Authors POV

Monday night. The Demons were all ready to fly to the Necromancers with the body. They set off with Suga in the lead, Troye and Jimin holding the coffin. The girls following behind. Everyone seemed in a good mood except one.

The blonde who was way behind followed along thinking about last night's events. Taehyung was depressed inside but emotionless outside. As hard as he tried, the words exchanged today's morning kept coming back.

"We...Can't be together"

"W-what"

"We can't be together. You know that too... "

"........You are not serious right? We can't just... Break up"

"Don't make me say it again"

"Taehyung..... "

"Just.... Leave"

"But-"

"LEAVE"

Tears were pooled in his eyes. He hated himself for being so rude. It was even worse seeing Jungkook leave. As much as he wanted Jungkook back, he couldn't.

This was it. He couldn't be with an Angel. Jungkook wasn't some Angel, both their groups were at each other's neck. It would not only put him in danger but Jungkook as well.

Taehyung's final decision was to simply move on.

The Demons were calm, untroubled. They flew on, unaware of the raging leader getting ready to fly over and attack.

Jin's POV

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?" I was in Namjoon's office.

"Because I knew you'd find out yourself." He said calmly. I can't believe he's so calm.

"YOU WASTED OUR TIME!"

"Calm down Jin"  Is he serious?

"SHUT UP! How can you tell me to calm down?! I can't believe you didn't tell me! God you are of no use at all. Don't even show me your face again" I said as I went out of the office and started flying back home.

This is really bad. Half of our time has been wasted. This is our chance to attack and defeat them. I have to be quick so we can reach them before they leave.

I fly home as fast as possible. I rush inside as I land on the balcony. Luckily everyone was in the lounge.

"We have a mission. Get your asses up." They stare at me then quickly get up. "Lisa you go get Elizabeth and the twins. Baekhyun you go get Soyeon. QUICK" Both of them took off towards their destinations.

"But where are we going?" Hobi asked

"We got some business at the Necromancer's Lair. Some special Demons to deal with"

Jungkook's POV

I felt dead. Broken.

We...Can't be together

His words came back to me.

Just....Leave

I squeezed my eyes shut and took deep breaths.

"Jungkook?" I opened my eyes as I recognized the voice as Hobi Hyung's.

"What?" I said without turning around.

"We have to go.... It's an emergency."

"I'm not coming"

".. Jungkook. Get going before Jin comes. He's not in a good mood and you don't wanna mess wi-"

"I said I'm not coming!" I yelled.

"Jungk-"

"Let me handle this Hoseok"  I heard Jin Hyungs voice. Full of annoyance, and anger. My eyes widened slightly. Shit.

"But-"

"I said I will handle this." He said sternly. "You stay here and wait till I ask for your help" I gulped. I turned around to face Jin Hyung. His expression was calm but I knew inside he was fuming. "So. Why aren't you coming with us?"

".... I" I paused, debating if I should just shut up and go  "I-I can't face him...I can't face Taehyung..." I said his name in a whisper as I looked down.

"Well. You see Jungkook I don't give a shit about who you can face or who you can't. This is a serious matter and you are going with us."  I couldn't believe what he said. This was not like Jin Hyung. I couldn't help but be angry. He turned around to go.

"I'm. not. coming" He stopped in his tracks and turned his head towards me.

"What did you say?"

"I said I'm not coming. Why do you need me anyways? It won't matter if I don't come since others are going with you" I reasoned hoping he would agree. He let out a hysterical laugh and cracked his knuckles as he turned around again. His eyes were blue. He took a step towards and I took one away from him.

"Jin-" Hobi Hyung tried to speak but Jin Hyung raised his hand silencing him.

"You see Jungkook. We need you." He kept coming forward while I kept backing away. "It is you who we need. I seriously don't give a fuck what you want because you will come with us either you like it or not. Because if you don't come then we are done for. And do you know why?" I was now against the wall, trapped. "Because think about it Jungkook. If we don't have our strongest weapon then what's the point of even going. " My eyes widened. His words kept stabbing at my heart. What has gotten into him?

A weapon? Was that all I have been to him this whole time? I couldn't believe him. This whole time he kept me to use me? Anger was boiling in me.

"I am not coming with you Jin Hyung" I said firmly. He just gave me a smirk.

"Why would you right?" He grabbed my head.

"Jin wait!" I heard Hobi hyung. Jin hyung slammed me against the desks edge hard and I fainted.

Time Skip

Hobi's POV

After what happened at the apartment, I was too scared to open my mouth. Jin has gone crazy. I let the others know what had happened and told them not to disobey him or question his actions at any point. They were shocked but didn't say anything.

We were now headed to the Necormancer's Lair. Jungkook was on my back, unconscious. Jin hyung was in the lead. The others were silent, not a word had been spoken since we took off. I knew they were too afraid to say anything. Elizabeth was angry about what had happened. It was hard to stop her from blowing off.

If Jin could do such a thing to Jungkook, the one he cared for the most among us, or at least we thought he did, then he could do something worse to others. And what about Jisoo? Does he still care for her? Is he still worried? He hasn't said a word about looking for her since a few days. It feels like Jin is going crazy as time passes. Crazy with greed. Or is it something else?

