aap... I hate you hate you hate you... chale jaaiye meri najron se dur... mujhe aapki shakal se bhi nafarat hai... aapke saath rehne se jyaada toh mein mar jaana qubool karungi..." she outburst all her anger in a flow... tears welled up in her eyes...

Even in her wildest dream she was not expecting him to be near her at this point of time... that too so close to her after what all had happened with her today... she lost all her senses and burst out all her anger on him... blaming him for all her miseries...

Sameer looked at her shockingly as whatever had happened with her today, he was nowhere at fault... even after saving her life he gets this reward... for her only he is there in hospital, waiting for her to regain her conscious but she was throwing her tantrums... she is the one who always lied to him and now blaming him for being ruthless towards him...

He grabbed her arm roughly wincing her in pain looking with fiery looks, "I have never seen such a selfish and thankless woman like you in my life... you are purely disgusting... it's all my fault that I came here to meet you... you don't deserve this... just get lost..." he pushed her back hitting her head on the back rest and rolled out his wheelchair going out from the ward.... leaving her alone in tears...

Seeing him coming out Pandit rushed to his side asking, "she might have just awake... are you not interested to spend some time with her... you were eager to talk with her something urgent... isn't it so..."

Sameer glare him back shouting on him, "if you want you can also get lost... I am leaving alone..."

Pandit surprised to see his reaction as before coming here he was so restless to see her but now going out leaving her all alone again... he prefers to remain silent and pushed him out from hospital... soon they were hitting the road driving back to their house...

Sameer looking outside thinking what all happened since morning...

Sameer's POV...

After reaching office he went to his cabin ordering no one to disturb him for some time as he wants to spend some time alone... he feels somehow regret that why he doesn't gave her some more time to re-think on her decision... they should have talked... might be under his pressure to take decision fast she has taken this nasty step to get rid of the child... as her face was saying another story... he was still not ready to accept that her dream girl can be so selfish, so cruel...

Pandit was pacing here and there outside his cabin as unable to understand why he is behaving so differently now days... even he was also shattered with Naina's decision to get rid of baby....

Then only he heard the phone ring and turned to see towards Naina desk.... since she is on leave today he unwillingly attend call at her desk as it might be some urgent official matters...

He surprised to listen the voice from other side and decided to let Sameer handle this matter by his own... he transfer the call in his cabin which he attend getting irritated, "I told you not to disturb me... can't you listen..." he shouted before listening...

Pandit keeping himself calm said, "Sameer, I think you should take this call... its really important..." saying this he pressed the button and transfer the call to his cabin...

Before Sameer asked, he heard a lady on other side, "am I talking to Naina..." she asked politely...

Sameer said in low tone feeling irritated, "No... she is not here today... who are you..?" he assumed her might be one of her friends or relatives and right now he is not in a mood to talk with anyone...

Lady introduce herself, "actually I am Naina's gynecologist... she came to visit me yesterday for her check-up... may I know with whom I am talking to.." she replied in a well-mannered tone...

Sameer composed himself and said, "voh... I am her husband... you can tell me... I will pass out your message to her..." he replied getting anxious as what could be the reason of her Doctor to call him...

Doctor taking a deep sigh said, "well its really nice that I got the chance to talk with you... I even asked Naina also to bring you with her but she was so surprised with her pregnancy news that not reacted at all... actually I was quiet worried about her as she was supposed to come today again for her check-up but she didn't turned up... I know it's your personal decision if you both wants to keep this baby or not but I tried to explain her that abortion is risky for her... it can be a threat to her own life as her uterus is very thin and can lead to massive blood loss if she tried to go for abortion..."

Doctor continued further, "I was trying to explain her but she was so disturbed that she left clinic without listen anything... I think before taking any decision you both should discuss thoroughly and take second opinion also, if want..."

Sameer shocked to hear this and asked, "has she not come to you today... and how did you get this number..."

Doctor replied softly getting concerned for her, "no she hasn't come that's the reason for me to worry... I was worried if she must have not taken any drastic step to danger her own life... actually as per our hospital policy all visiting patients need to fill their details for records with two contact nos. for emergency... so she had given her mobile no. and added to this number for records but since morning she is not picking up her mobile also... so I though it must be her residence number, hence I called you..."

