The night is so...calming. Stars twinkling beside the moon. Fireflies dancing around the atmosphere. And crickets adding melody within the area. To make things more happier and calming, my best friend is here with me...my best GUY friend, not boyfriend. We're just stargazing up a hill, laying on the soft grass.

''Hey look!'' He shouted and pointed at the dark sky. ''A shooting star! Hurry! Make a wish!'' Soon enough, the shooting star vanished before I even made a wish and the best part is, I did it on purpose. ''Why didn't you make a wish?''

''I don't need a star to wish upon on things I know it would truly happen...like our friendship lasting for a very long time...'' I said as I smiled at him. He looked at me and smiled brightly, blushes slowly forming on his cheeks.

When we felt that hours have passed by, we decided to go back home. I have memorized our way back since I always go here with him but if I'm alone, I go somewhere else...

The town have been quiet-er as usual since it's late and that me and him always go when our parents are already asleep, but the only difference is that, I was taken care of by my own self. My parents have left me when I was younger and the people who have managed to take care of me decided that they should've have adopted me in the first place for some reason. Now that I'm all alone, he is the only person that brings light to the darkness within me. I'm not evil, I just have a dark past, that's it.

''Here we are now,'' he said, looking at my front door. ''I had a great time with you, tomorrow again?'' He asked, opening the door for me as I step in and look at him. I nodded my head as we said our goodbyes...

My eyes fluttered open for the sun's rays were hitting them. The curtains were wide open, even the window. Who would even open them at some hour a while ago? I was about to get up on my feet and close it when someone hugged me tightly from behind, snuggling it's own head to mine. ''Morning (y/n)!!!''

''Ni-ninja?! What're you doing here? This early?'' I asked him. He snuggled his head one more time and turn me to face him, his hands entwined with mine. ''Just came by for a visit and all. I also want to tell the great news I have for you and that-''

''(Y/n), what's with all the n-'' Oh f*ck! Before the ninja had the chance to finish his sentence, Haize opened my bedroom door to check out what's happening upstairs and now...both of them are staring at each other. The ninja's eyes were wide open while I could see tears of blood starting to flow down on Haize's cheeks. She ran to the exit of my room as I let go of the ninja's hands and chased her. The last thing I know after going down the stairs and into the living room, a cloud of white smoke filled the place, making it hard for me to see. Once it vanish, Haize is nowhere to be seen.

''Now that's just great...'' I mumbled under my breath. I glance at the staircase to find the ninja all shaky. He sprinted to my back, slightly tripping over some stuff, and held my shoulders tightly. ''I-is she g-gone?'' He stuttered. I just nod my head in response as he sigh in relief. ''Who is she by the way?''

''Her name is Haize, Haize Hayashi. Haven't I told you about her a few days ago?'' I asked, my eye brows furrowed. ''Yeah, why? Is it wrong to ask?''

''No, just chill ninja, I was just asking,'' I said, putting my hands up in the air as if I was surrendering. The ninja and I sat on the floor when I remember...I'M GONNA BE LATE FOR SCHOOL!!! I was just about to stand up when the TV surprisingly opened by itself. News. Our eyes locked at the TV as the person shouted from it. ''HAVE A GOOD SATURDAY EVERYONE!!!" The TV turned itself off as I thanked Haize.

''So she's still here?'' Nodding, another rush of shivers ran down from his spine. Guess he's scared of ghosts. Since it's Saturday and that I don't need to worry about stuff at school, all I wanted to do now is just relax and hangout with the ninja but things are somehow...not right. I don't know what I'm feeling. It's just...ugh! D*mn it! I can't even explain it. ''Hey, want to go somewhere new?'' A small electric current electrocuted me inside, within my soul. ''Ah sure, where exactly?''

''Ah ah ah, it's a surprise and we're going at night. And you better wear this during our journey later...''

''Do I still need to wear a blindfold?'' I asked, holding onto him. He was carrying me bridal-style because he told me that I might get tired of all the walking. The cold breeze made me all shivery. I snuggled myself at the ninja for warmth and something unexpected happen, he tighten his grip on me and kissed me on the cheek...not actually a kiss since his mask is in the way.

Soon enough, all the jumpy feelings I have felt ended when he told me that we're here. He placed me on the somewhat grassy ground as he took off the blindfold. My eyes fluttered and my vision is a bit blurred but after a few seconds, I could clearly see a lot of grass surrounding us. ''Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw,'' I said, complimenting the whole scenario all around me. I turn to look at the ninja who's already laying on the ground, some grass covering him. He told me to lay beside him as I did what I was told.

The grass were tickling my skin. Before I even get to close my eyes, the ninja alarmed me by holding onto my hand. ''Hey look!'' He shouted and pointed at the dark sky. ''A shooting star! Hurry! Make a wish!'' His words shocked me. The events that are happening right now are just like...my dream!!! Must be a déjà vu of some sort. Should I play it again? Or just feel like nothing happen?

''I don't need a star to wish upon on things I know it would truly happen...like our friendship lasting for a very long time...'' I said as I smiled at him. He looked at me and smiled brightly, blushes slowly forming on his cheeks. Our eyes locked as he said. ''But friendships upgrade, right?'' I playfully punched him on his shoulder, laughing along with him...

Randy's POV
What will happen if our friendship did upgrade?...

''Hey (y/n)," I called. She looked at me and hummed in response. ''I still have another gift for you, other than this,''

''Really? What is it then?''

''Here,'' From my back, I pulled out a black clothing with (f/c) coloured lines. Her expression became blank that soon turned into a happy one. ''A certified ninja, like you, needs a mask,'' (Y/n) squealed and snatch her mask from my hand with excitement. Wearing it, a/an (f/c) color glowed and waw...she looks so hot. Her hair is in a (b/hp/p) (bun/high ponytail/pigtails) and her (e/c) eyes matches her suit. Shockingly, she hugged me tightly and said 'thank you' for a billion times. ''Your welcome,'' I said, hugging her back.

As I pulled out my phone, I told her to smile, even though it can't be seen because of the mask, and snap a photo of us...an 'us-ie'. I said to her that that picture is a remembrance of the two of us, bonding together. Now that I felt that hours seemed to pass by already, we decided to go home. I put the blindfold on her again as she pouted at the idea but atleast I get to carry her again but back home...

Taking off the blindfold again, we looked at each other and decided to make a very short conversation before I leave her. ''Here we are now,'' I said. ''I had a great time with you, tomorrow again?'' I asked, opening the door for her as she step in and look at me. She nodded her head as we said our goodbyes...