I will have to see into this mess but right now I need to focus on the current event. We were almost there.

"Guys, hide in the trees now!" I heard Ferdinand. We quickly went down.

I looked up to see what it was but there was nothing. I was confused. I looked towards Ferdinand and gave him a questioning look. He mouthed Five Minutes to me and I nodded. Right Fae. She must have predicted something.

We continued to move silently. After five minutes had passed I looked up again. And still there was nothing. As if Ferdinand read my mind, he came closer to me.

"Just wait" He whispered to me. I kept staring up when I saw something blue glowing. It glowed a bit then disappeared. This happened a few times in different places. After awhile, blue balls were glowing in the dark.

"Will-o-the-Wisps.." I muttered. They weren't friendly creatures. They were used by the Necromancers. A few of them were yellow too. The yellow ones are rare and stronger.

"Shouldn't they be like... Near swamps or anything? "

"You're right. But they will be where the Necromancers want them. "

I tore away my eyes from them and continued to follow Jin. This wasn't good.

"They will be in the forest too" I whispered to Ferdinand.

"Of course. We will have to be careful obviously."

"But how will we know they are there. Fae can't predict everything all the time. It's hard for her, no?"

"If we avoid the swamps and areas around them, it shouldn't be a problem. They will be expecting us at their secret entrances. If we take advantage of that, we can go through their main ones. There will be guards obviously but their secret entrances will be more guarded."

"How are you so sure?"

"Because I am"

"Alright. then what?"

"Soyeon will help put the Demons to sleep. In case of vampires, I will help with my sun powers. But it will be useful only if they are not wearing the sun protection rings."

"Those rings are only made for the royals. The guards can't be royals. "

"Agreed. but you never know. In case they are wearing rings, well, we will have to either sneak attack or simply sneak in. As Jin said, our main goal isn't to wipe them out one by one, it's to do it altogether. If he is able to tell where they are, then it shouldn't be that much of a problem" I nodded. Damn this kid is smart.

"Alright. But if I trick the Will O wisps with my illusions, then we can go through the secret entrance, no?"

"They will not be tricked. They will know it's an illusion. "

"You sure know stuff" I chuckled.

"They were my dad's creation after all" He muttered but I heard him though I pretended I didn't.

"Looks like we are here." I said as I saw Jin stopping.

"Alright we are here" He said.

"Where are we exactly?" Baekhyun asked.

"We are in between their secret entrance and their main  entrance. "

"Jin" Ferdinand called out to him.

"Yeah?"

"Can you like.... Tell us where they might be? "

"I can try. " He said as he closed his eyes and focused. We all waited. "They are scattered." He said as opened his eyes. "Not entirely though. The leader is with the head Necromancer in the centre of their lair. His demons are guarding the doors to that room."

"If we are able to sneak in through the main entrance, then we can target that area. But for that, we will have to be extra focused and careful. If we want them all wiped out, then the best way to target will be from above them or the center of the lair." Ferdinand said.

"You are absolutely correct. But before we do that, we must clear the entrance of the guards. You all do that while Hobi and I will stay here. I will try to look for gaps or holes through which we can attack." The others nodded and went towards the entrance, while I stayed with Jin along with Jungkook.

Author's POV

Once they were hidden in trees just in front of the lair's entrance, Soyeon played her flute. The Demon guards all fell asleep while the, most probably, vampire ones stayed awake.

Soyeon met Baekhyun's eyes and nodded. Baekhyun freezed the vampires feet so they will be unable to move. The vampires realized something was wrong and they started yelling and attacking in the trees with blades and arrows.

Ferdinand produced a powerful glow of sunlight and let it fall on the vampires as they screamed with pain. After the light faded, they saw only two figures standing still.

"God this is annoying" Soyeon said as she took out two small blades from inside her jacket and sent them flying towards the two standing figures. The blades struck the two figures in their hearts and they fell on the ground. "We are clear. " Soyeon said as she got out of the trees and landed along with the others.

"Baekhyun, go inform Jin" Elizabeth said. He nodded and went away.

"Jin! We have cleared the entrance. " Baekhyun said as he reached Hoseok and Jin with a still unconscious Jungkook. Jin looked up.

"Excellent"

"Found anything? " Baekhyun asked while Jin shook his head. They joined the others at the entrance of the lair. Jin stood at the front, observing the cave like entrance.

"So, what's the plan now?" Soyeon asked figuring no one is going to speak.

"I was thinking about attacking two areas. As in the centre itself and outside the door of the center. I'm afraid even with Jungkook's help we might not be able to wipe them altogether in one attack"

Jungkooks help my ass Elizabeth rolled her eyes and clenched her jaw.

"And?" Soyeon asked.

"Well...... You all will sneak towards the entrance and hide yourself from direct contact of the doors. Hobi and I will fly above the centre with Jungkook. On your signal we will attack. Also, Elizabeth, you will join me and Jungkook. Lisa you will lead them to the entrance. Understood? " The other nodded.

"Now then. Let the show begin"
