The security guards bowed as quinn came running into the garden .That was her favorite place in the house where she could hide away from her dad.
               The birds did their normal ritual dance an d the sun shines so brightly as though it knew what happened to the young lady.
          
         "Do u  think she just had a fight with her father again?" One of the guards whispered to the other two.
       Don't know but recently there have been rumors that her dad wants to marry her off to the River field family" one of the guards whispered back pretending to adjust his collar.
      "Did u guys see Anne anywhere near here ".  A young woman on discovering they were talking in hushed tones.
      "Yes",one of the guards replied the woman making attempts at fixing his belt.
    "She went into the garden"
    " Tanx"
        " I've been telling u guys dat master's wife is Soo hot"
        "Shhhhh"

Dad's confession left me startled,how can he tell me I'm gonna get married in a week time on my birthday.I was gonna clock 18 deciding to enter college cause the holidays were coming to an end.

"Anne,Anne where are you?"
I heard my stepmother voice coming near me
"I'm here"   I waved my hand up in the air after cleaning my tears.
      "Oh darling, you've been crying" she sat down beside me as she held my hand
  "Obviously" I faked a smile through my tears.
      Mary had been very nice to me even after dad's marriage to her cause she was my mum's best friend.
     "Come on darling I think I have a solution I've been thinking about it since ur dad told me few months ago.
      "So u knew about it?"
      "Yeah and I wasn't allowed to talk to you about it" sh smiled and curled her fingers tightly around mine.  
     "So what ya plan?" I shifted to face her hope rising in me
