*~Skye p.o.v.~*

I've been on the run for about two years now. Today is my birthday. I'm now 19 years old. Within the two years I've been on the run my bounty has gone up, its now 140,000,000.

I'm proud but sadly I don't have a crew yet. I know exactly who I want to join though. The Straw Hat pirates, their captain, Luffy is a fucking badass!

Luffy has taken down Arlong, Crocodile and Moria. That takes strength, I can't imagine the pain he's endured. I don't really want to imagine it either...

Right now I'm on an island somewhere in the grand line. I think it's about halfway through. I still have a little ways to go till I hit the red line though.

I know, I'm near the straw hats. They are on this island. I've seen their bounties, there's only nine of them yet they're feared and looked up upon by many.

I can't imagine being as powerful as even one of them. I may have honed my skills but I don't think I'm strong enough yet. I've learned to use a sword.

I've also gotten another devil fruit power. I took it with consent. It's from Luffy's brother, Ace. He was nice to me, I explained how I wanted to join his brothers crew and he happily obliged to letting me have his power.

I did a really nice thing, I quadrupled his power and took half. His power is doubled. I don't know if he noticed though. He should, if someone's power doubles then you will be so much more powerful.

I spent a couple months traveling with him. During that time I-I think I fell in love with him. I only have eyes for him.

I even confessed. He said he can't have a long distance relationship right now. I was sad but I got over it. I still love him though.

I just docked my ship, its more like a small boat but whatever. I grabbed my bag and I looked to my right, my eyes widened and a smile came across my lips.

There it was, the straw hats ship. Thousand Sunny, it's absolutely beautiful. I stared in awe for what seemed like hours but in reality it was only a few minutes.

I snapped out of it, I hopped of my ship and ran to the Straw hats ship. I wasn't thinking clearly and didn't realize what I was doing.

It was like I was in auto pilot. I was running as fast as I could. I jumped on their ship, I was standing on grass. I didn't really question anything.

I was staring at the sails until someone said "Hey! What are you doing here!?" I looked behind me and seen a man with green hair and three swords.

I instantly recognized him. "Z-zoro... Oh my god! I'm finally meeting you!!! C-can I speak t-to your captain?" I asked nervously with a blush coming on my cheeks.

"I asked you a question. Answer it!" He demanded. "O-okay. Well here." I said handing him a paper with my bounty on it. "Y-you see I want to join this crew. A-and when I docked here I seen this ship and I wasn't thinking so I kinda just ran here..."

He stared at the bounty for a couple minutes and said "You killed your mother? Why would you do that!?" He asked.

"I ate a devil fruit. The reaper reaper fruit. I told her about my newfound powers and she called me a monster. She locked me in my room and took my dog. The next day she told me the person who she gave the dog to killed it, on purpose. I was in there for a week. I snapped and I killed her. I used my powers, chains and cut her arms, legs and head off. The neighbors found her dead in a pool of blood and they had evidence that I'd killed her. So that's how I have my bounty." I explained.

"Oh, you had good reasoning then. I feel sorry for y-" I cut him off. "Don't say it! Don't feel sorry for me!" I yelled.

"Hey! Whats with all this yelling?" I looked at where the voice was coming from and seen the captain of the straw hats, Luffy. "I-I'm sorry!" I said as I ran over to him and the others with him. "C-can I join your crew?" I asked. "It would mean a lot! Its my nineteenth birthday!" I explained.

"Sure! There's always room for a new friend! So what do you do?" He asked. "I'm a devil fruit user and I'm a good cook, like making dessert and stuff." I said.

"Cool! And happy birthday! Oh, and whats your name?" He asked. "My name is Ivory D. Skye, please call me Skye!" I said.

"Okay! I like your name! Hey Sanji! Make a lot of food its Skye's birthday!" He said.

Sanji walked up to me and got in one knee. "Excuse me madam, will you... Marry me!" He said.

I pulled my hand away and said "No, I only have eyes for one person. His name is Ace."

"My brother Ace?" Asked Luffy. "Yup! I spent a couple months with him." I said.

"How is he?" Asked Luffy. "He's fine, he said if I ever see you to tell you not to worry about him." I said as I smiled.

During the time me and Luffy were talking Sanji was in the kitchen making food and sulking about me saying no to his 'love'.

I told them I had to get the rest of my stuff so I ran back to my boat.

×~Nami p.o.v.~×

"Should we trust her?" I asked. "I don't see any reason not to." Said Luffy.

"Here, this is her bounty. I'm surprised we haven't seen it before. Its definitely real though." Said Zoro.

I looked at the paper, the reason she's wanted "She killed her mother!" I exclaimed.

"She told me why she did. She's a devil fruit user, her mother called her a monster and locked her in her room for about a week. She then snapped and killed her mother." Zoro explained.

"Oh, her mother sounds crazy. What kind of devil fruit powers does she have? Did she tell you?" Asked Robin.

"She said she ate the reaper reaper fruit. She can control chains and metal. I don't know why the fruit is called that though. Chains don't really remind me of a reaper." Said Zoro

"That is questionable." Said Frankie.

"I've heard of the reaper reaper fruit." Said Brook "What is it?" Asked Usopp.

"The user can summon chains, the chains can have blades or anything the user wants on them. The user can also control metal, bending it in any shape or form. The user also has a dream spirit guide. It replaces their dreams with a black abyss. In the abyss is a white human like figure that guides you through life. There is one more power but its unknown." Explained Brook.

"We should ask her later." I said.

"Agreed." Said Zoro.

"Hey Chopper! Get over here!" Said Luffy.

Chopper walked over and asked "What do you want Luffy?"

"We have a new member, I think you should give her a check up." Said Luffy.

"Okay, I'll be happy to!" Said Chopper.

*~Skye p.o.v.~*

I grabbed the rest of my things. I took so long. I ran back over to the sunny.

"I'm back!" I said while smiling.

"Hi! I'm Chopper, do you mind if I give you a check up?" The little humanoid reindeer asked.

"Sure, go ahead. Your the most adorable reindeer ever! Are you from the winter island near the beginning of the grande line?" I asked.

"Yes, how did you know?" Asked Chopper.

I smiled and said "I've been there, I even met the old woman you last stayed with." I then smiled again. "Is she okay?" Chopper asked.

"Yeah, she's okay. Now, how about we get to my check up?" I suggested. "Okay!" Said Chopper.

He started checking my breathing and stuff. Basically everything that happens during a check up. We finished the check up and walked outside.

The moment we stepped outside the marines ran on deck, guns and swords in hand.

I summoned my chains and they were floating around me. The marines were lined up. Perfect! The chains I summoned had blades on them.

I extended my chains and quickly wrapped them around each marines neck and asked "Hey captain! Do you mind if I kill them all?"

"Sure, go ahead." Said Luffy. I pulled my chains to the right so it straightened out and came off their necks. There necks got cut and blood started coming out.

They all screamed in unison. My chains were covered in blood. All of the marines fell either forward or backward. I took the blades off my chains so the chains were normal.

I wrapped the chains around all the marines and threw them all in the ocean. Damn birthday troubles.

"That was awesome!" Said Luffy, jumping up and down.

"Thanks!" I said.

Sanji walked out with multiple trays of food. Frankie was following him with drinks. We ate dinner, it was delicious!

Brook started singing and playing music.

"Thank you! It's delicious!" I said. "Your welcome beautiful!" Said Sanji.

Robin walked out with a cake, it had nineteen black and sky blue candles.

It was sunset, Sanji lit the candles with a match. I blew them out and made a wish. We were all laughing, dancing and other things.

This was a perfect birthday.
