Date: October 5, 1996

Shayne's POV

So, the last month has been....crazy Me and Michael have been married for one month and married life has been amazing We are currently on the HIStory World Tour and it's been going great so far

We are in Amsterdam because Michael has a break before the next show in Africa on the 11th I was in our hotel room packing when I felt someone wrap their arms around my waist

Shayne: What are you doing Applehead.?

Michael: I just wanna love on my wife Is something wrong with that.?

(He tightened his grip on me and kissed my neck.)

Shayne: No, there isn't but aren't you supposed to be getting ready for your photo shoot.?

Michael: I'm always late anyway...Why not have a really good reason this time.?

Shayne:(Laughs) Michael.....

(I unwrapped his arms from my waist and turned around to face him.)

Shayne: Baby, go finish getting ready and I promise that when you come back later, I'll let you love on me all you want to, alright.?

Michael:(Groans loudly) Ughhhh.! Fine.!! I'm gonna do what you said but you better be ready for tonight

Shayne: And why is that.?

Michael: I'm gonna wear you out

Shayne: I hope that's a promise and not a threat

Michael: You already know its a promise

(He grabbed me and pulled me into him. He kissed me roughly but passionately. I laughed and kissed back. We were making out until we heard someone clear their throat. We pulled away and saw Karen and Julie standing in the doorway.)

Julie: Oh, get a room.!

Michael: We're in it.!

Shayne:(Laughs) He's right Jules

Julie: Who cares.? Every time I see you two together, you have your tongue down each others throats

Sheryl: In their defense, they are newlyweds

Michael: And we're trying to have a baby so shut up

Julie: Your always telling someone to shut up How about YOU shut up.?!

(They both started to argue and I just sighed heavily. They do this stuff all the time and it's been making me feel sick to my stomach lately.)

Shayne:(Yells) Hey.!!

(They stopped arguing and looked at me.)

Shayne: Would y'all please stop.? I don't feel like hearing y'all screaming cause it's making me sick-

(I stopped talking because I felt something creeping up my throat. I covered my mouth with my hand and ran into the bathroom. I dropped to my knees in front of the toilet and threw up heavily. I heard Michael run after me and I felt him pull my hair back.)

Michael: Shay, you alright.?

Shayne:(Groans) Ugh, I'm fine

(Just then, I threw up again. When I was sure that I was finished, I flushed the toilet and stood up. I felt weak and dizzy.)

Michael:(Raises eyebrow) Maybe I should stay here with you....

Shayne:(Coughs) No, you go ahead I'll be fine

Michael: You just threw your lungs up Shay

Karen: Mike, you go ahead I'll stay here with her

Michael: You sure.?

Karen: Yeah I don't have anything else to do

Julie: Shayne, you sure you'll be ok.?

Shayne: Yes.! Now, you guys have to get going

Michael: Alright When I come back, I'll be your personal nurse

Shayne:(Smiles) Ok babe

Julie: Hope you feel better

Shayne: Thanks

(She walked out of the bathroom.)

Michael: Alright See you later sweetie I love you

Shayne: Love you too

(He kissed my forehead and ran out off behind Julie. I sighed and walked over to the sink to brush my teeth. When I was finished, I leaned against the sink and took a deep breath.)

Karen: So, when are you gonna tell Michael that you're pregnant.?

(My eyes widened and I looked at her.)

Shayne: K, what are you talking about.?

Karen: Shayne, you've been throwing up like crazy for the past month, you eat a lot more than usual, all the signs are there

Shayne: No, I couldn't be pregnant

Karen: Well, saying it over and over isn't gonna do anything Take a test and get it over with

Shayne: I can't go out and buy a test The press would be all over me

Karen: No need for that

(She walked out of the bathroom and came back about a minute later. She had two boxes in her hands.)

Karen: Here

(She handed them to me. I looked and saw that they were two different brands of a pregnancy test.)

Shayne:(Laughs) Do you just have random pregnancy tests in your purse or what.?

Karen:(Smiles) Well you never know when you might need one

Shayne:(Shakes head) Wow....Well, get out so I can take them

Karen: Ok ok Pregnant people are so pushy

(I laughed and she walked out of the bathroom, closing the door behind her. I opened the boxes and read the instructions on them. I peed on both sticks and laid them on the counter.)

