After finishing his last class for the day, the 29 years old professor took his things, rode his car and went to the restaurant where he will be meeting his three friends from university, they planned to meet for dinner after losing touch for quite some time since each of them were busy with work.

Once he arrived he found that he is the first and reserved a table for four in a good spot, a little isolated where they can be loud, not long after, the three arrived one by one

"Mew! My friend! You are as handsome as always"

"and you are as flirty as always Chai!"

"he will never change"

"it can't be helped Gan, I will keep flirting until I find the fated one"

"you've been saying that since middle school brother, if I were you I would have given up by now"

"I was young and stupid back then Aran and didn't even flirt well but now I'm an adult and better looking so it will be easier to get any lover any time I want"

"how come you never introduced us one then?" Mew asked giggling making his friend freeze for moment then was looking away rubbing the back of his head

"I'm still searching" the three laughed making him a little embarrassed but he laughed along eventually.

Mew became good friends with them since he started university, Chai and Aran are childhood friends and Gan joined them during second year of high school and Mew joined them through photography club, going to many places in group of four to take pictures helped them a lot to be great friends and Mew, with his high communication skills made easier.

Mew, our protagonist is a professor at Chulalongkorn university, he started working right after obtaining his doctorate degree last year, he owns a three rooms condo 20 min away from his university by car, he is having a simple life, working all day then going back home to rest or hang out with his friends like today.

This is the professor's ideal life but his parents keeps messing it up by calling him almost every day, while eating he noticed his phone vibrating so he checked to find that it was his mother messaging him about the same thing

Mew putted down his phone sighing but quickly re-focused on his friends conversation, that's right, his parents wants him to quickly find a lover so he won't be alone in his big condo, they are worried about him spending his life single after they pass away but their smart and handsome son has never been interested in anyone, he only concentrated on his studies and becoming a professor like he wanted too, anything else is just an extra for him.

However, his beloved parents keeps arranging blind dates, with girls and boys hoping that one of the may finally catch his attention, not wanting to cause troubles for them Mew do attend every arranged date, he met like 22 persons by now, young girls, young boys, girls with the same age as him, older boys but he refused all of them.

It's not like he has anything against them, well there are some inacceptable people among the list but that's not the main reason, it's just his heart never beat for any, for him they are normal, typical, the usual kind of people that he always see around already.

"oh! It's has been a while since I saw you here together!" an man in his mid forties got closer

"owner! We missed you too" Chai started

"we got busy with work after graduation" Gan said

"we could hardly even keep in touch by phone" Aran added

"yet the day we finally decided to meet we came straight here" Mew who was the last to talk smiled

"I'm so glad to know that, seeing you together like this in business clothes remind me of how you used to come here to study and have fun until closing time"

"they were good memories, we actually wish to go back in time to those days" everyone nodded

"btw owner, I don't see your son around" Aran pointed out

"oh as soon he got accepted in a far university so he had to move to the dorms, he even got a part-time near his faculty"

"you must be proud of him" Chai said the man showed a bright grin

"so much, he is my only son after all"

"but isn't work harder for you without him?" Gan asked

"at the first week yes, but soon I found a skilled part-timer, not only he is great waiter and knows how to deal with all of our clients but he also helps a lot in the kitchen, he filled my son's spot immediately, see that tall one over there" he pointed as the four friends looked at him right the way, he was serving a table and taking an order from another table at the same time

"he looks pretty handsome, should I try flirting with him?" Chai said ready to get up any moment making the owner giggle

"no, today is friends only, you can come and flirt with him some other day" Aran said making the rest nodded and laughing

"doesn't he seem too young to be working at a resto-bar place?" Gan uttered catching everyone attention looking to the old man

"I thought so too at first, but he showed me his NID, he is a university student and this year he started his studies for Master degree"

"wow his baby face is astonishing, I'm getting more interested in him" Chai said making the owner shake his head smiling.

