Location: Home Sweet Home - The Orphanage - Playcare

As Y/n went inside the old orphanage that he used to live in and played with the Smiling Critters after not having as many friends during his childhood and now he made his return to the old place he once called home as started exploring the place until he stopped at door that leads to the hallway that leads to the playroom.

Y/n: Well, here I am, back at the old orphanage. I hope CatNap and the others are okay ever since I got adopted by Uncle Henry and the Playtime went out of business. So...here I go.

He then opened the doors to press on forward, only to stop when he spotted the Red Mist that is covering the entire room that Y/n needs to go in to find where the backup generator is located in order to bring back the power to Playcare in order to finish his task for the Prototype.

Y/n: Huh. This must be the Red Mist that the Prototype was talking about, but if I want to find out where the backup generator is, I have to make my way through the Red Mist. I hope nothing bad happens to me if I breathe in some of the gas.

Y/n then took a deep breath to hold it in and pinched his nose to not breathe in the red gas and ran into the room as quickly as possible to get out of the red gas and find a clearing to another room before he breathes in some of the gas until he suddenly tripped on something that swept his legs causing him to fall onto the floor and accidently breath in some of the gas that made Y/n quickly get up off the floor and ran into the hallway until he finally got out of the gas.

But for some reason, he didn't feel tired at all or even fell asleep when he breathed in that Red Mist, which really confuses Y/n is to why the Red Mist didn't put Y/n to sleep or who managed to knock him into the floor as the one who tripped over somehow managed to hide perfectly in plain sight while Y/n was running into the room to find a safe place to get away from the Red Mist.

Y/n: Huh. That's odd. I breathed in the gas, and I didn't even fall asleep or even feel tired at all. But who knocked me down when I tried to run to another room where the gas isn't around. (Sighs) I'll worry about it later. Right now, I need to find out the location of the back-up generator. I just need to find it as soon as possible. This shouldn't be too hard to find out where it is.

Then as Y/n continued his journey down the stairs to a hallway that are also the Dorm Rooms that the kids can sleep in during bedtime and he remember sleeping with the other kids named Hoppy, Brian, Kevin, Theodore, Doug, Peggy, Carrie, and Bobby with CatNap as their own caretaker until the kids suddenly disappeared the next morning and CatNap told them that they are got picked up by their newly adopted parents.

But Y/n is already starting to believe that CatNap was actually lying to him and after watching the tape of how CatNap managed to transform two dead bodies into living Smiling Critters, and he must've managed to transform all of the kids into Smiling Critters and used that lie to cover his tracks.

Then suddenly, just as he was thinking about CatNap, he heard the familiar sound of telephone ring, but when he tried to grab the phone to answer the call, it was nowhere to be found and the sound of the phone ringing was coming from another room. So, Y/n walked over to where the sound was coming from until he finally went into a room to where the phone was located on a table next to a picture of a sad little girl as Y/n picked up the phone to see who is calling him.

Y/n: Hello? Who is this? Are you calling from here, Prototype?

???: (Child's Voice) GET OUT HERE NOW! THEY'RE COMING AFTER YOU! YOU NEED TO RUN!

Y/n: What?! What do you mean by that?! Who is after me?!

???: (Child's Voice) DON'T JUST STAND THERE!! RUN AWAY!!! CATNAP IS NEAR!!!

Y/n: What?! CatNap is here?! Where is he?

Y/n then turned around to see CatNap stick his head out of the door to the room he went into before hiding away and Y/n ran out the door to find out that CatNap had already disappeared just after he ran out of the door.

Y/n: CatNap?! Are you there?! Where are you?!

Y/n immediately started running down the hall to find CatNap until he soon started to go all crazy as he continued running down the hall while hearing the static of the various radios in the hallways and the sounds of children crying and screaming in terror that made him want to run faster and faster before hearing a loud banging noises from one of the doors that made him scream in terror and just kept on running.

Y/n: OH MY GOD!!! HOW LONG IS THIS HALLWAY?!??!