Shayne: K, you can can come back in.!

(Karen came back in the bathroom and stood next to me.)

Karen: So, what now.?

Shayne: I don't know You're the expert here

(She glared at me and I laughed.)

Shayne: Just kidding but we have to wait two minutes

Karen: Ok

(I looked at the clock and watched the seconds go by. It seriously felt like two hours instead of two minutes.)

Karen: It's time to check them.!

(We both ran to the counter and looked at the tests.)

Karen: What do the colors mean.?

(I picked up both sets of instructions and looked at them.)

Shayne: For both tests, two blue lines mean I'm pregnant and one pink line means I'm not

(We looked at the tests and they both had two very dark blue lines on them. I felt tears well in my eyes. I looked at Karen, who had the biggest smile on her face.)

Shayne: Do you see what I see.?

Karen:(Nods) Yeah.....We're having a baby.!!

(She wrapped her arms around me and spun me around. I laughed and tears of joy came down my face. Karen stopped spinning me and put her hand on my belly.)

Karen: Aww, I'm sorry Did I make the baby dizzy.?

(She put her face by my belly)

Karen: Auntie K is sorry honey I didn't mean to

(I laughed and wiped my face.)

Karen: Aww, why are you crying.?

Shayne: These are tears of joy.! (Laughs) I'm really pregnant Michael's gonna flip

Karen: I know, how are you gonna tell him.?

Shayne: I don't know but I'm definitely telling him once he gets home

(For the next two hours, I listened to Karen talk about the baby. Everything from names to a baby shower, she talked about it. I thought it was cute that she was so excited about the baby. I just hope everyone else is too.

Me and Karen were sitting on the couch still talking when I heard the door open. Michael and Julie walked into the living room.)

Shayne: Hey, how it'd go.?

Michael: Pretty good, just long

(They set their stuff down and came over to us. Michael sat down next to me and wrapped his arm around my shoulders. Julie sat next to Karen, who was grinning like a idiot.)

Julie: Ok, what's going on.?

Karen: What do you mean.?

Julie: K, you have a big ass smile on your face....Something's up

Karen: Why don't you guys ask Shay what's going on

(Michael and Julie both looked at me. I sighed, got up, and walked to the bathroom. I grabbed the tests off the counter and went back into the living room.)

Michael: Shay, what's going on.?

Shayne: Why don't you see for yourself.?

(I handed him one of the tests. He looked at it for a minute and a huge smile spread on his face.)

Michael: Does this mean what I think it means.?

Shayne:(Smiles) Yeah baby

Michael: Before I start babbling like a idiot, are you positive.?

(I handed him the second test. He let out a laugh and jumped up. He picked me up and spun me around.)

Michael:(Excited) Oh my lord.! We're having a baby.!

Shayne:(Laughs) Ok ok Put me down

(He set me down but held my hands.)

Michael: Oh, we have to decorate a nursery at Neverland, we have to figure out names, I wonder if it's a girl or a boy..

(He kept babbling until I took my finger and put it on his lips.)

Shayne: Babe, breathe

(He stopped and took a deep breath.)

Shayne: Better.?

Michael:(Nods) Better

Shayne: Now, I know we have a lot to do but we have plenty of time I already scheduled a doctor's appointment so it'll be fine

Michael:(Sighs) Ok

Julie: Congratulations you two

(She hugged us tightly. We all decided to go out to eat that night to celebrate.)

Later that night

We just got back from dinner and now, me and Michael are laying in bed cuddling I had my head on his chest with hand playing in his hair and the other holding his hand He had one arm wrapped around me

Michael: We're really gonna have a baby

Shayne: I know,....Are you excited.?

Michael:(Looks at me) Over the moon I love you so much Shayne

Shayne: I love you too

(We kissed each other and fell asleep in each others arms.)

Guys, I am so sorry I haven't updated. It's been a lot going on, I've had summer obligations and my boyfriend who graduated this past school year is leaving for college soon and Ive been trying to spend as much time with him as I can. I'm definitely gonna try to start updating more cause I've missed writing this story.
