"PUNKY." She yells.

"Yess." She yells back.

"Come down we need to talk to you."

"Coming."

She got downstairs with Zach.

"Yess."

"Can you help us with the mate thing?"

"Yeah sure what you wanna know?"

"Well kinda everything."

"Okay let's start then, well you guys are mates you can reject each other but if you do you'll be heartbroken forever and you won't find love ever again and mates can feel when something's wrong with the other one and when you mate complete like have sex and mark each other you can mind link to like talk to each other in your heads and you can read each other's mind or you can also block your mind link if you don't want to hear the other or you don't want them to read your mind"

"Wauw" Me, Zach and Jaz said at the same time.

"Yup"

"Okay then that's it?"

"Yeah most of it"

We heard the front door open and we all stood up waiting for an attack or something but what we saw was sure not an attack.

*present*

My mom walks in with a man at her side.

"MOM?!"

"Ohhhh hey honey, I didn't know you were going to be home!"

"Well, I do live here, don't I?!"

"Who's that man?"

The man seems kind of hurt when I say that, but shrugs it off immediately.

"Uhmm we'll talk later." And she walks away.

"What was that all about?!" Zach asks.

"I don't know, but I'm gonna find out."

We all just sit in the living room and watch some tv.

"Jay can you leave, I need to talk to my kids.....alone."

"Yes Mrs. black"

When he says that, something kinda sounds familiar but I shrug it off.

"Jaz I'll see you later."

"Yeah"

"Come on, follow me upstairs." My mom says.

We follow her into the study room.

When we get there the man that came in with her is sitting there fumbling with his hands.

We go in and sit on the couch in front of the man.

"So what you wanna talk about mom and who's this man?" Zach asks.

"Well, let's start about why you lied to us about dad and lied that we went to a special hospital and all that bullcrap, do you know where we were?" I ask.

"Okay I'm sorry I lied about your dad and I knew where you guys were!"

"What do you mean?!"

"I mean, I know you guys were attacked by rogues, almost killed and that the black moon pack saved you."

"Wha-a-a-a-at are you talking about, you knew?!"

"YOU KNEW WE ALMOST DIED AND YOU DIDN'T COME TO LOOK FOR US!!!"

"It's not like that, you guys were safe where you guys where, if I would've come you wouldn't have been!"

"Okay just start explaining everything."

"Okay so me and your dad met a couple of years ago and we fell deeply in love-"

"We don't wanna hear your love story, EXPLAIN YOURSELF"

"Just listen, so yeah we fell in love and at that exact moment he told me something about mate, but at the moment I thought he just believed in things, so I just went with it, when I wasn't with him I yearned for him and I could feel when he was sad and happy, so I asked him what was going on, he told me we were mates and that he's a wolf, at the time I was freaked out so I didn't talk to him for a couple of weeks, but I couldn't stay away because I needed him so bad so I went to him and he explained to me everything about a wolf and at the moment I was pregnant with Zach so he was half wolf, half human and after that he mated with me and we were pregnant with you after 3 years and your dad was an Alpha a very powerful one to be specific, that meant many people wanted to kill him so he said he had to leave so I understood, I went and lived a normal life and I never told you guys, but when the rogues attacked I went to him and told him, he knew they were going to come for us but he didn't know when so that's what happened."

"What are you talking about you knew all this time that we were wolves and you didn't say anything what the heck is wrong with you." I scream.

"Hey, listen young lady don't talk to your mom like that." The man says.

"And who are you to tell me what to do?!"

"I am your father."

My mouth was hanging open and in my head I was creaming noooooooo.

"MOM?!!"

"It's true honey, he is your father."

All this time Zach was sitting silently next to me, but now he stands up and rushes outside and slams the door really hard behind him.

I run after him.

"Zach, Zach where are you going, talk to me please."

He stops and turns around looking at me with tears in his eyes, I've never seen him cry so I am kinda off pissed off at mom that she did this to him.

"Jaz just leave me alone, I need time to think just leave me alone for now."

"You don't have to be embarrassed about crying in front of me."

He just turns around and take his car and drive to God knows where.

I turn around and see the guy from earlier standing there, I can't call him dad yet.

"What are you looking at, you're a little too late to be a father okay, so just leave us alone."

I turn around and go into my room and break down and start crying.

"Jaz are you okay." A voice says that belongs to Punky I guess.

"Yess I'm fine leave me alone"

"I'm going to call the only person that can make you feel better"

And she runs out of my room.

After about 25 minutes I hear the door open and I feel something warm in my chest.

"Jaz can I come in?"

"Jay what are you doing here?!"

"Punky called me and told me you are sad and that I am the only one that can cheer you up."

"Where did she get that from?"

"She said because we're mates, I can make you feel better."

I just lay quietly and I feel my bed dip and Jay starts rubbing my back soothingly, I already start to feel better and soon I drift off to sleep.