Y/n kept running until he finally managed to make it to another room with a TV and a wooden standee of Huggy Wuggy along with a red colored tape on a nearby bed.

Y/n: What the? Another tape. Wonder what this one is this time.

Y/n grabbed the tape and placed it inside the VHS Player and the tape began to play where it shows CatNap using his gas to turn a group of kids that was adopted by Playtime Co.'s former partner company, Pryton Industries into Smiling Critters. The group of consists of 8 kids and after they were all transformed into Smiling Critters, they resembled the same group of the Original Smiling Critters, except their genders are the only difference between them and the Originals.

CatNap: Go on and join your siblings, my children.

Then they ran over to the original Smiling Critters as they all hugged their new siblings before the cameras shifted over to a man that Y/n suddenly recognized by the man's robot leg, and it was his Uncle Henry that was kidnapped by Pryton Industries and CatNap used his gas to turn him into a A/t (Animal Type) Smiling Critter, which greatly shocked Y/n that his uncle was transformed into a Smiling Critter by his own best friend.

Then after turning Uncle Henry into a Smiling Critter, CatNap looked at the camera to talk to the viewer.

CatNap: Hello there. We're certain that in the days to come you'll find your new family here, every bit as loving and supportive as us. Feel free to wander the halls. Have a meal with your friends and family. Or watch a movie with everyone or watch the children play in order to learn to their little heart's content as we all become one big family.

Then the camera pans over to some kind of interdimensional portal in a lab area as CatNap continues his conversation with the viewer.

CatNap: As you can see, we are bringing new life to everyone around us and transform them into Smiling Critters like us. Once they are fully transformed into Smiling Critters, they will quickly adapt to their new forms and all of their worries and concerns of all of the negative traits of their past lives will be nothing but a memory and a figment of their imagination. In fact, whenever these poor souls are infected with an incurable disease or sudden met with the grim reaper, our special Poppy gas will bring them back to life and even cure their fatal diseases like Cancer or Ebola. As of today, we are working our way to a bright future as the machine behind me is an interdimensional portal that will take us to a brand-new home to live in, where everything there is clear from all types of pollution, corruption and all of the many dangers of that is destroying the planet as we know it. In fact, Pryton Industries will help us shape a brighter future and everyone around here including you has your part in that future. Isn't that right....Y/n.~

Y/n stood back after CatNap mentioned his name and the whole screen turned black before seeing CatNap becoming scarier with sharp teeth and glowing red eyes, causing Y/n to step back even further.

CatNap: That's right, my dear friend~ You didn't think that we kidnapped your Uncle Henry just to make you come back to us. He actually didn't fight back because....he was afraid to tell you the bad news......he developed cancer....

Y/n was shocked to hear that from CatNap that his Uncle Henry developed cancer and he turned into a Smiling Critter just to be cured from his cancer and by the way he looked sad in the video made him regret not telling him what happened to him when he got cancer before he was kidnapped by Pryton Industries.

CatNap: It's sad isn't it, N/n~ I know and I'm sorry to hear that and he didn't even refuse my offer the moment I asked him, and I took away his cancer and he became one of us. I did that just to make you happy, Y/n and we missed you so much...so very much...and...this is the moment that we've been waiting for you to come back home...to us...after waiting for you to come back home years later....and we haven't forgotten about you since the day you were adopted...and we've been locked up by the man named the CEO...just to separate us from you....until you and your conscience has finally gotten the better of you...may your soul descend into the dark, and the dust, finding your true self and all that awaits you...everyone including myself have been wanting to see you once again...to laugh and to play again like we always have been doing...to sleep together and have a good fun time in the dream realm...only you to leave us alone in the cold, dark and abandoned factory that we call home....each and every one of them are happy, excited, and hungry for your return, eager and willing to anything for you...to find you...to be with us and join our family....even if they all sacrifice their humanity...to fill the gaping hole in your heart and soul to make you happy for us...perhaps they's smile at you from the shadows...their warm happy smiles full of teeth and meat and plastic...watching and waiting patiently for their turn at a warm welcome when they see you coming back to us...or perhaps they won't allow you to leave this home that you belong and such time to figure out the truth about is in this horrid place that is nothing, but a place of hell...and see you leave makes us all sad and miserable and we always had nightmare of you leaving us and dying in our hands...it was too much to handle...but now that you are here, back at Home Sweet Home...we can finally be a family again...and this time...you...Will...Not.....LEAVE US!!!! JOIN US, MY DEAR FRIEND~ AND BECOME JUST LIKE US, SO WE CAN BE A FMAILY TOGETHER......FOREVER!!!!

