"I'm exhausted..." Elvin plumped into my soft grey bed. I plumped right next to him. "Sorry to make you work so hard." I sighed. I didn't pack much but we spent a while looking for clothes that were good for outside. He tried his best to find some.

"I'm fine with it." He faced me. His green eyes were bright and filled with light. He's probably still excited. I smiled at his face. It makes me so happy to see him everyday. It makes my life less complicated. It makes me feel like a normal person. "Do you want to wait until tomorrow to leave?" I asked him.

He shook his head a yes. "I'm too exhausted to go on." He sighed. I smiled. He's so adorable. Suddenly and slowly, I felt fingers go through mine. The hand was warm and soft. I looked at my hand and noticed it was Elvin's fingers. I smiled. Elvin bursted out laughing.

"What is it!?" I asked. He stifled his laugh. I don't get him sometimes. "You look like a tomato!" He laughed. I blinked blankly at him. A tomato? A tomato is round and...red. My face is red!? "That's not funny." I grumbled. Elvin slowed his laugh to a stop and looked at me. "You're a cute tomato." He said.

I smiled and looked anywhere but him. He makes my heart flutter and want to fly. "That's much better." I giggled. He laughed with me. We had a huge laugh fest. A pure two minutes of just laughing.

"We made the right decision." The queen placed her hand on her husband's. The king bowed his head. "I trust her." He said, his deep voice clearly full of worry. The queen smiled. "She has Elvin with her, he's the best sword fighter I know for his young age." She told him. The king smiled back at him.

"That's true." He said. They both looked into each other's eyes. "Haha!" They heard from somewhere in the hall. "It already seems like they're having fun." The queen giggled. The king smiled at his wife. "She'll be fine, I hope." The Queen said, "She has the pendant."

I slipped on my green pajama shorts on and buttoned my shirt up.

"Are you done?" Elvin asked from the corner of my room. I giggled just knowing that his eyes are actually closed. "Yes, I'm done." I said as I closed the last button. I walked to my comfy bed and sat on it. Elvin sat next to me. "Are you sure that you don't want to sleep in my room tonight?" I asked. Elvin blushed.

"W-well, I c-could bring a m-mattress." He stuttered. I giggled as I shook my head. "I mean on the same bed." I told him. His face turned blood red. He looked me in the eye and nodded yes. I smiled and slipped into the grey blanket. Elvin did the same but a bit farther away from me. It's fine. He hasn't slept with me in years. He must be a little uncomfortable.

"Elvin?" I called.

"Hmm?" He answered.

"You don't have to sleep with me if it's uncomfortable for you." I told him, turning to face him. "I'm alright." He looked at me. I smiled, "I'm glad." A sudden shiver went up my spine causing me to shake. I guess it's a little cold.

"Are you cold?" Elvin asked. "Yes. I-" I got interrupted by Elvin wrapping his arms around me and pulling me to his chest. "Does this make you warmer?" He asked. I snuggled my head into his chest. "Yes it does, thank you." I said as I closed my eyes.

I could hear his hear beat and feel his breaths. He's calm and when he's calm, I'm calm too. I slowly drifted off to sleep.
