Selene's POV

"Yang who do you think it is?" I ask him

You see Yang is a boy while Ying is a girl.

"Poow poow." Yang says his response worried me

"You sure you don't know?" I ask him

He nods which made me worried when I stopped.

"Hey." I yell to the dark forces. in a few seconds it encircles me.

"Ahh" I yell in surprised

"So the neko decided to come." a dark figure says

"Shut it and duel." I say taking out my duel disk and putting my cards in the card slot.

"Very well neko." he says doing the same.

"Duel!" we yell.

"I'll go first." I say drawing another card. "I put 2 cards faced down and Mystical Elf in defense mode and end my turn."

"Very well my turn." he says as he pulls a card he smiles.

"Sacrifice 5 cards in my hand and summon the most powerful monster in my deck." he says

"'Oh this is going to hurt.'" I think to myself

"I summon Slyfer the Sky Dragon!" he said I am completely confused I'm supposed to have all the Egyptian God cards I must have miscounted.

"Slyfer attack Mystical Elf!" the man commanded. when the dragon was going to attack I unleashed my trap card.

"You activated my trap card Spell Binding Circle." I say as I feel pain shoot from my body

"Why in pain having difficulty making the spell to work?" he said taughting me. I pushed most of my energy for the spell to work on Slyfer I knew the monster was in pain I could feel it.

"This is the end I summon a trap to take all your life points directly by your own dragon."

The duel ended there and the dark cloud disappeared I went up to the empty duel disk and picked up the cards.

"Don't worry you'll get a good home." I say sweetly to them as I put them in a safe place. I feel pain all over my body.

"Ahh!" I shout as I back away to a tree stump.

"Poow poow!?" my two Karibo asked worriedly

"I'm fine. I think I pushed myself to much." I state with a smile

I transported myself to the dorm near my room. I walk to my room and close the door and got to sleep.

MORNING

When I wake up I get ready for school. I go down and eat my breakfast. then I leave for class. when I got there the first thing I admired was that it was big. then I'm tackled

"Hi cherry!" I hear someone say only one person would dare to call me that. I grab his wrist and flip him.

"Don't call me that Kai." I say menacing to him.

He gets up and wipes the dirt from his pants. "you've changed a bit Sel." he states as we walk in the building.

I laugh at his comment. "you have no idea how much I've changed Kai." I say to him as he laughs to.

I sit in the Slyfer red area. I sigh, then I'm tackled again by my 2 friends.

"Tan'ia a little help please." I say to her she nods and breaks up Fabiola & Frieda's grip on me.

"Thank you." I say to her.

"Hey no prob." she said

We all talked until the teacher came.

"Ah I see we have a new Slyfer slacker." the teacher said

I held back from straggling the teacher or throwing a fire ball.

"So what's your name Slyfer slacker?" the teacher said in a board tone.

"Selene. Selene Flores." I respond

"Well my name is Dr. Crowder and refer to such are we clear." the teacher said

"Perfectly clear Doctor." I say to him.

"Good I'm glad we're clear on that." he said

Then I get an evil idea. I yawn and stretch my arms and hands. but in reality I was controlling water and when I was done yawning I let my hands drop.

SPLASH. the water hit Dr. Crowder. everyone starts laughing except a few people.

"Who did that? I demand to know! you!" he says pointing at me.

I smirk. "me?" I say pretending to be dumbstruck.

"Yes you. I don't know how you did it but I'm sure it was you." he stated

"Dr. Crowder I'm not psychics to do that." I say pretending to be innocent

"Don't lie to me I know it was you."

"But Dr. Crowder if you don't have evidence then you can't accuse me of anything." I respond

The doctor is stunned at the response and leaves my desk frustrated. I smirk.

"'Yes I think I will enjoy this academy.'" I think to myself amused.

When all the classes were over I decided to tell my friends I was going exploring. they said it was ok to go ahead.

When I was out of the building I hear someone call my name. I look behind me and see a familiar face, and smile.

"Hi Jaden what up?" I ask as he approaches

"Eh nothin much here are my friends." he says as he introduces to me a light blue/green hair boy that was named Syrus. and a chubby boy named Chumly.

