Jimin's POV

I opened my eyes and panted. I was holding on to Jeni, shielding her as I was knelt down. Those Angels had attacked me with their heavenly light. Since I am half vampire, it had little effect on me and I'm very lucky for that. I looked at my feet. They weren't frozen anymore.

I looked around, trying to catch any scents.

One

Three

....

Five.... Five scents in total.

Three recognized.

It's them. The ones who sneaked into our apartment that night. I growled.

"Come out now! You can't beat me sorry to disappoint you!" They were getting on my nerves. Cowards.

As I looked around, I caught a dagger coming towards Jeni in time and quickly dodged while holding her. God! I quickly laid her in a corner and summoned my shadow demons to protect her.

"Whoever tries to harm her, dies" I growled. (TaeTemi get u a man liiiikkee) I let a few shards fly in the darkness. A dagger and blue shard came from both sides now. I jumped up in time and let myself hang down from the ceiling. My eyes turned red and my wings hovered proudly.

"You wanna play hide and seek huh?" I smirked " Did you forget? You scents are too strong now and I know exactly WHERE YOU ARE! " I yelled as I pushed myself off the ceiling hard, my eyes wide with madness and my teeth gritted hard. I went dashing towards the darkness and grabbed a body and took it back. I threw it on the floor and smashed into it. The Angel gasped from pain. I had caught the correct Angel, Lisa. I knelt down and grabbed her neck, choking her. "Gotcha~" I sang as I ducked my head towards her neck and bit at it hard.

Suga's POV

"HOW ARE YOU STILL ALIVE?! " Jin screamed as Jennie let her ice shield melt. I was surprised as much as Jin was. Her powers have become so strong that they protected us from that powerful heavenly light blow. I looked at her with a (Jung)shook look.

"What? I'm mortal now so my powers equal his." She shrugged and turned away.

.....Mortal? When..... AHH! focus!

I regained my posture and looked at the angry figure. He was fuming from hatred and anger. His eyes were shining violet.

Oh yeah. How can I forget.

I tried to read his mind to figure his next move but failed. Jin's mind isn't easy to read. He makes sure to refuse entrances in his mind even in this position.

I looked at Taehyung. He was staring at the limp figure of, Jungkook was his name? in Hoseok's arms. My eyes softened as I realized his situation. But....I can't let him.

"MIN YOONGI! I WILL KILL YOU IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DO! I'LL RIP UR CHEST OPEN AND BURN YOUR HEART TO ASHES AND SHOWER IN YOUR BLOOD" I looked back at Jin with a poker face and rolled my eyes.

Gross. He really does hate me doesn't he?

I sighed internally as I watched Jin ranting on and on.

I whacked my brain for a plan or something.

"Taehyung" I called for him. As our eyes met I nodded at him to be ready. He nodded back. I looked at Jennie to ask if she understood as she nodded.

"DON'T IGNORE ME YOU ASS HOLE"

"NOW" I shouted as Taehyung raised his hand and Jin was hung upside down from the ceiling while Jennie raised hers and his feet were frosted to the ceiling. [ how impressive of me....] "Stuck are we?" I asked Jin.

"YOU FUCKING ANGELS! LET ME GO THIS INSTANCE!"

"Tsk. How do they live with him? Let's go. "

"But what about them?" Jennie asked, pointing at Hoseok who held Jungkook and was staring at Jin. I frowned as I read their minds.

"Leave them for now." I said as I turned around, grabbing Taehyung with me.

"But why?"

"They never wanted this. Not exactly at least" I muttered as I kept walking towards the door. I halted my steps as I reached the closed doors. My eyes widened.

"What?" Taehyung asked.

"...Troye's dead"

Author's POV

Baekhyun told the twins to stay put while they handled the situation. He quickly turned around to help Lisa.

Jimin was pushed away from Lisa's body by an invisible force. He quickly got up, wiping away the blood from his lips. He shot a dagger towards the Angel who quickly dashed aside, covering her neck. Baekhyun again freezed Jimin's feet.

Dammit his scowl deepened.

His eyes turned red and a bunch of red shards were thrown towards them, one catching Baekhyun's sleeve and getting struck in the wall.

"Great" He muttered as he tried to force out the dagger.

Soyeon landed and sent daggers shooting towards Jimin who couldn't move.

Shit

Before the daggers could reach him, they turned to golden dust which was blown away and a fire bolt came shooting instead. Rosè came flying, shooting gold fire bolts towards the Demons, one burning Soyeon's arm.

"Aah fuck!" She said as she grabbed her burnt arm.

Rosè flew towards Lisa who conjured a dagger and threw at Rosè but she turned it to dust. Rosè tackled down Lisa, trapping her under her body.

Lisa's eyes widened as she stared into Rosè angry red eyes.