Sameer stunned on this news and disconnect the line after saying thanks, "please if she came to visit your clinic, do let us know... you can note down my personal number and called me..." he gave his personal number and called to Pandit....

Pandit entered sensing the urgency when Sameer shouts, "find out where is she... I want to see her right now..." he said wiping sweat beads on his forehead... a mere thought of her life in danger makes him worried to hell... whatever be their relation is but he can't afford to see her endangering her life because of him...

Pandit dialed at home to check but servants confirmed that she was not there... she left immediately after they left for office in morning... Pandit looked at him somewhat helplessly, asking her mobile number to check...

"she is your wife... you should have her number... if you don't have how would I have..?" he muttered seeing his fiery glares...

Sameer replied instantly, "go and check in HR... she has completed her joining formality... I am sure her personal details must be there..."

Pandit quickly arranged her number from HR department and dialed on her mobile but it got unanswered...

Sameer shouts on his failure attempts, "don't give me these useless excuses... track her mobile number to find her location..." they both rushed out from office immediately... Pandit asked his guards to track her number to find her location...

Sameer got to know about the clinic where Naina was operating... getting details from reliable sources, Pandit informed that the Doctor doesn't have good records... she was involved in so many illegal and unethical practices earlier and always saved herself through her strong political connections...

They rushed to the clinic with their guards and after threatening to other staff, they were informed that Naina has been bring to OT unwillingly... she was not ready to go for the procedure but Doctor forced her for the abortion... they went ahead towards OT when heard her screams from inside to let her go... guards pushed the door hard breaking the lock from inside...

Sameer got freeze to see her in unconscious state, struggling to get rid of their grip... before she falls he hold her tightly in his arms, pulling her towards him saving her to get slipped on floor...

Sameer held her in unconscious state and they rushed out to get her admitted in his known hospital where he assures her safety and ensure this news will not leak into media... Maheshwari group of companies are the biggest investor of this hospital and always supports in funding them for scientific research... even it was named after Sameer's grand-mother... all Doctors were known to him assuring best of medical services to her... later as she needs special care he called his nanny Bela, who is still very close to him, to take good care of Naina....

Sameer leaving her in safe hands went to handle the Doctor's matter... after getting life threats from Sameer, Doctor confessed that she was aware of the repercussions of this surgery on Naina but still admitted to do as she was supposed to get good amount of money... but she didn't disclose the name hiding the fact saying, "I just got the call and was concerned about money so not much interested to know the person's name.."

Knowing that it's illegal to abort a child without mother and father both consent and their signature on documents, she accepted her fault and asked her forgiveness... guards took her to Police station, filed case on her collecting all required relevant proofs against her... she purposely hid Kamya's name as very well aware of her family connections... dragging her in this case can lead to more blunder for herself... later might be with help of Kamya's family influence, she can get herself freed soon...

Sameer asking his lawyer to handle the case further, left to meet Naina back in hospital expecting she might be awaked now... he was eager to meet her and apologize for his misbehavior... he decided to confess that he is ready to accept her with child if she wants... he will do anything to keep her happy if she is willing to be in this relation with him, not forcedly... but again things turned around and Naina shouted and refused even to see his face ever... she hates him...

Sameer's heart got pierced seeing her in tears... he always wanted her to leave him and go to live her life fully but listening this today from her making him shattered... felt a sudden stabbing in his heart...

"jo mein chahta tha aaj usne kah diya... voh nafarat karti hai mujhse... mere se dur jaane mein hi Naina ki bhalaai hai... aakhir mere se uska rishta jabardasti ka tha aur yeh bachcha... shayad aaj bhi uske dil mein apne pehle pati ke liye pyaar hai... aur kehte hai na ki pati patni alag ho sakte hai par Maa baap kabhi alag nahin hote... shayad yahi voh kadi ho jo donon ko phir se saath le aaye... voh khush rahe mein bhi bas yahi chahta hoon..." tears flowed down in a helpless manner on his cheeks...

On the way back from hospital, feeling dishearten of Naina's behavior, Sameer asked Pandit to take a turn back to their office.. he called someone and asked to reach office immediately...
