(not my art) Hey y'all, sorry I haven't updated in a while but this is just going to explain my perspective and insperation for this book and just a quick life update. Also thankyou for 345 veiws :)

Okay so , my perspective of this mess of a book is that Shoyo and Kenma are both deaf and mute, Kenma was born HOH (hard of hearing) 20% in his left and 10% in his right. He learned how to speak but refuses to since his parents were abusive once they got his diagnoses. He became mute and only spoke when he gets comfortable around someone. He picked up sign language before middle school so he could communicate with his teachers better.  Shoyo was born hearing but after and the incident when he was 3 where his dad blew up the house he lost his hearing, his dad blamed the deaths of both his mother and sister on Shoyo and would beat him. He, similarly to Kenma, knew how to speak but would get a double beating if he did. Shoyo got his implants when he went to the hospital after the incident, Kenmas nana got him his since his parents hated him and decided not to spend money on him.

Kenma lives with his mom since his dad is on buisness trips, his mom works from home. Shoyo lives with his dad but he's out of the house majourity of the day until later in the night. 

My insperation for this book was to show more repersentation to the deaf/hoh community, I for one am hoh- i can only hear 60% in my left ear and 80% or so in my right (corona cancled my appointments). I find Kenhina a cute ship and more of a platonic or romantic relationship. I hate the idea of smut when it comes to characters who are minors. It doesn't seem right even if they are just characters. When i was thinking of writing a book i decided on a book with Kenma in it since he's a huge comfort character for me along with Haikyuu in general. I wrote out the first chapter and half of the second one but have been winging it for a while now so im currently haing writers block. I have plenty of ideas so far but i need to narrow them down and stick with a couple since i want to finish this before i go back to school in september. 

My aunt and uncle with my cousin a few times to swim in our pool, bbqs here and there. My other siblings and their spouses came over for a get together for a few days. My brother got an ear infection from swimming too much along with me, only in my left which is shitty cuz now i can barely hear with my left now. I would go to the doctors but im too high risk to go so ill have to take pain meds and hope for the best. My paranoia is crazy but its mostly from this whole pandemic.
