Selene's POV

"So you came." I see Rone taught

"Shut up and duel." I snap at him.

"Ok little neko." he says as we get to our places

"Duel!" we said

"I'll go first. I place 2 cards face down and play jackal head in defense mode. defense: 2000 attack: 1000

"'What are you planning Rone."' I think while I draw a card

"I also summon a monster actually no make that 2 I summon Dark and Light Karibo in defense mode and place 3 cards face down."

"Well you haven't changed a bit I activate my trap. A spell for each monster you have we'll take 200 life points each," Rone says

"This is gonna hurt." I say "I also activate a trap mirror force."

It negates the attack and makes it bounce to Rone. I feel the monsters pain.

"Ayyy" I yell staggering

"What is it feeling empathy for the monsters" Rone taughtted me

"'So that's your plan'" I think

"Coward!" I yell "I sacrifice my two monsters and summon Obelisk the Tormentor!"

"What so soon!?" Rone says backing away.

"Obelisk Obliterate!" I say in a few minutes Rone stands there in defeat.

I walk up to him. "now give Ray his soul back or I'll personally make sure that you and your friends are sent to the shadow realm." I say menacing voice

"Alright alright your friends soul is here in a hidden location here I don't know where I swear!" he says I'm satisfied with the answer and walk away.

"You don't deserve to be here but I keep my ends of a bargain serious. and I protect my friends as much as I can." I say to him not looking at him. he tries to attack but I dodge the attack and flip him.

"'Thank you Obelisk."' I think

"You were great Sel!" Tan'ia complements.

"Thank you but my cards responded to me when I needed them." I say

"Who cares you beat an Obelisk blue and one of the top with an Egyptian God Card!" Fabiola says

I laugh nervously "yeah I have all three" I say under my breath.

"You are crazy, but at least we know Ray's soul is back and he's somewhere on the island." Kai said I laugh and smile.

"Yeah I know" I start but then I turn serious. "but now it's Jaden's duel."

Jaden walks up and starts to duel My other tormentor: Rad.

After a great struggle Jaden won.

"Up top Jaden." I say as we give each other a hi fives.

"Your skills are quite impressive Jaden. and so are yours Selene." some one says behind us. then I feel a dark force and grabs me by the ankle.

"Kai!!!" I shout as it pulls me out of the arena.

"Put me down!" I yell once it stops pulling. I look around even if it was dark I could see it was the gym.

I feel a hand on my shoulder. "eeehahhhh!" I yell scared to my wits end.

"Hey calm down Flo. it's just me." someone says only one person would call me Flo

"Ray!" I shout hugging him tears in my eyes. "your back."

"Yeah and I'm staying to with you and Kai." he said hugging me back. He makes a flash light. I laugh as I lead the way out of the gym.

"Hey Sel you alright?" Kai said running up to where I was.

"I sure am alright. look who I found in the gym." I say pointing at Ray. Kai and Ray went into a bro hug.

"Missed you bro." they say to each other.

"Let's get you enrolled to this school and then you will move in with Kai or me." I say

He laughs." yes mom." he says ruffling my hair.

After many persuasion we got the principal to enroll Ray.

We showed Ray what we knew so far at duel academy.

3 Months Later

I woke up it was a regular day. I got ready for school, and went down to meet my friends.

Ever since Ray got back me and Kai started opening ourselves more.

I sat down no one was there so I let my cat attributes show. I then hid them again. "'I might as well go class."' I think to myself.

Ying and Yang start to talk to me. We of course got to class early. and decided to go explore the hallways. I walk for hours. "'no one is here'" I realized to myself.
