So I got some gud results whilst visualizing, also I was thinking about opening a advice book like pinkxstarlight since looking at some newer people joining and seeing some not quite correct information from older journals being spread and remembering how damn confusing it was- although I don't got a ton of knowledge I should be able to answer basic questions

And that's it! What got me to write the update was the couple sharp painful tingles on my scar, because before I got nothing at when when trying to heal it. So yay! I only get results when I visualize, but I only do it for like 10 ish minutes. I just don't have the patience required. But I might try doing it in the morning and evening and see if that speeds up results.

Also HIGHLY recommend Miss Synergy's faith booster if you have issues with consistently watching even if it's just placebo effect I haven't had any of my pervious issues of listening to my subs, that combined with the fact I passively listen for an hour-hour and a half while doing other stuff like playing games or researching stuff. Instead of actively listening to it which I have no patience for.