The four friends kept talking and catching up until late, by the time the professor got back it w almost one in the morning, he went straight to his room unbuttoned his shirt and lay down, luckily he doesn't have morning classes tomorrow, Mew checked his phone to find that his close childhood friend had called and messaged him.

The brown haired boy groaned putting down his phone, this is the second thing that keep disturbing his ideal life that he wants, his best friends, Boat, wants him to accept some job offers of a high ranked position is some famous companies in USA.

Actually, they both studied together in America during high school but Mew decided to go back and starts university in his home country, 3 years later, his friend followed him back too. After graduation, Boat, applied for a job in the USA and wants to take Mew with him, it already has been a year since his friend started working there but never stops nagging about how big the chance is for the professor to go work there.

The tired boy lazily took a shower and got ready for bed, he wants to find a way to stop this childhood friend from pushing him to go there, all Mew wants is an ordinary life, working as a professor and living in his condo in Bangkok.

The smart man was also having trouble finding a plan to stop his parents from urging him to get a lover and the marriage thing, he tried to tell them honestly but it only made things worst and they started those blind dates.

"why can't they understand me?!" Mew complained with no ideas getting to his brain, he covered himself and soon fell into a deep sleep.

"hey Mew!" the professor who was on his way to his office was caught by another professor

"hello P' Prin" Prin is a business English professor at the same faculty, he is 5 years older than Mew, he is kind and a good listener so he became a good friend with Mew

"did you hear the news?"

"what news?"

"a professor from xxx university was caught dating a high school girl"

"really? That's a shocking news"

"isn't it? I mean it would have been acceptable if she was a university student since relationship between a professor and student is not forbidden but absolutely not a high schooler, do you want to know what's more shocking?"

"what?"

"it said that she is only 17 years and he is 32 years"

"omg! Unbelievable, it's his fault, as an adult and a professor he knows how wrong it is to lay a hand on a minor"

"of course but I can't help wondering why would he actually do that"

"who knows" the two kept talking, while walking Mew noticed a familiar figure passing by through the window so he stopped to take a good look but the person was already far gone

"what's wrong?"

"I think I saw a familiar person... anyway, what were you saying?"

"it's my daughter 4rd birthday and we are holding a small party for her and she already invited some of her friends from kindergarten but on that day I have an evening class so..."

"so what?"

"I know that you are excellent in English so could you take that class for me, please, I promise I will repay in any way you want, I will prepare all the materials you need so you won't have to do anything except for explaining the lesson" Prin was pleading as Mew looked to him in defeat, he can never say and an older person who is pleading

"alright, alright, stop bowing your head, but only this once" the older man's eyes shined so brightly that mad the younger chuckle

"thank you so much my friend, you are my savior, I will never forget for life, I really want to be a good father and be there for my kids on their important days"

"you are already a great father" the two smiled then continued talking a bit longer before separating,

Actually Mew made sure to not have any evening classes, for him, evenings are special for either his family, his friends or himself, but he wouldn't mind doing it once, just to help a friend.

The brown haired young man is indeed very kind and understanding, he is friendly and very skilled in different fields, it's easy to become friends with him but there is a limit of course, not only that but he is so smart, attractive, fashionable and very elegant thus he got famous around the campus and his students are the most envied, they all would like to get close to him but Mew always build a wall and only treat them as their professor, nothing more.

The hidden side of this perfect man is that he is a little introvert, at least once a week he wants to have a day just for himself far from any human contact and noises, he loves sitting by himself listening to music or reading some novel or even watching the TV, he just wants to be completely alone, a calm peaceful place is his paradise.

However because of the nature of his work he must interacts with so many people every day, that's why he designated Sunday as his paradise day, he doesn't even go out of his house, he make sure to buy everything he needs the day before, it's on this day when he can recharge his energy and get as much relaxed as he can before the start of another week of work and human interaction.

Of course he keep this as a secret from everyone, not even his parents knows about this paradise day, that's why they would suddenly go visit him which make Mew disappointed but he couldn't do anything but welcome his loving parents.
