"Minie!!" Jin yelled out his name as he ran upstairs like an 8 year old running behind an ice cream seller on the street.

"Minie!! I got some great-great news for you!!" he went into his room and saw Jimin laying on his stomach, legs swaying in the air as he drew. He had his stuffed toys by his left side and crayons were scattered all over the bed.

"Minie?" he called again. This time, the little boy looked up at him. He smiled and went towards him, picking him up with both of his hands.

"Minie,me?" The toddler asked and the older chuckled and nodded.

"Yeah baby, that's what I'm gonna call you from now on. Do you like it?"

Jimin let out his adorable laughter and hugged Jin's neck with his small arms.

"Yaa!!" he said in a baby voice and nozzles his head in Jin's neck, taking all the warmth. Jin giggled and spoke.

"Do you wanna go to school??" He asked, getting a confused look from the toddler which made him confused too.

"Never heard of that word??" the tiddler shook his head as a no. He put him back in the ground and smiled at him.

"It's a place where you learn a lot of new things, make a looot of friends and play a lot!! It's really fun. "he explained.

"Hmm. But hyung is my friend!!" The toddler exclaimed.

"I know Minie, but hyung will go to school too so that you can play with him. "Jin said as he watched the toddler's lips curve up to an adorable smile.

"Okie!! If hyung goes, I'll go too!!" Jin smiled. The amount of value they have on each other is immeasurable and he always feels overwhelmed when he sees the two kids, pretty far apart in age, getting the best comfort from each other.

The adorable laughter that fills the otherwise huge mansion-like house, the laughter that starts his day, keeps on ringing in his ear throughout the day, and ends his day, is something he never gets bored of.

He had gotten so much close to the boys, and he didn't even realise.

"Now show me your drawing Minie. " Jin said as Jimin jumper up on the bed, taking the paper on which he drew.

"Here!!" Jimin said with a big smile as he held the paper up, infront of the older man's face.

"Jin appa?" Jin asked, looking at the drawing with three people.. Well, more like three stick figures and they are labelled as Jiminie, Yoongi hyungie and Jin appa.

The toddler hummed and nodded quickly. He went to the man and hugged him, wrapping his tiny arms around man's waist as tight as he could and nuzzles his head on the other's stomach. He stayed like that for a while and then spoke.

"Appa. " he paused for a while and then looked up at the man in the eyes with his own shining eyes who returned the eye contact.

"Can I call you Appa?"

Jin felt tears stinging his eyes. He couldn't express the emotion he is feeling. He couldn't express how happy he felt. The fact that he had made a kid who used to be so scared if him a few weeks back, feel like home at his house and was able to give him enough love to for the kid to consider him as a father to him, overjoyed him to a great extend.

Since the little had given him a place in his heart, to be his father, he needs to be the most perfect father to him. He has to make sure the kid never feels anything missing from his life.. Same goes for his Yoonie.

"Angel Uncle don't cry. If you don't like the name, I won't call you that. " Jin felt a small pull in his shirt. He looked at the little kid at his feet with his blurry vision who had the same teary eyes, but a bit more sorrowful.

Jin shook his head immediately and wiped his tears. He picked up the toddler in his arms and smiled at him wiping his tears.

"I love the name Minie. Thank you very much!!" Jin said as the toddler curved his lips up to his signature smile that makes his eyes disappear.

Not gonna lie. Both the brothers almost have the same type of smiles.

"You do?" He said with his voice a little bit high pitched with excitement. He hugged the older tightly, his little, adorable giggle filling the room which made the older chuckle.

"Yes Minie, I love it very much. Let's hang it up somewhere OK??"

"Hang where?"

" Umm.. Let's hang it up on the fridge so any person that visits can see it."

"Okie"

And so it was hung up with a magnet on the fridge door. Jin showed that to his friends who were also mesmerised by how fast the two once unknown kids and their eldest friend managed to get along with each other so quickly.

And of course, they teased Jin a bit about Jimin calling him Appa, but he didn't mind.

His duty was now to complete his job as a father to the young kid. And he is willing to spent a whole life time in taking care of them and giving them the love of a father, brother as well as the bestest friend ever.(Yeah, I know bestest isn't a word but still-😌)