"Hi cherry!" I hear Kai say when he gets close I flip him again.

"What did I tell you Kai don't call me that or next time I'm hitting you with a frying pan." I say to him giving him a death glare.

"Sel chill out I was lightening your mood." he said as an excuse.

I roll my eyes and punch him on the shoulder.

"Ow your strong for a girl." Kai states we all laugh

"You still haven't seen me pissed so thank Ra for that." I say to him teasing him

"Selene!" I hear someone say harshly I turn around and smirk. Brain was a Ra yellow.

"Well if it isn't the boy of money." I say snickering

"I see you go to this school now." he said

"Yes I have Brain. what do you want?" I say already knowing the answer and getting out my duel disk.

"A rematch you won last time. but I'll win this time." Brain states putting on his duel disk on as well.

"Yeah and your psychic." I say sarcastically.

When we start dueling he was winning damn how good did he get while I was gone. I drew a card.

"'No I can't use that card.'" I say drawing Winged Dragon of Ra

"What is it afraid of losing?" he asked

"No I'm afraid of winning the duel." I answer. everyone looks confused.

"I play Pot Of Geed, and draw 2 cards."

"'Good I can use that combo."' I think to myself smiling.

"First I'll use Pollemerisation to combine Dark Karibo and Light Karibo to make Ying Yang Dragon." I say to Brain

"No!!!" Brain states

"Attack him directly." I say then in a few minutes Brain is there defeated again.

I smile. "you did good Brain you dueled with your brain but not your heart again." I say as I leave to go to the Slyfer red dorm with my new friends and friends.

"You were awesome Sel." The boy named Chumly says

"That was amazing I think that topped Jaden beating Dr. Crowder." Syrus says

"Yeah that was awesome why don't we duel sometimes?" Jaden asks

"Sure but I warn you I'm pretty damn good." I say as we all laugh.

"Your on." Jaden said excited

"Come on last one at yah dorm is a rotten banana." I challenged

I won the race of course. "your fast for a girl." Jaden says panting hard and laughing.

When we go to the Slyfer dorm people in the Slyfer dorm was a little more jittery.

"Hey why is everyone so jittery?" Syrus asks

"I don't know but Jaden you can have my dinner." I say to happy Jaden when we all sat down.

"Dang Jaden I would think you were something else by the way you eat." I say to him.

We all laughed.

"Ladies and gentlemen we have 2 other new students although I'm surprised why they would come here in the first place." professor Banner starts

"Just tell us who it is already!" someone yelled

"Oh right there names are Yugi and Yami Moto." Mr. Banner says everyone is quiet except Jaden who was to busy eating to look up.

"Hi" they said then I sense an evil presence. it was familiar.

'"No it can't be him right?'" I think as I get up.

"Sorry professor Banner I feel tired I'm going up to bed." I say to him leaving the room and running towards the woods, to where the evil presence was.

"So you decided to come." a boy says in a sinister voice

"So it is you.. Ray." I simply state

"Why yes it is prepare to duel and give me your all. ok" the boy Ray said

"I'm not going back if that's why your here." I say putting on my duel disk

"I wouldn't think of it." he said

"How modest." I mumble as we start to duel. I'm losing the match.

"Say have you've been giving me your all? were are your so called friends?" he says taughting me.

"We're right here. kick his butt Sel." I hear Kai yell

I nod and draw. "I sacrifice my monsters to summon Winged Dragon Of Ra." I yell I start to show my attributes.

"Please attack Ra." I say to the dragon as it understood me it attacked Ray directly. the duel was over, I walk to Ray's deck and pick it up.

"Your going to have a good home now." I whisper to them softly.

I walk to my friends. hiding my cat attributes.

"Thanks guys for being here."

"No problem, but how many Egyptian God Cards do you have?" Syrus asks

"All of them my guardians found them in a tomb and gave them to me." I explain.

"Oh so can you not use those cards on me please." Jaden says giving me a praying pose.

I laugh. "sure." I say then I black out.