Then suddenly, an alarm went off and Y/n immediately started stepping back towards the door as he started to see CatNap coming out of the TV with his body becoming more demonic and deadly as he spoke these last words before Y/n is about to get hunted down by the purple feline like a deadly game of Cat and Mouse and now realizes that this is actually a living nightmare.

Nightmare CatNap: Welcome home, Y/n~ Come to daddy and give me a big hug~

With that, Y/n immediately turned around and ran out the door as Nightmare CatNap followed suit and chased him down the hallway as it appeared to be endless, and Y/n did not stop running or even looking back at the monster that is chasing him down the endless hallway.

Nightmare CatNap: (Laughing Evilly) Come back, my dear boy~ I'm not gonna hurt you, I just want to give you a hug to tell you how much I love and missed you so much~! You want fun....CatNap will show you FUN!!! (Laughs Manically)

Y/n: NO! LEAVE ME ALONE YOU CRAZY PUSSYCAT!!!

Nightmare CatNap: (Giggles like a lunatic) You can never escape...(Laughs) There's no hiding place for you!!! JUST! STOP! RUNNING!!!

Y/n: NEVER!!!

Then without warning, Y/n accidentally tripped and fell to the floor and didn't have time to get after Nightmare CatNap slammed his paw on Y/n to keep him from running as Y/n looked back to meet CatNap face-to-face before he is about to pounce on him.

Nightmare CatNap: GOTCHA....

He then did a jumpscare on him and attacked him that made Y/n scream at the top his lungs before he blacked out unconscious, but after that happened, he didn't realize that he was actually asleep and suffered a terrible nightmare or the fact that CatNap accidentally scared Y/n to death and was knocked out unconscious as the one and only CatNap was in a state of panic.

CatNap: Oh no no no no! I didn't mean to do this to him, and he's knocked out unconscious! He must've breathed in the gas from the entrance to Home Sweet Home. (Groans and facepalms) I told Prototype to hand Y/n a gas mask to protect him from the gas and now Y/n is knocked out after I scared him to death. He must've thought that I was a nightmarish creature inside his dreams. No matter. (Gently picks up Y/n and cradles him in his arms) I'll just put him in his own bed that we kept it in another room since we had to put in some renovations in here to add some furniture and entertainment. I mean, we had to do something to keep us occupied and live in this old home, but at least we manage to send in some Construction Critters to build us some new houses in our new home. Once I tuck him in bed and spray him with my original Poppy gas, he should be sleeping peacefully for now until it's time to change him into a Smiling Critter so we can finally leave this retched place. I'm gonna have a serious conversation with the Boss about what happened after I tuck Y/n to bed.

So then, CatNap went out of the room to put Y/n to his old bed and didn't even notice FrownyFox watching the whole thing that happened and he knew that he had to go in there to save him and get him out of Home Sweet Home to find the back-up generator inside the building, which FrownyFox managed to find out where it's located in the power room from a manual and he shuddered in fear when he found out where the back-up generator is at and when he gets Y/n out of Home Sweet Home and it's a big reason why Y/n was homeschool by Bubba Bubbaphant in the first place.

Therefore, Class will be back in session once FrownyFox gets his older brother, Y/n out of Home Sweet Home alive and not turned into a Smiling Critter.
