You decided to walk around downtown, just looking at the new styles that were in. Nothing catches my eye or matches my type of style, so you decided to head back home. The route to the bus wasn't too far, but on the way there, you couldn't help but feel someone staring at you. Feeling chills down your spine and shivered. Weird... the breeze was a warm, summer breeze, not a cold one. You turned around and spotted a young man looking your way. Afraid that he'll do something, you walked quickly and waited at the bus stop.

"Ma'am!" You turned around to see the young man again, this time, he was closer and easier to notice. He wore a light tan shirt and long dark brown pants. He wore a black beanie on his head and you saw his eyes. Amber colored. "Please, wait!"

"Who are you and what do you want?" You finally shout at him. Tired of him chasing and following you. "I-I'll call the cops!" You threaten the young man.

"P-please... wait... don't do anything..." He pleads with you.

You sighed and regretted what you did... "I'm sorry, I thought you were chasing me for a different reason... forgive me..."

He laughs softly, "It's fine... I just wanted to give you something that you dropped." He hands you your missing phone. "You dropped it when you were passing by a store... so that's why I was trying to reach you."

"T-Thanks..." You say to him, "Hey, what's your name? My name is (y/n)."

"Name's Eren, nice to meet you, (y/n)." He shakes your hand. Something about him... draws you to him. Was it his amber eyes that hypnotizes you? Or was it his presence that takes your breath away? "Anyways... that's all I wanted to say... hopefully I'll see you around."

What called you out to him? "Hey, Eren?"

He turns around, "Yes, (y/n)?"

"As a thank you, I would like to do something for you... whatever you want, Eren."

"N-No no, it's fine, you don't need to do something for me. I did what I would do for anyone. It was just me being nice for others."

"Eren, just accept it. What do you want?"

He sighs, "W-Well... I am kinda hungry, but if you insist, maybe we can go out and eat something... but I don't wanna force it-"

"Okay, where then?" You ask. "I don't mind wherever we go. Name where you want to go."

By Eren's request, you guys go to an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. Apparently, he has a thing for fish. Always eating the tuna and hardly eating the rice, but you love the rice. You didn't mind eating it plainly. After the meal was over, Eren was walking you out to the bus stop so you can walk home.

"Thanks again for the meal, (y/n)... I only wanted to help you and I didn't expect you to return the favor..."

"Well, thanks for returning my phone and walking me to the bus stop..."

A strong breeze came and blew really hard, the cold wind blew down your neck, giving you the shivers. You turn around to not face the breeze, but when you did, you gasped at Eren. His beanie came off and buried deep in his dark brown hair, was a pair of brown cat ears. 

"E-Eren?" You call out to him.

He looks at you and his hand went straight to his head, "Gah! I-I gotta go... s-sorry!" He rushes away, but you grab his arm, pulling back. "L-Leave me..."

"Eren... you're a cat?" You smiled at him, and walked closer to him. "I-I love cats... you don't seem that bad..."

"R-Really?" He turns around and smiles at you.

You giggle softly, "Yeah... can I touch them?"

He nods, "My ears? Yeah, go ahead..."

The ears were warm and fuzzy. When you touched it, his ear flickers and he shakes his head adorably. "Aww..." You managed to say out of the adorableness of his presence. "Do you only have ears?"

"No... I have a tail... but it's weird to show it off... that's why I hid them from plain sight..."

"You're adorable like that..."

"T-Thanks..." His eyes shined when you complimented him. His cat ears lowered, but not pulled back as well as smiling. The bus came by, "W-well... I see that you need to leave..."

"I'll come back and hang out with you, okay? And that I'm gonna keep your secret..."

"Thank you, (y/n)..." The way he called your name was adorable. That tone wanted to lure you into his arms and listen to his sweet voice. "I'll see you around then..."

"Goodbye, Eren..." You say before getting onto the bus. You sat by the window, seeing Eren pulling his beanie over his head and smiling at you as the bus drove away. Eren... he's a cat and a human... the rarest thing you could ever find, yet the luckiest... all you hoped was to see him again.
