When I arrive at the pack house I turn off my car and wake up my babies.

They run inside while I grab out bags.

Everybody from the pack house come outside to look at why I am here.

"Hi Luna." One of the pack warriors say.

"Hey Kale." I smile.

Punky's mom walks up to me and stares me up and down suspiciously.

"Where Punky and the others." She asks.

"Punky, Zach and Alex will be here in a couple of days." I assure her.

She nods "What about your mate." She asks.

"He has some things to finish at home so he won't be coming anytime soon." I tell her.

I pass by her and go to my assigned room at the pack house.

I unpack my stuff and go look for my kids.

I find therm playing in the backyard with other children.

I smile at them and go sit in the kitchen while eating ice cream.

My mind wanders to Jay and I keep snapping out of it.

Some guy walks into the kitchen and stares at me.

"I'm sorry." He says.

"About what?" I ask confused.

"About the Alpha.." He says.

My eyes widen "How did you know?" I ask coughing.

"Well firstly you're crying and the whole pack can feel it." He says smiling.

I didn't even realize I was crying and I wipe my face.

"Who are you?" I ask him.

"I'm just a pack member." He says smiling.

"You want some?" I ask him sliding the ice cream carton to him.

He grabs a spoon and eats from the carton.

"Do you have a mate?" I ask him licking my spoon.

"Not yet Luna." He says.

"Well then you wouldn't know how this feels." I tell him bored.

"No I'm sorry I wouldn't." He says passing me the ice cream carton back.

"Well it f*cking hurts." I tell him popping another spoon of ice cream into my mouth.

"Luna you're right I don't know how it feels, but it'll get better I hope." He says smiling sheepishly.

"No it won't, he's my soulmate and I can't live without him." I tell him laughing and I start crying again.

He walks up to me and pats my back.

"It's okey sh sh." He says while still patting.

I giggle and look up at him.

"It's not helping you know, but thanks anyways." I tell him standing up and putting the ice cream back into the freezer.

I go into the backyard grab the kids and we go upstairs.

I bathe them and dress them in theirs pajama.

I put them to bed and go take a shower myself.

I brush my teeth and wear my pajamas.

I got in bed with my babies and drift off to sleep.

*the next day*

I'm sitting in the backyard of the pack house watching the kids running around and playing with the kids of the other pack members.

I'm drinking from a bottle of water and sitting in a lounge chair.

"Why are you being lazy, you're the Luna." Someone says to me.

"It's about time you showed up." I respond.

He chuckles. "Did you already miss me?" He asks still standing out of my eye sight.

I laugh at his stupid comment and turn around to look at him. "Where's my favorite nephew?" I ask Zach. "He's inside." He says and turns around to go back inside.

I get up and walk inside. I find Punky and Alex sitting at the kitchen table and Zach standing next to them.

"You guys decided to come anyways huh, why?" I ask suspicious. They smile at me and Alex starts talking. "Mom and dad doesn't like the new girl." He says smiling.

He jumps off the bar stool and runs outside to the backyard where the kids are playing.

I raise my eyebrows at Punky and Zach. They just keep smiling at me. "What happened." I ask them hopping on one of the bar stools.

"She's sleeping in the same room and on the same bed as Jay." Zach says through gritted teeth. I feel a sting in my heart, but I completely ignore it.

"Oh." I say. "Did he say anything else." I asked nervous.

"Yes, he said he'll give you your space to adjust." Punky says. "Adjust?" I ask getting furious.

"He means I'll have to adjust with him going with someone else?, oh that douche bag." I say storming to my room.

I grab my phone and ring him. The phone rings five times before someone answers it.

"Hello, Jayden's phone." Nadine says. I take deep breaths before I speak again. "Can I speak to Jay please."

"Jay's in the bathroom at the moment, can I leave a message?." She says. "Yea, tell him that I am keeping the kids and he can come visit them twice a week." I say and I hang up the phone.

I find Zach standing at my door looking at me with disapproval. "What, that's what's going to make him come to me so I did it." I tell him smiling.

"Jasmine don't do this, you don't want him like this remember don't degrade yourself sis." He says to me. I turn around and look at him while standing in the doorframe with him. "Don't you dare." I tell him and walk out of the room.

I walk down the stairs and find the guy from the night before standing at the end of the stairs.

"I didn't catch your name yesterday." I say walking past him. "It's Taylor." He says following me. I stop in my track and he bumps into me. "Why are you following me?" I ask him.

I stare at him and he looks very familiar. "Do I know you from somewhere?" I ask him scrunching my face. "Uhm yea, we met yesterday." He says. I role my eyes "Before that dummy." "No I don't believe so, I've been living here since I was a child." He says.

I nod and keep on walking. He is still following me. "Did you need something Taylor?" I ask him since he's still following me. "I wanted to meet your kids." He tells me sheepishly.

I smile and gesture for him to follow me. We arrive outside where my kids are playing and I call out to them.

"Kids there's someone that wants to meet you." I tell them and they run up to me. "This is Taylor, mommy's friend." I tell them smiling. They smile at him and they stick out their hands.

They shake hands with him and run away after. "Yes-" I don't get a chance to finish my sentence because I feel Jay nearby. I turn around and see him standing at the opening of the door.

He's looking as fine as ever with his blue washed jeans and his grey sweatshirt. I still can't get over how hot he is.

I look up at Taylor. "Excuse me." I tell him trying to sound as calm as possible. He nods and I walk as calm as possible in his direction without falling.

"Hi." I say looking him in the eye. "Let's talk somewhere quite." He tells me and leads me up to my room. He closes the door behind him and smiles at me.

"No, don't you dare use it on me." I tell him. But he just wickedly smiles at me and starts walking into my direction.