"You know. I thought that it was enough for you to kill Jennie but I guess it wasn't." She lit her finger up and brought it close to Lisa's bitten wound on the neck.

"AHHH STOP" Lisa yelled as the fire started burning her already ruined flesh.

"You took away yet another person from my life and you my dear will pay for this with a heavy price. Just wait and see what we do with all of you. It would be so fun to see you begging for forgiveness." Rosè let out a hysterical laugh, continuing to torture Lisa's wound. "Oh I can't wait for that day. You are lucky I'm not killing you right now, Lisa but just wait till I get you and Jisoo and burn you both alive" Rosè hissed and got up.

She quickly grabbed Jenifer and went to Jimin, melting the ice from his feet. Before he could attack the Angels, she grabbed him as well and flew away towards the direction she came from.

"Let me go!-...... " Jimin caught sight of Rosè' wings. " Your wings..... "

"Yeah. My wings" She replied with a monotone voice.

"Your scent changed as well... "

".... "

"What happened?" Rosè glanced at Jimin.

"You'll see"

Elizabeth's POV

My eyes shot open.

What the..

I quickly sat up, trying to figure the reason for my presence in a forest and a roof of a building. Then it hit me.

I came here with the others to attack the Demons. And Jin had asked me to come with him and help him use my power on Jungkook.

I had gotten angry and denied and he had put me to sleep before I could do anything.

I quickly sat up and ran to the big hole in the roof. There I saw Hoseok holding on to Jungkook and Jin screaming to put him down. I looked inside and saw the Demons running out of the door.

Ignoring Jin, I ran to Hoseok.

"What happened?" I whispered to him as he looked at me with relief.

"Jin tried to kill the Demons but they avoided his attack by a strong ice shield. Jin got mad and Suga taking advantage of his rantings freezed his feet to the roof."

I looked at Jungkook, his shirt was ripped from his back and it was bruised. I felt anger boiling in me.

"I don't know what to do...."

"Simple. We stop working for him" Hoseok stared at me with shock.

"Are you stupid? You know Jin won't forgive us and he can kill us!"

"Are you suggesting we stay with his messed up brain and help him use our fellow Angels as weapons?" I snapped at him.

"WILL YOU BOTH STOP BICKERING AND HELP ME?! " I looked at Jin with a glare.

"Elizabeth, now is not the time for this because the situation is too fragile to think about. We will talk about this later.... But right now we need to help Jin down and get others." I hesitated. I didn't want to be part of this anymore. But Hoseok has a point, right now is not the perfect timing.

"...Fine. But I'm not helping Jin. I'ma go get the others."

"Okay. Take Jungkook with you. "

"Alright" I picked up Jungkook bridle style and Hoseok raised enough eyebrow. "What? He's gay and I don't have a choice." I said as I got out and went flying towards the entrance.

My mind was full of thoughts. I didn't know what to do really. It was very risky to stop working for Jin. Because if I do that, he'll be indeed very mad and he might kill my sister instead of me and I didn't want that.

My sister is too dear for me, adopted or not. I've come so far in keeping her alive and safe and I'd do anything to keep her so, even if it costs my life.

Time Skip

Author's POV

Gray clouds filled the sky . It was raining heavily. In a cemetery stood some Demons, dressed in black.



"..... Just know that I love you and that all of us here will always remember you."

After finishing her small speech, Rosè put a wreath of gold and black roses on the coffin then stepped back, joining the others.

They waited for the coffin to be put in the big hole and they walked to it, making a circle around it. All the Demons plucked a single feather and held it in their palms. They burned their feathers, leaving behind ashes. All of them let their black ashes fall towards the coffin. Lastly, Rosè let her golden ashes fall on top of the black ones. She gave one last glance to the coffin and walked away.

Suga's POV

I walked upto to the guy with black and white wings, standing abit further away from us and stood beside him, staring at the dispersing crowd with him.

"I don't understand why you came to a Demon's funeral. " I glanced at him.

"And I don't understand why I shouldn't. You lost a dear friend and fellow. I don't see why I shouldn't pay a visit and give my respect"

"But... You are on the Angel's side.."

He let out a chuckle.

"I'm on no one's side, Yoongi"

"Then what are you trying to do? "

"I'm trying to bring peace"

"Why? "

"Because why not" He looked at me with raised eyebrows. I stared in his eyes then looked away. "I see you are unable to read my mind"

"We both know why.......I find it you are delaying it? "

"Not on purpose"

"... I see" We stood silent for awhile, lost in our thoughts. After while I decided to go. "Well.... I'll see you later then. Good luck with your peace bringing "

"Yeah thanks. I needed it" I rolled my eyes as I walked towards the others, the conversation repeating in my head. Funny I'm not even bothering to stop him.

It's weird though. He's one of the strongest among the Angels and Demons. If he wanted he could've done that long ago...What has made him delay for so long? Could it be?

I wonder.....
