It turns out that from that day on taehyung had actually decided to put his friends and school work before his beloved jeonggukie. Ever since Jeongguk's birthday party, the young three-year-old(now four-year-old) would question if everything that happened had something to do with him.

Gguk went to his mom in the morning everyday for the next year or so to ask about taehyungs well-being until one day he finally got something in return. His mother told him that day," Taehyung was just very busy and now that it's closer to his summer holiday, we can arrange something for the two of you!"

Jeongguk's p.o.v.

I'm so excited! I cant believe eomma told me that we can finally see eachother again after so long! This time he won't miss my birthday, well..I hope at least.

With that perspective, I hurried along the corridor of the house towards my room and yanked my pajamas out of the wardrobe. When me and Tae Tae have another sleepover I'll ask eomma to buy him a set aswell so we can be matchy matchy. Maybe a tiger version would suit him?

This feels so much better! Once I finished putting the onesie on, I hopped into bed like the bunny I am and drifted off into the land of unknown kind.

Time skip- in the morning

No ones p.o.v.

The sun shone through the thin white curtains onto the sound asleep toddler. The reflection of light grew harsher as the pale walls were suddenly scattered with rainbows. Jeongguk was surrounded by his blanket while he snuggled deeper into the stuffed animal Taehyung once got him. The memory was so vivid, so clear..

It was the day of their first sleepover. Taehyung was preparing the beds whilst making sure that he could make Jeongguk  feel better. Loudly but softly, tae's mother called him down as knocks were getting louder each second. The anticipation and excitement was rushing through Taehyung. It was a dream of his to have a sleepover with a best friend, now that dream can finally come true.

He ran downstairs creating big thumps that echoed through the house. When he reached the front door, he unlocked it with his stubby hands and quickly opened it so that he could greet his little bunny friend.

"Jeonggukie!!" Taehyung screamed as he spread his arms in a warm, welcoming manner.

"Tae Tae!" The small bunny-human squeaked while running into the arms of his newly found best friend and let's not forget, first ever friend.

Straight after the little reunion Taehyung latched onto Jeongguk's hand so that he could drag him to their new secret hideout. It was such a cute concept. Two young children, barely even classed as toddlers, already bonding like soulmates. It was a heartwarming sight that even the blindest of people could see the love and care they had for one another. It was just about time that Taehyung reached the designated area where they would spend most of their time at.

It was his bedroom but decorated to gguk's liking. The originally messy room transformed into a paradise for young minds. No one would ever imagine that a mere infant could ever do such a thing. It was honestly the most beautiful sight with a homely vibe. In fact, jungkook thought that he could live here if he wanted to.

Obviously the little boy needed help with putting the covers up since he had no living chance from the shortness of his hight.

Taehyung then gently pushed Jeongguk into the self made pillow fort. The younger just looked at him confused until he saw the elder holding a cute stuffed bear in one hand and snacks for the movie nigh they were going to have in the other. Just like that, he had everything planned out for the first sleepover and maybe the best one.

Jeongguk looked up at him with glistening chocolate doe-eyes that gave the image of a cute puppy. The younger never really got gifts from anyone other than if it was from relatives or from his own mother but that was just about it, well, until now that is..

"Tae Tae, ish dat for me?" Jeongguk said while pointing a finger at himself in a trance.

"Yeah, ggukie needs a new friend. So your hyungie now gives you one! Meet tata the bear. He will protect you forever, well actually I will but whatever same thing!" Taehyung insisted.

It could play over and over again and little Jeongguk would still get flustered over the little thing.

Abruptly, a little shake of his body disturbed his thoughts\dream. The boy squinted his eyes just a bit so that he could see what was happening. It was his mother. Of course.

"Eommaaa!! You ruined my good dream! It was really good.." he pouted angrily even though he now looked like an angry puppy getting disturbed in its sleep. Well actually, that technically is what he is and looks like so it's a win win. With one hand he rubbed his eyes since he was now getting blinded from the scorching sun.

"Well honey, how would you feel if I told you that you can see Taehyung today?" She proposed with a raised eyebrow waiting for her son to answer.

It took a few seconds for the child to process it but be definitely got it in the end.

"WAIT WHAT?!" He screeched while sitting up hastily,"Are you serious eomma? I can really see Tae Tae again?!"

His mother just chuckled from the adorable sight," Yes darling, but you have to wait until school is over since he still has a few weeks to go until the summer holiday starts and then you can finally have him all to yourself for a looong time!"

"But eomma!! Why can't I see him when he has lunch time? He doesn't have to do any work at that time and all he'll be doing is eating!" The bunny boy whined almost desperately.

The mother just stared at him silently questioning herself if it was okay to bring him to the others school while they had their hour and a bit break for food. In the end she thought that she could just get the office to call Taehyung and bring him to the area where Jeongguk will be waiting for him in school. It was ultimately a decent idea but she was still a bit skeptical with the idea of a child roaming around the school with another child being surrounded by even more children! Wow, that was a lot of child's in one sentence. Anyway, she finally made her decision,"I guess it won't do any harm.."

Jeongguk squealed while squeezing his mother in a tight hug," Thank you, thank you, thank you eomma!! I love you so much! But now shoo so I can get ready to meet my Tae Tae!"

Even though it was a bit disrespectful to the your mother to get out of your room she still let him off as he obviously didn't know any better. So, she just walked out without any second thoughts in order for her to get dressed aswell.

Jeongguk's p.o.v.

Oh no, what do I wear, WHAT DO I WEAR?! I want Tae Tae hyung to say I look pretty but I need something so good that it will make him proud of me. Hmmm... I rumaged through the stack of clothes I owned until I finally found what I was looking for. This is the good stuff.

When I finished putting my clothes on, I sprinted down the stairs to search for my favourite pair of timberlands. Eomma says I always looked cute in them so now I always buy a pair wherever I go. Even though I searched for five minutes I still had no luck in finding them.

"Eomma! Where are my timbies?!" I shouted so that she could hear me.

"Oh honey, they're behind the door in the living room! You left them there last time." She answered back.

"Oh..okay!!" I yelled. With that being said, I rushed to the living room where my timbs were. I really can't live without them! Yes, found 'em.

Since I finished getting dressed early I sat down on the sofa infront of the TV in the living room. After a few minutes, eomma walked down the stairs and said that we can go now.

I ran out of the door and towards the car and when eomma unlocked it I jumped into the back and straight into my car seat. She walked behind me silently laughing at my eagerness but I couldn't care less, I was finally going to meet my hyungie again after so long. While eomma was putting my seat belt on I had these few thoughts in my head like,

'Am I gonna get kissies again from him?'

'I really want huggies from Tae Tae!'

'Did he forget about me yet?'

No jungkook, poshitive, posithive, POSITIVE thoughts only. There you go, see! I'm a big boy now so I have to learn big words like that.

As the car began to vibrate and moved, one thought over took the rest;

'Now it's really my time to shine!'

(Hi! Since we have school work to do at home again I didnt really have enough time to put effort into my writing and also I had a bit of writer's block for the past few days. I hope this chapter was okay! It's longer than all the others so far..)
